I had a squeak coming from the back of my bike, and I called the shop and they told me to swing by. When I arrived, Sal stopped what he was doing and inspected my bike. Immediately, he noticed the belt was too tight. He didn't have time to road test it at that time but he told me how to prep the bike and come back first thing in the morning. I followed his instructions. First thing the next day, he met me and took my bike out. We didn't hear the squeak but he told me to wait so he can adjust the belt on the spot! When has a mechanic ever done the work while you watched and waited?!! It was so great that he took the time to talk things through and give me the attention we deserve. When I asked how much I owed, he shrugged and said a number that I couldn't feel comfortable without adding 50%.I highly recommend and I will Neve go back to the dealer again!

Brought my 2012 Harley Forty Eight in after reading some good reviews. I had a horrible wobble coming from the rear. Sal figured out the issue within minutes and got my bike up and riding in a couple of days. Now the bike rides real smoothe. Will definitely go back for any future needs.

Many thanks to Sal at Motorcycle Center in New Rochelle.When I blew out my rear tire on my 996, Sal got me up and running fast! My regular place told me it would be at least a month before they could pick up my bike and another month before I d get it back. Sal was able to take care of me in less than two weeks so I didn t miss the end of the season. Very fair pricing too. Sal is very friendly, knowledgeable and was happy to talk bikes!Motorcycle Center is my new regular place.

Great shop! Sal is awesome. Good motorcycle work at fair prices. Sal brought my custom chopper back to life after it died from being poorly tuned up by 2 other local shops in Westchester. A lot of other shops claim to "specialize" in custom Harley's, but they have very little motorcycle knowledge and depend on manuals to do any type of work. With Sal, he's got the motorcycle knowledge to work on any type of bike, not just Harleys. So, when it comes to custom work and repairs, he's got the experience to get nearly any work or repair done. He perfectly tuned my carbureted engine. Also, he fixed the electrical system that other shops didn't even want to touch, because they either didn't know how to do the work or didn't want to put in the time to fix it. Sal is flexible and reliable and at this point I only let him touch my bike for repairs. On top of it all, he's genuinely a nice guy and his prices are fair. I can't recommend him enough.

Took my 1980 Kawasaki here to get new chain, sprockets and a clutch. Sal is a professional and a wealth of knowledge. He had the work on my bike done in a couple days at a very fair price considering what needed to be done. My bike feels awesome and rides better than ever now. Definitely recommend anyone in the Westchester NY area to come here for service, especially if you own an older bike.

Great service from Sal and his team. Had an FXR that I had taken to Prestige Cycles for some work. They left a rats nest of wiring that lead to several shorts. Sal cleaned everything up and bike is finally running well.Very generous with his labor charges.

The Motorcycle Center of New Rochelle is amazing mechanic shop, the owner Sal who was more then fair with his prices and with his work. Did not give me a run around with excuses, He told me what I got and what I had to do to fix my bike unlike big shops who will do unnecessary work just jack up the price. An I rather support a small business then a cooperation, I am definitely a return customer.

The absolute best. Couldn't find anyone to take bike last minute. He not only had the part but fixed it same day. The price was the best and before I forget I ride a Honda 954 parts aren't always easy to get. He is a secret gold find in New Rochelle NY.

Sal is a stand up guy, extremely friendly and helpful. I have a bike that I regularly tour with and I ve been looking for a trustworthy mechanic that I know I can come back to again and again and I m sure I ve found that with Motorcycle Center!

The best. I found Motorcycle Center while living in southern Connecticut; maybe 20 minutes from New Rochelle. Now I live in Brooklyn and yet i still take my Harley to Sal and his crew. They've been consistently professional and timely with every visit, and i trust them completely.

I personally try to tackle most projects/repairs/maintenance on my bike. But Whenever something stumps me I bring it right to sal. And he never seizes to amaze me at how quickly and professionally he gets the job done. You can tell he s in this business for the passion he has for bikes. He is the only mechanic I ve ever brought any of my bikes to and I can honestly say there is no need to look anywhere else. He is the man for the job! Thank you sal!

They did a great job on my 2007 Honda VTX. Tune up, spark plugs, and oil. Sal installed an LED headlight which is a game changer.

Honest mechanic , good luck finding one unless you are lucky enough to find Sal's shop in New Rochelle "motorcycle center", I had not visited Sal since he did an oil change in my old 250 Hyosung and me being an inexperienced rider did not realize how honest his prices were, 3 years later and now riding an 865 cc Triumph I decided to stop by Sal's since my service plan had expired and I had an electrical issue with it, I only stopped by for pricing questions but Sal insisted that I take the time since I had no horn, break and turning lights and I am so glad I did , he proceeded to meticulously find the issue and solve it even explaing to detail what the issue was , as to where any other shop would have charged me upwards of $150. An hour and probably with a 2 hour minimum and would have asked for an appointment which would had me waiting a week or more and would had made me leave my Triumph overnight, Sal solved it in way less than an hour and the cost was actually incredibly HONEST .Since my service plan was over with Triumph I have not been as happy with my motorcycle as up to now since I found Sal again to care for it.Thank you so much Sal I sure am glad I stopped by when I did , see you soon.Leonardo "Fabio" dettler

4 years ago around this time frame took my xl1200. Looking to put higher bars on it. He had some bars hanging up on the wall. Instead of just pushing it on me. He pulled them off the wall. Told me to sit on my bike. And placed them Infront if me and said "how do you feel?" Cable work was beautiful I have OCD, but the clutch cable and brake line looked amazing and gave my bike a cyber punk look!Three days ago went in to get a estimate on my friend 2018 streetbob front fork being repaired. And the price he told me almost brought tears to my eyes. LolThe guy is one of a kind. His shop is that place, the one everyone is looking for. Quality at fair prices.

He charged me close to 1500 for brakes, air filter replacement, front tire, front and rear brakes, and an igntion computer. The bike seat braket was scratched, underglow lights broken, bolts replacesd with mis-sized cheap one, and my rear brake pads popped out!!! My bike was left outside and he didnt secure my carburetor properly and i was leaking air making my bike run funny....dont go here....

Got my bike running but scratched my seat bracket (it was literally brand new 3 days old) and my carb connection from air intake came off and i had to put it on. Want mechanical work he got you but not aesthetically conscious.

Great mechanics and awesome group guys.. Very very knowledgeable and have decades of experience.. Sal knows motorcycles and always tells you truth. I definitely recommend them.

So glad I came across this shop. Fixed my luggage rack that was lacking parts. Friendly, reasonable and did a fantastic job. I've been looking for a shop and found a great shop.

Went three times for the same problem leaving with the same problem $1400 less in my pocket , Update bike was taken to mechanic found oil pump was not aligned right which cause the motor to go sal will not stand up for any work that he does said it was not his fault thank you Sal. Ps stay far away from this place

The only motorcycle shop that will swap out both my front and rear tires in a day and for a good price to! I got my bike back with in a few hours!

This guy is a theft he made horrible job on my bike charge me 2000 for rebuild my engine he put the same gasket didn t check the valve clearance on my engine left my air filter dirty
