We needed 2 mirrors and a window replace at our business and reached out in early December 2023. The invoice needed to be paid entirely for them to start the work, and the mirrors were replaced shortly after. The window however, was not. After 2.5 months of weekly calls with Jenny, the secretary who takes no responsibility for anything, and even direct contact with the owners telling us they would be out and then not show up, they finally came. This was only after I spoke very sternly to Jenny earlier that morning. They showed up unannounced, had 4 workers kick a staff member out of her office, and proceeded to treat our business in the most unprofessional way, yelling and shouting to each other, using profanity and blocking our entrance, causing our customers to have to wait.We asked them to lower their voices and stop using profanity. Joe the owner (who was the loudest) finally waited in the van for the workers to finish. When I asked one worker about the tint that hadn't been replaced, he told me I would need to speak with the owner. I told him I didn't want to, and to please go ask him. I watched as the worker went to the van window, spoke for a second, and then proceeded to get in the back of the van and LEAVE.

I ordered a replacement glass for a 28 � 8 frame. I was very happy the glass was under $8.00 and it was ready for pick up the following week. It was definitely cheaper to replace the glass than buy a new frame!

Stained glass on our front door needed cleaning and resealing. Work was done by another company but seal broke again. Diamond did the job and the triple pane glass came out crystal clear equal to or better than new. Work was performed by the owner who was extremely cordial and proficient in his work. Waiting time for new glass was excessive but finished product was well worth it. My thanks to Diamond.Joe and Lori Monastra

Unfortunately, Diamond Glass really let us down and we lost over $1000 on this project. We were surprised since they have many good reviews on other sites. The glass they installed is defective and they won't replace it. They won't even return our phone calls. In addition, the person they recommended to finish the window frames and do other tasks didn't do the work properly - or at all - and charged us a lot of money for it.

The family owned company fixed my screen door glass quickly and at a very reasonable price - hundreds less than others quoted. So professional and friendly. Would use them again and again!

I don't understand why these reviews have spoken so lowly of this company. They have been nothing but professional and above accommodating! I brought in a jewelry mirror door hanger box and not only did they do a great job fixing the mirror, they also fixed the inside which was damaged (more than accommodating!). Plus, it was a great price! Thank you so much guys!!!

A glass shelf in our cupboard broke in the middle. We asked Diamond Glass to make a new one. Despite the fact that we left the old shelf s two pieces with them, they still managed to cut the new glass 3 inches longer... Long story short, it took us 4 trips to get the new shelf cut to size.

Very friendly, excellent communication. They replaced the boring glass in one of my windows with an old stained glass pane I found in my basement. Quality workmanship.
