Naomi has been extremely helpful at New Rochelle Mazda. She even put on the plates and ensured we knew all about the car features before leaving the lot. She message the entire prices seamless with great pricing and service.

Been taking my car in for service for over 5 years. However, this time I was assisted by Chris who gave a detailed assessment of all the work to be completed. Chris was approachable, professional and communicated effectively.

I had to return parts I'd ordered from the New Rochelle store but didn't have the receipt. I didn't realize in this day and age of Amazon and WalMart, where anything can be returned for any reason that it would be required but it was. And I admit I lost my cool and composure. The parts manager, Jose Ortiz, continued to treat me with respect no matter how frustrated and angry I got, remaining cool and persistent. Ultimately I realized it really was all my fault and apologized. Once I found the invoice Jose quickly took care of it.Thanks, Jose, for treating me so courteously in a moment I didn't deserve it. I hope the folks at Mazda New Rochelle fully appreciate your professionalism and the content of your character. You made a deep impression and reminded me that the things we get upset about are so trivial when compared to what we've all been thru this past year. Once again, my apologies and God bless!

It was great the worker there are very nice they answers all your questions it was like bringing with friends, I would strongly recommend Mazda of New Rochelle to all my family and friends, Mazda New Rochelle make you feel they are working in your best interest and they are.Thank you to everyone.

It took 3.5 hrs to do an oil change and inspection. lack of communication from the service manager about timing along with the highest level of nonchalant unprofessionalism. i will not return for a service nor sale. i highly recommend anyone to stay away from this dealership.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had an incredible experience here for servicing my mx-5. My car had a major issue that no other service center seemed to have the patience or desire to look into. Both Christopher and Mark really worked with me on this issue and they were able to get the part I needed and complete the repair in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you guys! Will definitely return.
