This shop is absolutely incredible. Tony and his team are trustworthy, fair and most of all they are very thorough. Tony checked over everything on my husband car and sent me pictures and detailed descriptions on any repairs and servicing he recommended. Tony and his team communicated with me every step of the way and the car was ready sooner than anticipated. Our car runs like new!

My family and I have been going to Tony and his crew at New Generation Auto for years now. Their great mechanical knowledge, honest assessments, and super fair prices are a testament to their work ethic and commitment to providing what is in my honest opinion not only the best auto mechanic service in New Rochelle, but some of the best work in lower Westchester and the 5 burroughs. So long as the crew at New Generation Auto Care keeps doing the same great work they do, I'm sure my family and I will continue to bring our vehicles to their care.

Horrible attitude, tried speaking with someone about a problem with my car and was sent to a guy who just eyed me & told me we re busy . Got completely ignored right after, they never tried to ask me anything about the car or when I can come back. Don t go to this shop if it s your first time or if you re trying to find a new mechanic for your car.

My car started to smell bad a few days ago. I thought it could be brakes or something more serious, I approached this workshop because it had good reviews and Tony attended me. He was very nice and he told me that it was just something that was stuck in the exhaust. Once my problem was solved, he realized that my annual check-up was overdue and he did it for me. all very professional
