Visited Hyundai of new Rochelle on Saturday, Charlie was our sales guy , Jaime helped us with the finance part. Overall good experience, I m happy with my purchase. The process was nice and easy.

Erik was the greatest! John and Jeremiah were also very helpful to me and helped me decide on a comfortable price range. I was joking around and felt like I was with family, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured and was able to negotiate. Finance and sales were very understanding, and Erik always made sure to follow up with a timely response. I came in with a lease and they took it off my hands easy, and covered the rest (3-4 months) of payments. Thank you to the entire team, especially Erik, that assisted me, I love my new car I send everybody here because this team is the best

Such a smooth experience buying a car from Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle! They had the exact car I wanted and I was in and out with my new car the next day. Special thanks to Josh my sales consultant, John Lane the GSM, and Jamie the finance director. They gave me a great financing rate and a good value for my trade-in. Josh and Roman are awesome!!Message to my daughter:Yes, they are getting the window sticker to me shortly. This dealership has been AWESOME. Been dealing with the GM the entire time. Filled out the paperwork yesterday and we could have had it today but needed to remove the bed cover for Uncle Billy which Tyler helped me do today. They are located in New Rochelle. When it comes time for your vehicle, we should go there.

Great experience. Erik Nava was great from the start made sure the purchase went smooth on a used truck and Michael Sciortino was solid with the financing, very professional. Dealership was clean and modern. Flew in from NH at 9am and was driving home at 11am. Truck is perfect and a full tank of gas! Great job by all!

Josh was amazing! I initially came in retuning a car I previously purchased in May with another sales lady, and he was with me every step of the way! First, let me say that I haven't dealt with a car dealership in over 20 years but when I did, I got ripped off and totally taken advantage of. So, I was prepared to go to war and not let that happen to me again. I scoped out several dealerships and this one was highly ranked but I was still very apprehensive. I was greeted, while examining the vehicles on the premises, by Alesha and immediately, she was warm, and greeted me with a smile. I voiced what I was interested in and she was not only accommodating but she worked off of my printouts from the website, was transparent and honest every step of the way. After conferring with Alesha , she came back with more than what I expected which was far from I've heard that happens at a dealership. She then placed me into the hands of Jamie, who was totally professional and transparent about every aspect of the sale. Even though I ended up paying a little more than I expected, what I drove away with and the relationship I forged with these two, made it all worthwhile. All in time before my 60th birthday! I would recommend anyone whose interested in a Hyundai, visit Empire of New Rochelle and ask for Alesha! She's more than just a great salesman! She's truly enjoys her job and is an asset to her profession. I thank Alesha and Jamie for making my experience seamless and stress free.

I know the stereotypes of a car dealership may frighten some but let me tell you Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle brings a whole new meaning of that to life! My experiences with Service and Sales have been fantastic! Angelica in Service has been extraordinary and I see how she enjoys helping people which in this business means a lot! Erik in Sales is also extraordinary with his knowledge and keeping it real attitude helped me decide to buy out my lease (and I went for my inspection, lol)!Of course you need to shop around when purchasing or leasing a car but I can guarantee you won t be mislead at Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle! So go see Erik and Angelica!

I highly recommend Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle. My experience was great with them. Jose and Noah my sales consultant always got back to me and answered all my questions. They are very patient, helpful, kind and were both pleasant to work with. We also worked with David in the Finance Department and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He's extremely honest and explains everything to you in detail. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He gave us all the time we needed and made us feel like we were the only ones in dealership. Jose, Noah and David were all great to work with and very honest.

I ve had a great experience here. I came in on January 5th to inquire about a car. The receptionist made me feel welcomed and immediately grabbed Prince to assist me. Although I did not get my car that day, I was able to stay in contact with Prince until I was ready to purchase my vehicle.I m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend any one who wants to buy a vehicle to Empire Hyundai

I went in for an imperfection in the rear light , apparently it looks crack at first sight but no visible impact or imperfection at the touch I would conclude is the interior black film peeling off. All this I understand to be a manufacturer imperfection on my Hyundai Tucson 2023. I got this vehicle 0 miles as a lease on July 10th 2023. Never been involved in an accident and I don't park in the street.The manager among with the technician came to the conclusion the vehicle was apparently involved in an accident or somebody tried to steal my light which doesn't make any sense because is a brand new vehicle acquired 0 miles from Empire Hyundai Of Jamaica175-62 Hillside Ave, Jamaica, NY 11432) and first owner.I believe somehow they don't want to cover the replacement because there is no extra money involved from Customer since it should be cover under manufacturer warranty having that is a 2023 vehicle.I feel there are trying to make up any excuse or excuses just so there budget don't get affected by this.

Great experience anytime I go there. My sales man Demond helped me perviously when I brought my first car back in 2021. He did such amazing jobs by understanding my needs for me and my family, I knew whenever I was ready to go back for an upgrade or anything he will be the man I need to see. I told him my needs and concerns and as expected he delivered and put me in a bigger vehicle that was in my budget and also provided great customer service. Very professional. Top tier.
