They asking to come 15 minutes prior to your appointment time then it take them 2 hours to swap 4 wheels.They said that they will call me when my car is ready.I went to shop to Costco for 1h15mi then I was siting in waiting room for another 45 minutes.I went to check with mechanic and he said that my car is ready and keys are in front desk from 20 minutes ago.No one called me during time I was in waiting room.Keep away from that tire shop.One thing I have to say that employees in Costco store were very helpful.

Average wait time is one hour and half. There is no motivation to change it. The bays are idle as the worker check his phone. This is tire rotation and balance. Routine work with a fixed amount of time to complete. Your work order sits on the front desk until it is seen. Hardly a place to get upset as they will stratch your car or rims. We need management eyes to improve here. Obnoxious. Or lack of training. White car with appointment been on lift for one hour already. Asked for a manager took ten minutes to get on the phone. Sad.Update: Tire rotated after manager's intervention. Result: Trire pressure not checked. Lead for balance not removed on all four tires. So in effect I wasted my time.

I buy all my tires from Costco because they have the best prices. And the warranty service that comes with the tires you can't beat it.

Excellent, fast service. I will make this my default store. Had been going to the Yonkers store l, but their service has gone down a lot. And there is a Costco gas station at this site. Win win!!!

Very disappointing, I am a Costco fan, there was no interest in fast service. The Website's information is contradicted by the guy in the office. They tried to up sell me. Hard Pass!

New people and new management. Out of all the Costco I went to in NY this one is the most professional and friendly of them all. These mechanics are extremely helpful and friendly as long as you treat them as you would your family. Got my tires changed and they told me things on my warranty that they could do that the other costcos said they don t. They were also fast and called to say they finished. Good job New Rochelle! Outdid yourself here.

This was the worst service ever, extremely unprofessional, appointment did not mean anything to them. I made an appointment for 2:30 pm and they didn't start looking at the car until 5:30 pm. They're excuses for the delay are, we are on short staff, people from previous appointment came late, and they have made conflicting appointments for multiple cars. They did not put in the spare tire back in my car in an organized fashion and left a big mess in my trunk. Customer service was also terrible, workers were rude, unprofessional, hasty, and very slow at working. I would have given a zero if possible.

I called this place trying to find information on how to install 4 new tires on my car. The person who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I decided to call other places and found and amazing place, ( Mavis I m Boston Road) were I was treated with respect. Fortunately, you are not the only company in this business.

They dont have enough people to work here.Even you made an appointment when you come to drop your vehicle still have to get line first come first service. Each customer take at least 10 minutes because they come here to purchase tires and the staff have to make a phone call to check and order.Yes its cheaper but it is killing you with the long line.

I went in yesterday to get my tires installed. Luckily I went in yesterday without an appointment so they were able to do it the same dayKeith I believe his name was it says on my receiptwas very helpful had so much patience trying to find other tires brands available at a different CostcoBut I ended up getting my tires here installedstaff was very friendlyI would definitely recommend

Good customer service, price is better than most, but really what is awesome is it's value. You get brand quality tires, they maintain the tires for 4 - 5 years-tire rotation, if you have a flat, they'll repair it. The only main issue is that you'll be waiting on my personal experience, about 2 hours.

Price is good. Costco need to hire a front desk person. The technicians in the white shirt handle the register and also install tires. Here is a breakdown of the time spent to get my tires. I arrived at 12pm and stood on line for 1hr and 20 minutes. It gets worst. It took almost 3 hours to get the tires installed. I left at after 4pm. If you have 5 hours to burn this is the place for you ;)

Helpful staff but Costco needs a representative to welcome and assist customers. While I was waiting to have tires installed the office space got crowded but no one was available to keep track of who arrived first and so on. Customers had to keep track of who arrived in order. A sign-in system or personnel from Costco would help to avoid customers who do not play fair. It would avoid problems between customers.

COSTCO TIRE CENTERI am writing this review because Costco Tire in New Rochelle seem to keep large stocks and readers may well end up having to go to this Costco. (No other 'local' Costco had stocks of Michelin 17 inch tires and none seemed to be able to order them)If you end up having to use this place, be prepared to have your tires installed elsewhere.I called in advance about some 235/65R17 tires I had been recommended by a guy who owned a few cars like mine. I spoke to some friendly and knowledgeable guy called Jason who seemed to know what he was talking about, who recommended me to buy 235/60R17 tires for my car and said he had them in stock!I arrived two days later, having driven 20 miles to get there and pulled up in front of a chain at an empty bay. Jason was not there and they did not seem to be busy. Some surly guy, instead of dropping the chain, then told me to move my car over to the car park where the tires could not be fitted! He did not seem to like my car?He then told me to come into the shop part of the tire center, not the installation part while he came straight in to take my order. They were not busy. Then he asked, amazingly, if I wanted to take the tires away and i said "Yes, put them on and I will take them away". So he spent some time trying to find a reason not to install the tires on my car! He went over to my car while I couldn't see him and noticed that the tires on the front were different from the tires on the back which I was replacing. With a manufacturer-recommended (and Costco recommended!) size.He then pretended that there was a safety issue with installing tires which are not the original size on a car! A point which seems to live wholly within the confines of his imagination. And which may be based on some perfectly good safety regulation concerning installing tires of different sizes on the same AXLE! Which he decided to extend to "installing tires of different sizes on the same car". When he was having some difficulty wrapping his mind around this point, he alighted on the general question of whether the wheels on my car had been changed, as indicated by his rudimentary tire chart. I accidentally said YES to this as the car had been delivered by the manufacturer with an alternate wheel that was a different sized wheel from normal. (He had carefully evaded noticing that the wheel had the manufacturer's logo on it)He then pretended that what the British (!) manufacturer had done was unsafe so he wouldn't install the tires for me! I could take the tires away or not. As no one else had Michelins in stock, and his price was relatively good (It was only $20 more than other retailers who DIDN'T have the tires in stock and couldn't get them: I had already tried Mavis), as I needed tires and had driven 40 miles to get to this Costco, I didn't have much option.Don't use Costco Tire Center if you actually need to have the tires fitted or you may have a wasted journey.

Best prices I've received when on the tire hunt.I also like the ability to walk around Costco while waitng instead of just waiting at an auto place.KNOW your size because Even when knowing my size they made me question myself and go back amd look or snap a pic of the inside of your door.

BEWARE OF DAMAGES!!! Check your car before and after taking your car for service. Brought my car in for service, came back to bumper damage (scratched and scuffed up) which occurred outside in the spots reserved for tire service. Told they would check the cameras inside and out. Didn t file a police report figuring Costco would be honorable and do the right thing. Wrong! I understand some people BS and claim car damages, but we are paying the price for these BS artist. Told there was nothing they could do.The manager was rude, needs an attitude adjustment. Should have went to a tire shop. The only reason I gave the. 2 stars is they found a leak where one tire shop couldn t. Plus some of the other employees were professional. The wait was too long as well.

Just came back from getting to road-hazard repairs done, due to nails from a street construction site. Keith, the gentleman at the front desk, was fast, efficient, and very pleasant. He had the line moving well, and had me done in less than an hour. I was very impressed!

My experience here was awesome. They fixed a job another tire center messed up. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the proper tires I need and sent me on my way. The staff also very knowledgeable, definitely knew more about tires than the shop in Norwalk that's for sure.

Disorganized and/or understaffed. In spite of having an appointment at 10 am, when they open, and my tires waiting for me, it took a half hour to get my car into the garage. Next time I ll spend a little more and get competent service.

Understaffed! You have to wait on 1 line for appointments and walk ins. No organization! Was promised with an appointment 90 minutes and it took over 3 hours. Tires are good pricing was decent but plain on being there for hours!

Usually very busy. Good polite and knowledgeable staff. Ample parking. Better prices than regular tire shops and more services included.

Costco tire center in New Rochelle tried to scam me by making me spend more money. They told me they needed to replace a 'wheel sensor' which was a lie. As soon as I put air in my tires the tires the light came off my dashboard. This is not the only problem I have had with the tire center as well. Shame on you Costco!

I order set of 4 tires for my car, they tell me that in 4 or 5 days they call me went the tires came to the store I Wait 3 weeks and no bady call, after 3 weeks I call back they tell me that the tires is in the store, I when for the installation and I have to way over an hour to see somebody on customer service and 2 hours for service, this is terrible.

Made a 5pm appointment just to mount my winter tires. It is now 640pm and no word. I saw the guy who took my car in walking around inside costco so thats was not a good sign.

There was no cashiers upon entering. When the cashier came he failed to ask who was next and helped some who came in with a question. A customer came in and took one of the tires and walked out. Customer service is severely lacking.

Went there to buy tire for my car. But it was not available in the store. So I just bought from their system. The sales person was coordial. Let's see how they treat me when the tire will come.

I've been there many times last few years and never found the right size not too mention the attitude!! Wow it was my last time gave them many chances it's over !!!
