Jack has been such a pleasure with all of my car troubles - his team is incredibly efficient, accommodating, quick and honest! Highly recommend, especially for people who aren't as experienced or knowledgeable with vehicles.

The way my car handles and rides now is a pleasure! Mineke replaced struts and brakes. Jack the owner explainied and showed me what was needed in order to pass inspection. The work was done efficiently and professionally. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

I took my car in for an inspection. No appointment necessary and was taken next. Informed I needed front brakes to pass and went ahead. All done in under 90 minutes and a sale on the brakes ax well! Excellent service and prices. Highly recommend.

Jack and team provided good service. They were quick and professional. The team found out my starter was the issue and not my battery. They replaced the starter and I ve been all good!

Excellent service is all i have to say.. I tool my Toyota 4runner for a muffler and i was told i need more work, so to say i had them do it and now my truck runs perfect again.Thanks guy's .

Brought my car to Meineke on North Ave New Rochelle after I drove up on a curb and damaged part of my exhaust system. Manager Jack and his mechanic put my car on the lift and showed me exactly what was damaged and explained what needed to be done to fix my car. Very honest and professional guys. After the repairs, my car is running fine again!Service: Exhaust

Very efficient, friendly service. I did not have anything complicated done -- just state emissions test and affixing my license plates -- so I'm not a source for information about their work. But I was satisfied.

Jack has been the Manager for roughly 30 years (and his Uncle is the Franchise owner). With Jack I have found the trusted neighborhood mechanic I was looking for. He only does the work that is required and he does it well and at a fair/reasonable price. I made an appointment online. When I got there everything was open but there was no one to be seen. I opened the door to the garage and called out. Nothing. I waited for 10 minutes and then I left.

I d usually see Jack when something is wrong with my car and he is so helpful when it comes to letting me know what s really wrong.(I spent thousands here with no problem by the way) I spoke with Jack days before and he told me to bring my car in when I could so he could help as always(he is a great guy by the way) but Today, it was a different person claiming to be the owner which I believe he was and Jack wasn t there. He was nothing but rude, and before he even took a look at my car he said he couldn t help me(First strike). I guess I got on his nerves because of asking why he couldn t help and also asking can he get one of the mechanics in the back to help and that was because it was an emergency issue with my car cutting off when idled (which said service stabilitrak when I cut it back on). If Jack was there he would ve grabbed one of the mechanics and told them to take a ride around the block with me to see what s really wrong. This guy did absolutely nothing but make me feel unwanted in his shop. He threw a price of $900 at me which Im guessing he thought I couldn t pay(Told him I didn t care about the price I just needed this fixed). But Jack stated to me over the phone that it MIGHT be a minor issue and the price was nowhere near what the owner said (second strike). At the end of it all , his exact words were I just don t want to help you Told him I ll be back when Jack comes back Friday and he says Please Don t (Third Strike and I m out ) sounds like a racist with a bad attitude to me.

They did not put a sticker on my car to tell when the next oil change would be needed and they did not reset my mileage or tell me that my car was ready!

This is by far the best Meineke I have been to, Paul did an excellent job on my 2019 Mustang GT, we replaced the stock resonator and axlebacks and replaced them eith a H pipe and Flownaster Outlaw Axlebacks, and it sounds incredible, he took his time and did the job right, he had the car still on the lift when I came to pick her up so I could inspect the work myself, FLAWLESS ,no bubbles in the welding, everything was nice and tight up there. Pipes were level, everything underneath looks stock even after the aftermarket setup. Paul is a solid guy, honest, and takes great pride in his work. Couldn't ask for more.
