They did not have what I needed and they were not as helpful or friendly as my last visit. I found what I needed at another smaller nearby auto parts store

I needed a new battery for my 2006 Hyundai Elantra. NAPA gave the lowest quote of the businesses in the area. They went to work within minutes after I arrived. The installation presented an unexpected difficulty but they still did it free. A friendly place. I am happy to join the other satisfied customers in recommending it.

Needed a new rear windshield wiper and am SO PLEASED by my experience at Napa. I arrived just before closing, and it seemed like all 5 people working there (nice vibe between them) hopped to it and helped. Within 5 minutes, I was on my way with my new wiper installed and, at $16.57, can't beat the price. They are right near Costco in New Rochelle.

After having an unsuccessful experience at a competitor, I was here today to get an code scan to understand what the check engine light meant. I got great service here - they came outside to my car, plugged in the reader and gave me the code. I saved $$ that a local mechanic was going to charge me to do the same job. I'll definitely come back here!!!

Chris and his family are pleasure to do business with. They are always willing to help with questions. When possible they will test and assist with assembly. They are very efficient and I can get in and out of the store in minimal time. Since it is a family business they treat their customers as if they were family. It is a value that their dad/grand dad taught them all.

Very very nice people.I had a problem with my bus in the area (I'm not from local)I called them up they told me come in I'm sure we can help you.I came over the staff was very helpful have me a very good price and he even worked hard for 20 minutes to put it on my bus for no extra cost (I gave him a nice tip)I will definently recommend everyone in the area to go for any part or service to this place I'm sure you will be happy.Thank you

It is an old-fashioned parts store. Familly run at every level. Very well stocked and able to find anything quickly. The "sky" is the limit..... they do deliver but only parts and oil no pizzia

Needed parts for my Jeep they were very helpful and so polite, helped me install it with no hesitation. Way better than that dumb auto zone across the street.

Honest, knowledgeable staff, will help anyway they can. In the past, they changed car battery after I purchased in their store. You get 10% off with AAA membership. HIghly recommend this place!

The gentleman was very helpful they I bought something that had to be rigged a little difference and the man said stay right there and he took care of me it reminds me early 70s when we used to have hundreds of Auto parts goals stores old school look I loved it

every time i need to replace any parts on my car, Chris always gets me the right parts so i just have to do the job once! every body else that works with him are very acommodating, no reason for me to go anywhere else!
