I am HIGHLY upset with this company . I have previously had work done here and I handled all their DMV transactions during Covid as I am a DMV rep. My son s father ordered a tow from AAA and the driver turned off his location and lied about being in the area and said he couldn t fit in the parking lot . He did this TWO nights in a row. Tonight being the second night after AAA dispatches a different company NFA , I noticed the C & C truck coming around the corner. So we walked to the Parking lot where the C&C employee (I believe the jacket read Dakota but I m blind) Is taking pictures to say that he was there he wasn t. He said Nasty things to my son s father, called him the n word and flipped him the bird in front of my 5 year old and I . I am so displeased with this service and I will NEVER recommend C & C to any of my clients. Pictured enclosed .Nothing you said in your reply is true and you were not the there because I was there and I PERSONALLY TOOK THE PHOTOS OF HIS PLATE HOLDING MY SONs hand and there WAS a child present . My son s father is clearly visible in the photo holding his phone so who do u think took the photo of him ? Explain him flipping the bird in the photo?! The lot was not empty because my jeep was parked right next to his and there was a Tesla next to it. NFA Towing had no problem getting it out of the space I said I did your paperwork during COVID at the Yonkers office. My initials are on there . This is DISGUSTING no customer service whatsoever ! So everyone who gives a bad review is lying ? Have some accountability for your company and the nasty customer service you provide . And you shouldn t speak on something you were not present for . I hope AAA suspends your service.

They got dispatched to my AAA call tonight. my tire had went completely flat by the time I pulled off 95 to get to a gas station for air. I saw a tow truck pull up to the gas pumps far from where my car was. There was room for 2 tow trucks to fit behind me. He tells me to just give him keys & sit in truck. I couldnt find my fob in my purse for a few seconds & he says something like 'you got the key? I can't stand out here in the rain. #1 it is drizzling, #2, it had been like 10 seconds & I was obviously looking for my key. That's not the worst part- he gets my car in since it was running & didn't need key to drive. He pulls back fast, can't back up my car & pull it forward to probably 50 ft away in less than 8 hard, fast turns. As if my tire wasn't flat to the rim! I just asked if he could've pulled the truck back to my car & he said he wasn't standing out in the rain, do I want my car towed or not? ?!?!?!?!?! I respond "yes, I need a tow, but said you didn't need to make that many turns to get my car on the flatbed," I knew I needed him to just do his job, it's late & I have another 1hr&45 min till I'm home after all this. I was not giving attitude, but I think it's fair to expect a AAA tow to be a little careful not to mess my rims up worse! It's one thing to move my car to you so you don't get wet, it's another to pull my car out like a race car as if it wasn't on 0- ZERO PSI. He pulled off over me saying he didn't have to make so many turns. He said he doesn't have to take my attitude. I didn't have an attitude, he was wreckless with my wheels the way he drove it, when he didn't at all if he came to my car in 1st place. I had to call for another tow & wait more now. I am livid. I'm glad someone with that spirit didn't drive off with my car, actually. He should NOT be working for a HELP ROADSIDE TOW SERVICE!! Horrible help & attitude from him. I've had nicer guys come out - WITH A COAT IF IT WERE RAIN OR SNOW- at 3am or some worse weather!

My Grandmother and I are forever grateful to Eddie for his kindness and willingness to help. After grocery shopping with my 96 year old Grandmother, my car's tire blew out on the Post Road. Thank God we made it out of traffic and to the side of the road. We were now two Black women in distress. As we were praying for our safety, God sent his disciple Eddie from C&C Automotive to our rescue. He was passing by and I asked him if he could help us out. He said with pleasure. It turned out I didn't have a spare. He then assisted us into the truck. His gentleness with my Grandmother was very appreciated. He towed us home and then helped get my Grandmother into the house as she has difficulty walking. He even returned to carry the groceries in!! He was definitely my angel. I will definitely tell everyone at my church if they are in need of a tow to call you and ask for Eddie the angel.Thank you again Eddie. God bless you.

Late Friday night I went out to my car and discovered I had a flat... rim on rubber on pavement, totally flat. With no spare in the trunk, I tried using the fix-a-flat, but it didn't work. I called AAA, who said a tow truck would take 2 hours to reach me... but Eddie showed up in 10 minutes!I had asked AAA to tow me up to Poughkeepsie, to a Mavis Tire near my home, but Eddie recommended a 24/7 tire shop in the Bronx if I wanted to take care of it right away. There was no pressure, he was completely willing to drive 2 hours round-trip to get me up to Poughkeepsie.30 minutes after I said yes to the Bronx tire shop, I had a new (used) tire on my car and I was driving home safely.Super quick response time and amazing customer service, I would recommend Eddie and C&C Automotive to anyone who needs a tow in the New Rochelle area!

My son was driving home from LI and got stuck. He had to call AAA to get a tow. The call went to the driver who apparently works for this shop. My son waited for 5 hours till the driver showed up and then did not take him. He left my son there, after 5 hours. He just didn't feel like towing the car to where my son lives. I would never do business with this shop and I give AAA and this shop, a zero in every possible way.

Horrible service. Driver pulled off without servicing. AAA needs to drop this contractor.Update: Since you chose to reply. If you don't service the area, then don't pick up the call for service. That's common sense. On top of that, i confirmed the notes with AAA that I only needed a jump, so you're wrong again. On top of THAT, if you don't service the area, why did you drive by, stop, and pull off? So, essentially, you wanted the money from your AAA contract without doing any of the work. So i reiterate my point. AAA needs to drop you until you get your business in line, otherwise, you remain a liability to the company. But thanks for the reply, though. I will be contacting AAA shortly with your excuses.

They have a driver that works for AAA (Anthony r) He was very rude and condescending. Because ,I have 2 luxury vehicles and I m African American. He was asking questions about my car that was not in the guidelines of AAA policy. I still showed him the information he requested and still refused to service my car . After AAA KEPT SENDING A REQUEST TO PICK UP MY CAR BECAUSE I VERIFIED ALL THE INFORMATION . ANTHONY TOLD AAA I DIDN T HAVE REGISTRATION WHICH WAS A LIE , HE KEPT PUTTING IN THE SYSTEM THAT HE TOWED MY CAR . But he never showed up I had to request for a new company come out for my car. The boss of the company called said he s been a problem all day and he would come his self.HE NEVER SHOWED!!!! I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER RELATIONS . AND I WILL BE POSTING ON EVERY PLATFORM.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The pics are of the finished product. I get routine maintenance and repairs here of our 2016 Subaru. Earlier in the week had an oil change and rear brakes worked on. Reasonable pricing (literally 50% less than dealer quoted us).But what stands out the most is the customer service. It s real. Sincerity that one would want and expect, like the old days! So when I pulled up early Thursday morning unannounced and asked for help with seatbelt retractor (which was stuck and prevented the seat laying flat which was critical for packing!) there was not a hesitation or a bill! A quick look and fix and I was on my way thanks guys and gal (Sarah). You are the best!

I was towed by Eddie @ C@C Auto.He pulled up promptly, no waiting. He shared his expertise on my vehicle condition, which i greatly apreciated.He delivered my vehicle to my garage efficiency, and at that late hour I needed to get home to sleep for work the next day. Profesional, Prompt and freindly. 5 stars is not enouph!

So grateful for the quick service and explanation of the problem with my car. Eddie was great and went above and beyond to help me get on the road and told me what to do. Hopefully I won't need emergency help soon but if I do I will call C&C.

Had an unexpected issue and Nick made sure it got done the same day. Was a Saturday and everyone else wouldn't even look at it until Monday. I was driving back to Georgia so he saved me having to find a place to stay for a few days. I can't speak highly enough of his shop. They treated me well, gave me some water and let me sit in the air conditioned office on a 90+ degree day. I'd give them more than 5 stars of I could.

ANDY SAVED THE DAY !HE GAVE ME A COURTESY CALL TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON THE WAY AND A COUPLE MINUTES LATER HE SHOWED UP TO LOADED UP MY CAR AND TOOK IT TO A TIRE SHOP. HE GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD WITHIN 35MINS OF HIS COURTESY CALL I CANT THANK THIS GUY ENOUGH. I APPRECIATE THE QUICK RESPONSE AND YOUR PROFESSIONALISM.

This people are clueless, the trucker driver simply parked in front of my driveway today to load a broken vehicle and delay me 30 min to work, you guys can't block people driveway in order to do your job this is illegal and if you ever do it again I will file a law suit against your company

Tow Truck Drivers are very dishonest. very unprofessional and disrespectful.they crash my dodge Ram 2500 destroyer the tail gate with a tree loaded in tow truck bed and after a investigation with a AAA inspector friend of them a lady one of the owners came to me and offer me $150 to fix my truck and I told her that she was insulting me with that money and keep that money for her And then left the place with out a solution

C and C Automotive and Towing saved my life last night. Hit a brick on 287 and blew out the two passenger side tires. I was 250 miles from home and it was just getting dark. Contacted AAA who put me in touch with the Owner of the Company (C and C Auto) and he walked me through a plan to get me home. HIs driver, Andy, who did an excellent job, flatbedded my card to a 24/7 tire repair place. I got two used tires for cheap and was on my home. I can now go to my local dealer, who I trust, to get the right tires for an affordable price. C and C made a good situation out of a bad one. More than anything the owner showed that he cared. I don't know his name but he is a good man. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs a tow in the greater New Rochelle Area. Thank you C and C!!!!!

I could not let this week go out without saying thank you C&C automotive repair. On Monday 4/29/23a cold brisk evening getting off from work with a coworker. I realize I Could not used my steering wheel. I knew we had to get to open space only God helped us to make it. I Called AAA they sent Danny from C & C Automotive Repair, he was very professional & took care of my car & told me they would call me to let me know what the issue was. I knew it was the belt & it was. Nick the owner & his daughter Sarah took care of the car & was kind & professional & proficient. I never heard of them, but I was very pleased & will definitely recommend them to family & friends. Christian helped us with roadside assistance when our battery died. We had the baby in the car and we were worried as it was as getting hot in the sun. Christian arrived in about 20 minutes and installed a new battery and we were on our way! So happy to have this gracious and helpful young man take care of us. He is a great asset to your company. Great place, worth its weight in gold. I'd nearly given up trying to find a good and honest mechanic in the NY City area. Well this place is. Well worth the 16 mile drive from NY. They did a great job for me. Pep Boys had failed me on my NY State inspection without explaining why and told me I needed to get my transmission rebuilt immediately. Nick got me through the inspection (he fixed the check engine light that was causing the failure) and told me that while the transmission would probably have to be rebuilt eventually it didn't have to be done immediately. He was friendly and patiently explained everything to me. And he only charged me the price of the inspection. CC has won me as a loyal customer.

Towing service has never been better with this company. From the pleasant phone service to multiple different drivers, this company is fantastic. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you need a tow.

I had a brake line leak in which the SUV could not be driven. AAA tow came in about hour. I found the owner Nick to be extremely knowledgeable and addressed the issue right away. I've been to this shop a few times with different vehicles. My first 2 times was a 2005 Honda accord exl. There was a knocking sound and some steering issues. The owner got into the car and was able to determine the issue in no time at all. They fixed it within a few days as parts had to be ordered. The car ran better than it ever did. I came back with the same car a year later for something minor but they were so thorough they found a few other things more important than what I came for and offered solutions. I knew about them but couldn't afford it at the time. Now they have my 2020 impala Lt with power steering issues and I feel it couldn't be in better hands. Nick is Very knowledgeable, staff is polite and engaging. Im confident my review for the fix of this vehicle will reflect the same excellence they've been providing, and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and any car.

Excellent place! They fit me in to their busy schedule to fix my AC. They realized there was a leak so he put dye in the line to find it. Two weeks later when the freon was out, they were able to locate the leak and only charged me for the part to repair the leak. Great people! Great service! I will use them for all of my future car repair needs.Service: Air conditioning

A brief summary:1. I couldn't start my car and called AAA for towing service. As the tow truck driver recommended my car was towed to C&C Automotive Repair Inc. (the local AAA affiliated shop). I was told that the ALTERNATOR and BATTERY needed to be replaced.2. I drove my car two days later. My car was dead in the middle of the road. I called the C&C and they took my car back to their shop. They told me ALTERNATOR was defective and they replaced it with another one without any charge.3. I drove my car again and my car was dead again. C&C took my car back again. My car was kept at the shop for 5 days and there was a lack of communication. Eventually, they told me they replaced the OXYGEN SENSOR and I was charged for it.4. I drove my car again after they fixed it 3 times and my car still had the same issue. I took my car to another mechanic for diagnosis. I was informed that ALTERNATOR C&C put in is not compatible with my car. And the poor charging system killed the BATTERY. And the OXYGEN SENSOR may not need to be replaced.What a nightmare! Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.Service: Battery

Had great experience with C&C. My son put diesel fuel in my Prius by accident and I thought he might have ruined the engine. They drained the fuel, cleaned the systems and had car running perfectly in a few hours at very reasonable cost. They seem very honest and very competent.

awesome experience here. Have had a check engine light issue for over a year. The two previous mechanics have claimed to fix it and after a day the light always came back on after costly service. For the first time in over 15 months the check engine light has stayed off. This has saved me money and frustration because it was the actual problem and affordable. I highly recommended to anyone who has a persistent evap code.
