I've enjoyed doing business at Land Rover New Rochelle! Everyone there is so Amazing. Vincent the manager is attentive and welcoming! I bought my Land Rover a year ago and the pricing was fair, the buying process was easy. We did it all on the same day and they helped me on the process to get a loan for my almost new (used) car. I went back this year for a car inspection because of the excellent customer service. The service team did a great job and didn t do things my car didn t need. I trust this car dealership, which is a very hard thing for me to say. They have high quality vehicles and put the customer first. My son Tommy loves going there to see his friends and play with his new cars! LOL

The sales associate that I worked with was Brad R. He made the whole process of leasing my car quick and easy. I didn t even have to attempt to haggle (which is normal for a girl going in to get a car). He gave me a great price right away, literally saved me hundreds of dollars compared to other dealerships I worked with. Will definitely get my next lease at Range Rover of new Rochelle!!

Just bought a 23 Range Rover SV LWB from this dealer. Julius is my sales boy and the manager Alex showed me an immaculate purchase experience. Everything is smooth during the purchase process and all done in one day once payment cleared. We love the SV as a family car. I will definitely buy future new SV from them again!

I bought my first car from here and the service was excellent. Steve G is an excellent and honest salesperson. Since then I moved out of state and none of my local dealers come close to the same courtesy and professionalism. I just bought my second car from here.

Great customer service. Professional people deal maker. I leased a 2024 velar they gave me fantastic deal. Specially mr julius ripol he guided me perfectly. Finance manager she helped us alot. I definitely going back to get my another car from them .

My recall service visit was handled professionally and courteously. The staff is great. My service representative Josef kept me informed of the vehicle's future service needs. Manager Vinny also introduced himself and offered his services to my fiance who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. The people here treat you like your family members that you like. Best car buying experience I ve ever had at a dealership ! Although this was a Land Rover shop, my purchase was a used Honda Pilot. The car looked and drove as good as new. The price was fair and there were no hidden fees (other than the standard $175 dealer fee). The price I saw was the price I paid (plus tax and DMV fees). Julius was my salesman and he made the whole process very easy. The finance rep was also wonderful, she explained everything very thoroughly and completed my transaction in under 20 minutes.

From the moment I arrived to the completion of the work on my vehicle all aspects of services were excellent. Getting the loaner to explaining everything that would be done and price, it doesn't get better. It is noteworthy that I price compared with other Land Rover dealerships the work I needed done. New Rochelle price wise was far better than the others for the work I required. They earned themselves a customer for life.

Wow where to begin! I purchased the car OF MY DREAMS from this dealership. Truly. I can't say enough good things about the sales team and the Eric/Eriks I worked with. 'I was considering buying a super nice white C300 coupe from a used car lot but I had a really BAD gut feeling about them. I was super nervous about buying the car and then running into issues when I drove it off the lot. The reason I ended up buying at Land Rover New Rochelle was because Erik assured me that they would take good care of me and protect me if anything were to happen when I took it off the lot.This dealership has multiple steps of protection in place so that you don't end up getting screwed. I was reading DOZENS of awful reviews about the used car lots that I was considering buying from and I was scared of making a bad purchase.I purchased confidently with Erik and the team and Land Rover New Rochelle and had no anxiety going into the purchase. I took the car off the lot and it drove like an absolute dream from day 1. It is hard to find C300 Coupe's and this is an absolute beauty. With only 25,000 miles on it I got a GREAT deal and they don't have any hidden fees or add on scams.I can't recommend them enough. You won't regret buying from them! Thank you Erik, Francis and everyone who helped me out.

Just to reinforce my previous post about this dealership s dishonesty, they posted a false offer to help me from the dealership s General Manager with an apology for the bad experience. I called the number only to find out that dealership has NO General Manager at this time and is being managed remotely by Corporate. Not only were they dishonest with their false post offering assistance, they tried to find a reason not to service my car after I complained, in retaliation. It has been 3 years of issues with this dealership in trying to get my car serviced I hope you read this and I can save you the trouble they will be nice during the sale and then good luck. Please save yourself the trouble and buy from another dealership

I had a really good experience with this dealership. Quinn and Christina gave us the best, smooth experience we could ever ask for. We came from PA which is 2.5 hrs away and we got our dream car in less than 2 hrs. Everyone was just so professional and nice at this location. I definitely recommend their services. Ask for Quinn!

Excellent Transaction. I texted that I was interested in a used Range Rover I saw online. I was immediately contacted back that it was sold, but there was another one that was not listed yet that was in the process of being certified. Since they were 25 miles from my home, I didnt want to invest time to see it if it was already "promised" to someone else. I was assured that I would be the first and they would hold it for me. Also, they were waiting for a new windshield before they would resell it since it was CPO. Long story short, I showed up 5 days later, closed on the car. I got a fair price on my trade-in. The process on closing day was easy and quick. Overall - I am very happy and would recommend them,

A Five Star "Concierge Like" Car Buying ExperienceMy Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle New York experience between 8/7/2023 and 8/9/2023 was like having 5 star concierge service for car buying. I am a busy owner of a small women-owned business. I have very little time in between meetings and obligations to go car shopping and for months I have been trying to fit in going to a dealership to test drive cars. Late at night on August 6 I filled out an online questionnaire on a Land Rover website, plugging in the amenities I would want in a car and then I went to sleep. The next day I was invited by email to come in to Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle to meet with Steve. I had commitments later that day, but found a way to travel from the Bronx to meet Steve in New Rochelle. My Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle visit was like having 5 star concierge service for a car buying experience. As a self-employed person I was worried would not find financing, they helped me with that. I did my part, they did their part well and the goal of leaving with a car was accomplished. I went into the dealership on a Monday and by Wednesday afternoon I was driving out with a Land Rover that had car insurance, license plates and registration, it was also outfitted with amenities inside the car that matched my president of a small firm status and I was off to my business trip by the weekend with no worries about looking for a car, I had my car now.I looked up the definition of a concierge on a career website and here is what they wrote: What is a Concierge? All reputable hotels, cruise ships, casinos, and resorts have a cordial, quick-thinking concierge. They are often recognized as the face of the facility they work for. They have a list of names and numbers that can facilitate any unique and challenging requests. Some of them are also social, meaning they re kind, generous, cooperative, patient, caring, helpful, empathetic, tactful, and friendly. This definition fits what I experienced, 5 star concierge service from Steve who was helping his guest, me, leave with a wonderful car. Thank you to Steve and Christine at Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle for a wonderful shopping experience it was a 10 out of 10 experience. Steve was able to find what I wanted, he addressed any unique and challenging requests, and I left the dealership in less than 3 days from start to finish with a wonderful luxury vehicle I will enjoy for years to come. Thank you very much.

Worst dealership and service team I have ever had the misfortune of working with. I have never left a bad review for any business in my life, until now .but they promised loaners and valet service when I bought the car and haven t fulfilled that promise for the three years since. Buyer beware. They are dishonest , and promise all kinds of customer service just to sell and then have a million excuses about why they can t fulfill their commitments.

Very strange. I drove there on a Saturday to purchase a 2023 Range Rover SV for $225k. Cash buyer no financing needed. I was told the car was sold and that the salesman would call me if it became available. I got a weird feeling told my cousin to call they told him cars available. Fast forward call again the salesman IVO texts me and then blocks me seconds later. Call and ask for manager he says he will figure out what going on and call me never got a call back .everyday they are texting my cousin to come buy the car .. very strange.

The Land Rover of New Rochelle service department are some of the Biggest crooks I've ever came across in the car business.. and I am a car dealer myself so I've seen some things in my time. Dishonest, and uncompromising. Brought my Range Rover Sport HSE in to simply change the brakes and rotors. A few days pass by and I am told when I come to pick it up- not even prior- that The timing belt of my vehicle broke (while having the brakes changed??), and i cant drive it home. Don't understand how a car in perfect mechanical condition that is brought in for brakes, ends up with a broken timing belt. The best part is that they refused to take any accountability for it whatsoever, instead attempting to charge me $15,000 for a new one... (clearly orchestrated) right after i paid $3,200 for the brakes. I immediately refused and the service manager kept lowering the price from 15k to 12k to 10k, until he settled at $7000 (Don't know how there can be such a difference in what they're willing to accept as payment). I still refused and made them tow my car to my home.

Its Very sad to know that this dealership is not reliable at all. After my Brother��spend 170k on 2024 Range Rover .The car engine oil leak�and all he was asking is�a replacement . But know one is helping or listening , either paying attention.Not a way to treat a loyal land rover customer since 2000.

I was disappointed with the service I received. Damage was done to my car and I had paid for the extra protection package. The dealership made me do all the legwork, evidence collection and submission. Then then never responded to any of my attempts to get an update, and it was only when I got the corporate Land Rover office involved, that anything got done. I intensely dislike dealerships that ignore you and hope you don t have the time to follow up so you guys go away and eat the damages. Will be using a different location in the future for my vehicle needs.At all costs please don't ever step foot in this dealership.To top it all off there was no acknowledgment of their mistakes!

From the second I walked in the door I was greated with warmth and attention Aris Castillo worked with me from start to finish and got me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted with no hassle or hidden drama. I was also provided great warranty at a awesome price and terms, i cant ask for anything more.FYI I have Mercedes and Land Rover Customer service out weighs Mercedes all the way..I recommend this dealership to all and ask for Aris Castillo she is the Best. .

I m not taking this review down until I get my issue resolved to my satisfaction or I m filing a complaint with the DMV because I m not paying $5,000.00 to have the defects on their vehicle repaired. Friday, I had my 2020 Evoque serviced. When I arrived at the dealership, I told Vincent the issues with the vehicle: water leaking from the windshield, the passenger side mirror was loose and the there was a noise. He later told me that my car warranty expired. I informed him that was wrong. In October, at the White Plains location I was told my warranty was extended. Long story short I confirmed it with White Plains and I told new Rochelle to get the information from them. I still haven t heard back from Alex, the Sales Manager. They wanted to fix the vehicle immediately when they thought I would have to pay for it. Now all I am getting is silence.

I was looking to get out of my leased honda for a while. I scheduled an appointment here, and my experience was excellent! Rafael, the manager of that department, was super helpful, transparent, and straight to the point. I came in on a Friday afternoon, I was out of there after 2 hours!! My lease was paid off, and all the papers were signed. And he even paid for a lyft for my family to leave the dealership, an hour ride!! During the process They even provided me with a private room so my wife can nurse and take care of our newborn in peace! I would highly recommend Rafael if you are interested in selling your used vehicle - and the dealership in general for any new vehicle purchase. Everyone on staff was super Polite, especially christian.

I just purchased the Land Rover Defender today, and the experience was next level. Starting from our sales associate Ivo, who made it such an easy, pleasant and best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Vinny and Alex, were courteous and pleasant to deal with.
