Jaguar New Rochelle did a great job preparing my new F-Pace for pickup. I was able to handle a majority of the details over the phone and the process was nicely streamlined when I arrived at the dealership to take the car home. Francis in sales and Christina in finance were attentive to my needs and treated me extremely well throughout my visit. The car was in perfect condition and Francis was able to quickly pre-set many of the features to my liking. It was a terrific experience with Jaguar New Rochelle, overall.

I don't know anyone who likes buying a new car due to how longggggg it takes and dealing with the salesperson. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by our salesperson Brad who was awesome. No hard pushy sales tactics, truly a pleasure to work with.Also surprised that the financing woman was also great to work with. We got a great deal on our car and the loyalty cash back from Jaguar is what sealed the deal. We traded in our car and that's were the sales manager took us. We did it only for the convenience because we're NJ residents and the dealerships in NY.Definitely would have done better selling on our own. That's the only reason I dropped the stars to 4. But all in all Brad was excellent definitely ask for Brad if you're planning on purchasing a car from Autonation!

Excellent personal service from the business associates. I purchased a used F-Pace online from Jaguar New Rochelle and had a great experience with the Sales team as well as the Finance Manager. I am an out of state purchaser which could've been a disaster but the team really held true and professional throughout the process. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the process was quick and painless. The Jaguar was detailed and ready for my drive home. I really appreciate how easy the team was to communicate with. Very professional. Highly impressed with my online purchase process. I absolutely love this vehicle. Thanks!!

Steve Goldsmith was great to work with. He was extremely responsive and made the transaction very easy. I would have given 5 starts but the mileage was incorrect by 9k when they listed the car so I deducted one star. I will say they did put on new tires, deducted 500 dollars, and changed the brakes so that makes up for some of the difference in miles. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I would definitely buy from Steve again.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Jaguar- Land Rover of New Rochelle with Francis as my sales associate. Team there was overall pretty friendly and vehicle was pretty fairly priced. I was however disappointed when the dealership supposedly left themselves zero wiggle room or any negotiation room on price, fees, etc. Granted the vehicle was fairly priced- being someone that comes from a sales background it's always good to leave yourself some wiggle room to show you're willing to work with the customer- even a little bit. Upon taking possession of the vehicle I noticed on my ride home a chip/ crack in the windshield I had overlooked prior to purchasing. I immediately reached out to Francis (who had previously been very responsive) only now I can't seem to get a hold of him as to my inquiry about the damage on the windshield. Not that I am expecting them to help me out at this point- I would atleast appreciate a response back considering the last thing I was told (in regards to another small concern I had) was "don't worry we are not looking to hang you out to dry"

We traveled over 1.5 hours from Central NJ to JLR New Rochelle to purchase a used car. Steven P, our sales executive, and Alex, the sales manager, were excellent and the reason we traveled so far. The no-haggle price was very competitive, they fixed any issues that were revealed in the comprehensive inspection and they were responsiveness to any questions we had. Even though we were surrounded by some beautiful luxury cars, Steven and Alex never treated us any less important or valued as customers.In our search for a used car we discovered many tactics by other dealers to slip in additional fees and charges to inflate the advertised price. JLR New Rochelle was upfront about their reasonable documentation fee in addition to the sales tax. It was nice not having to pick through all of the fine print and legal jargon to find hidden costs.Highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a used car. And if you are in the market for a Jaguar or Land Rover, I had no doubt they will take care of you, too.

I arranged to test drive the 2024 F-PACE SVR with Julius from Jaguar New Rochelle the day after Thanksgiving... it is an amazing crossover.Equally as amazing was the first class and attentive attention I received from Steven & Alex from the moment I walked in the showroom.My test drive transitioned to a purchase soon after and I was able to take delivery the next day, on Saturday.There is a lot to be said about a dealership that maintains a full staff capable of delivering a new purchase with new plates on a holiday weekend. This is my second Jaguar purchase in 2023, I can confirm that Jaguar New Rochelle is my go to dealership for my next purchase.

I received a fair price for my car. Tyler Clarke was friendly and easy to work with. He reached out to me twice by phone after the initial AutoNation bid for my car. The process of actually transferring ownership papers took longer than I expected, almost 3 hours, but was thorough and I felt I was in trustworthy hands. Overall I would recommend AutoNation to anyone trying to sell their used car.

This was a very fast, clear, and to the point process. Rafael was as pleasant as can be to speak and do business with! From the second I walked in, I was greeted and brought over to a beautiful waiting room where I was then met with Rafael and his team. The overall process took about one hour. I couldn t be happier!

I am writing this review with a heavy heart because, until recently, my wife and I had only positive encounters with the Landrover and Jaguar of New Rochelle dealership. The purchasing process was seamless, and all associated staff we dealt with were professional and accommodating.However, our experience with the service department has been far from satisfactory. A particular incident involving the service manager and, I believe, the general manager left us feeling frustrated and undervalued as customers. We were met with an unwelcoming attitude and a lack of willingness to address our concerns.What was even more disconcerting was the sentiment expressed by these representatives that Landrover and Jaguar vehicles were more for aesthetics and comfort, rather than reliability. This was surprising and disappointing. They went so far as to suggest that if we wanted a more dependable vehicle, we should have opted for a Toyota or Honda. Such a comment is not only unprofessional but also does a disservice to the reputed name of Landrover and Jaguar.Adding to our disappointment, one of the managers even bragged that this was the reason he drives a Lexus. This further highlighted the lack of confidence in the vehicles they are supposed to represent and left us feeling disillusioned about the commitment of the dealership to their own products.We had hoped for a better experience, especially considering the high standards that the Landrover and Jaguar brands represent. The unfortunate experience with the service department has significantly impacted our view of this dealership. As much as possible, we hope to avoid revisiting this dealership for service in the future.I hope this feedback is taken into serious consideration to improve the customer service experience at this dealership. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the predicament.

Raphael and Brad were wonderful. We sold our BMW, which had a loan on it, and even though the original price offered online, was higher than when we got to the dealership, we were advised 4 new tires needed to be replaced and an alignment adjustment. I did provide proof that I had just bought new tires in Spring 2022 and that at my last service appointment, end of August, BMW did noy indicate a re-alignment was needed but suggested that I possibly may need 2 rear tires in the next few months. Raphael understand my situation and negotiated to give me a little more as we could not pay the difference of $1100. We split the balance so it made it easier for me to accept the offer. In addition, we were unaware that my car would be sold so my husband did not follow me to the dealership. Brad advised we could get reimbursed for our Uber ride back home, as we live 40 minutes from the dealership. Great service.

The service appointment I had went flawlessly. I was exceptionally impressed with Roger in service. He was professional and courteous. In fact everyone at the dealership was kind and courteous. I have had challenges with other Land Rover Jaguar dealerships in the past. Jaguar of New Rochelle has managed to restore my confidence in the brand.

Jaguar New Rochelle is a magnificent state-of-the-art facility conveniently located in Westchester County. My Sales Consultant Julius Ripoll was extremely knowledgeable and was able to find me the perfect vehicle from their plentiful inventory. He made the process of buying a Jaguar simplistic and has been there to answer my questions on operating the features and technology weeks after driving out of the dealership. I will be a customer forever!

My wife and I were in the market for a new car and liked the F-Pace which we found at Jaguar New Rochelle. We were dreading dealing with a dealer after our last experience with another dealership (Audi). I had started a conversation with Lenny, who was very friendly and responsive, and schedule a test drive. When we showed up he had the car ready and was pleasant to work with, even though they were in the middle of moving the dealership.. We didn't get the slimy salesman pitches or pressures that we got at the previous place and decided to take the car. We then got to meet Tamatha with Customer Services to finalize all of our paperwork. Again, she was great to work with and was open and honest about all options and fees that were presented to us. The combination of both Lenny and Tamatha made the whole process very comfortable and painless. My wife, who normally dislikes dealers, came out saying "Wow, those guys were really good and I actually liked working with them.".This was hand down the best car purchase experience I've had yet!Thank You Lenny & Tamatha!

From the moment I contacted Jaguar of New Rochelle and spoke with Steve I knew I wanted to buy my very first Jaguar there. Steve was so patience and even a month later he was eager to show me the car I was looking for. I am thankful for the outstanding service I experienced. I was searching for a used vehicle and happened along one @ Jaguar New Rochelle. It was a used ES 350 Lexus, in near perfect condition. I worked with Jan Tapia he was amazing from 1st contact and continues to amaze me. I've only had the car since this past Thursday he continues to check in to make sure everything is okay. I was shopping around for a used car. I came across just the one I was looking for at Jaguar in New Rochelle. As it was a little further from me, Marco made it all worth it. He was very professional and patient throughout the process. Marco made sure everything was in order and created mind at ease for me. Christine was also amazing finding the perfect bank to finance my vehicle from and even offering insightful advice for my car moving forward. I inquired about a used RAV4 and if there were any additional fees before heading there from Staten Island. The GM sent me a breakdown of all fees with no issues. I met Erik and everything was straight forward. No gimmicks and ridiculous Prep fees on cost. Alex the finance manager did offer me additional warranty as an additional option but never pressured me. I did happily purchase the car and the price that was originally quoted was the same price I purchased for. Thank you guys. Will definitely purchase from them again.

6/14/2023 For quite a while I was looking for a white Jeep Wrangler Rubicon for my lovely wife, looking through the whole state of Massachusetts and we couldn't find the right one long story short we search out of state and luckily we found one at Land Rover /Jaguar New Rochelle . But more impressed we were by their quick response, we meet with Marco Dos Santos sales rep and from there this person took care of everything Knowledgeable Honest and Trustful we had a great experience . We are very please with our purchase and even happier with the way we were treated at the dealer.....Great Service
