After working an 16 hours shift at work,Joele Montalvo was amazing. He made sure all my documents were updated and even offered shuttle services to go home while waiting for my car to be serviced. I was out in no time, I have been with Hyundai for 8 years purchased 2 cars within that time frame and this is the best service I ve ever received. Thank you and keep up the great work!!!!

Brought in my Hyundai Elantra for a multi point inspection. I was greeted and assisted by Joele who checked my car in and was very understanding and inquisitive when it came to why I brought my vehicle in. He even had me speak to the tech that was completing the inspection to help with the issue I had mentioned when checking in. I had explained to him I was a first time car owner and was unfamiliar with things, and he offered to have a sales person explain all the features of my car even with it being I brought it from a different dealership. Look forward to doing business with empire Hyundai again!

My recent mid-March '24 experience with Empire Hyundai was efficient and courteous. Service Advisor, Alex Chuchuca, got my car in (for its Annual DMV inspection) and me out (on my way to work) very quickly. The new Courtesy Van whisked me to the New Rochelle Metro North Station. Alex even waited for me after the service area closed at 5 so I could pick up my car.

Had an extremely positive and productive visit, which was facilitated by Angelica Mandracchia. She was warm and welcoming but most importantly made the process efficient. She went out of her way to help me (during what seemed like a busy time) during a service visit which was the epitome of excellent customer service. It s those positive experiences that make an impact and should not go unnoticed.

The work that Empire Hyundai service performed for me was completed in a timely manner. The staff was professional and courteous. Even when I didn't purchase a vehicle from the old New Rochelle dealership, I always had my Hyundai serviced there, the new sales staff is great just purchased two vehicles from them. I would recommend this dealership for both service and sales. Joele Montalvo was my service consultant; Joele was pleasant and very knowledgeable he explained what was going to be done and a time frame of how long it would take excellent service experience.

I m very satisfied with the help and attention I received from the inception of my interaction with the service team. Joele Montalvo took charge of my trouble with my vehicle and made all the necessary arrangements to correct the diagnosed engine problem. Mr Montalvo made the necessary phone calls to arrange my engine replacement and arranged a loaner vehicle to assist me with my daily activities. I m very grateful for his thoughtfulness and the assistance of the team member in charge of loaner vehicles. They were outstanding in making sure that I was taken care of. I was extremely satisfied with my recent Hyundai Kona maintenance visit. Joele Montalvo was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was kept informed of the status of my car, as well as recommended details to keep my vehicle running at its best. At the end of my service appointment I had a very specific question. I recently recently purchased a certified used vehicle, and was hearing a very loud humming noise from the rear. I thought it was going to be something very bad and expensive with the car but Angelica my service advisor assured me they would find the issue and even worked hard to get it covered by the used car department. She was very informative and kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend!!!!!!

Had a great expereince at Empire Hyundai. Michael Khaimov let us test drive the car, broke down the different options and worked out a deal that worked for us. He understood our situation and was never pushy or overbearing. Overall a great experience, plus it was all done pretty quick!

I was at your service department earlier today. And it was one of the best experiences I've had at a service dept in a long time. Robert said it was okay that I didn't have an appointment. He said I'll get you in right away...have a seat in the waiting area, and I'll text you as soon as your car is ready. He was professional, and courteous.

I dropped my car last Friday for the anti theft update and I wanted to give this dealership a shoutout. Especially Joele Montalvo, the technician who worked on my car was so nice and patient with me. I recently went to empire hyundai of new Rochelle to have my 2019 hyundai santa fe serviced. I meet with the service manager Christian Coello who came out to speak to me and was very helpful. I really appreciate all his help. I also met with Robert Schiavone, the service advisor, who was also very helpful. I highly recommend them and there great service.

I took my car here on December 21st for its check engine light Yohaines Nieves was my service advisor and provided such friendly excellent service I was kept up-to-date up on my vehicle status, and the work was done the very next day Couldn t have been more helpful. Thanks again
