EXCELLENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS. I have been coming here since June 2018 and have never ever had any regrets. Everyone there make you feel comfortable and right at home. Whatever length of time they give you is what they usually stick to for the most part. They always call and update you if they noticed something else that need fixing and overall they are all just a great team.A big shout out to the service advisor Erika who was so helpful when I recently went to get my car serviced. She explained everything to me very well. She went over the documents with me m, telling me what I would possibly need for my next visit and even gave me pointers on what to do to ensure that my vehicle will continue running smoothly.Continue keeping up the EXCELLENT WORK Honda of New Rochelle Service Department. You all are A GREAT AND FANTASTIC TEAM.

Yesenia is super reliable, honest and operates with integrity. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for great customer service at Honda of New Rochelle when it comes to your service appointments. Yesenia always takes the time to answer any questions you may have in a timely manner. She is also able to provide you with all available options from repair to replacement to making sure you get to where you need to be. I recently visited Honda of New Rochelle's service department and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous and efficient, ensuring that my vehicle was taken care of promptly and professionally. The technicians and service advisors, especially Yesenia, were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to address all of my concerns and assist me in replacing my brakes. After reviewing the amazing reviews of Honda New Rochelle, I decided to give them a shot, and I was absolutely floored by the extreme professionalism and care shown to me. I had the good fortune of being tended to by Mr. Bob Hilburg who was simply amazing!!! Although my issue could not be resolved in the time I was there, I told Bob that I would most certainly be back for the completion of my issue!! I'm looking forward to my next appointment and resolution!!!

I had a good experience here. The staff was very professional and courteous. I will like to give a special thanks to Aneuris Rodriguez he was my sales Rep. He did not try to take advantage of me like other car dealerships do. Also I will like to thank Joe Carussone the sales manager. I had mentioned to Joe about a broken clip that was on the grill of the car. I wanted it fixed before I bought the car and he fixed it for me with no hesitation. I would recommend my family and friends to go to this dealership. I appreciate you guys thanks again.

I had my car serviced recently and was taken care of by Service Advisor Jeremy Martinez. He was very professional, explained everything to me and kept in contact with me throughout the process. And my car was ready earlier than the time span in which I was quoted upon entry. Thank You Jeremy! My experience was excellent.

Great service! Dealt with Bob and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Did not feel I was hit with unexpected charges. He walked me through the entire process and was great at getting me out the door as quickly as possible. Kept me in the loop the entire time! Thanks Honda of New Rochelle!

I had an overall very good experience. I was told it would take two to two and a half hours but they were done in an hour. Dijon, my service advisor, kept me well informed. Would highly recommend.

Yesenia from Honda of New Rochelle is absolutely amazing. She puts the ROC in Rochelle , definitely . Her customer service/ satisfaction is always top notch, and she s extremely knowledgeable . She goes above and beyond to get me serviced and back on the road in a timely fashion. I can go on and on , but I ll conclude with saying you have a great asset at this location. She has a great personality, great customer service, always communicates , and shows she loves her job.

Had a great experience, here. Service was quick and efficient and the wait was minimal! Yesenia was amazing and was able to fit me in last minute with no issues, which I am beyond grateful for. I will definitely be coming back to Honda New Rochelle for service on my CRV.

Took my car into Honda Of New Rochelle last week to get an oil change. My customer service rep Bob was great. He got me in and out of there promptly. I have been servicing my car at Honda of New Rochelle for years and they have never let me down.

I arrived at New Rochelle Honda without an appointment seeing if I could get my car in for a NYS inspection. I met a smiling ERIKA ANDUJAR who greeted me and asked what she could help me with. She was able to have my car inspected within 30 minutes. She was courteous and provided outstanding customer service! I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles at New Rochelle Honda based on the service I get there.

Recently went in for service on my 2012 Honda civic my service consultant was Matt N he did a wonderful job, my vehicle need multiple repairs. They worked on my vehicle across the street in the express building. He took videos of everything my car needed. He showed me the coolant leak and all my filters. Very professional and very nice even wished me happy holidays. This is the best Honda I have been to by far and I ve gone to white plains Honda and Yonkers Honda. NEW ROCHELLE HONDA by far is the best

Honda continues to be my first choice in vehicle brands for customer service and quality vehicles. Once again Ben Thomas and his team (Jonathan Ortiz) at New Rochelle Honda are the best. They take their time to go over everything, answering any and all my questions I had with the paperwork and the features of the vehicle. It was quick and efficient service.

I had a good experience at first when I went for the battery replacement. Robert helped me quote the price and after a coupon was used ($25), I paid $200 with a warranted Honda battery. Therefore I went to them again when I found there was oil leaking. That's a terrible mistake I made. First, they asked $325 as the diagnosis fee which will be waived if you decide to fix it at their place. It was expensive but I agreed since 1: they are Honda shop 2: I had a good experience last time when they replaced my battery.After the diagnosis, I was told by the service consultant Jeremy that my car's radiator and all hoses connected to the radiator have to be replaced. Material costs $800, plus 8 hours of labor $1432 as 179 per hour. Total is $2200. I was surprised and did not know what to do since I did not have much experience with the real cost of fixing cars. Jeremy insists it has to take long hours but as a "courtesy," he can reduce the price to $2000 by quoting it as 7 hours labor job. I was still shocked by the cost but left my car there since they said they were going to order material and the job wouldn't start until the next day after I gave permission. After I got home, I did some research and realized it for sure is overcharged. I called Jermey and questioned again why they need 7 hours when other places only need 3ish hours. He cannot explain. I told him that I was going to take my car back. He connected me to his manager who I was told they are going to reduce the price to 1500 plus tax.... ?!!!! I learned my lessons. I hope sharing my experience here can help you at a certain point.

I have had such a wonderful experience when going for my oil change and any services for my car . My last experience was with a wonderful young lady named yesenia rivera . Her customer service was spectacular. She communicated with me very well and every step was explained to . I did not wait long either while my car was being serviced .
