Clean and comfortable waiting area. Obviously u won t get the best deal in terms of pricing. But if quality and safety are imperative, then an Audi service is a must. I came b/c i got a flat tire from a pothole from the recent snowstorm. I couldn t get the right tire for my Audi unfortunately at a local Mavis tire center. I was able to get in before the service center closes at 2pm. It is closed on Sun. The price is ~$300 for a single tire. Really expensive. $35 for installation and balancing. Must call first before u show up, in case the part isn t available (like tires). An appointment is definitely helpful.

I can t agree how amazing this dealership is I man hands down the best luxury car service department I have ever been at. Arielina is such an amazing service advisor, she took care of me very personable and even made my son smile. Agin if you need to have Audi service this is the place 10 stars to Arielina.

Getting an appointment with the service department has been a nightmare. There were no loaner cars. I finally got a manager in the sales, where I purchased the car, to arrange for one. After the repair and service was complete , I had a question. No one in the service department would return a call. The service department also left me on hold for over 25 min on two separate occasions and I finally had to hang up. The sales department always picks up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been trying to get an appointment set up to service the car for over a week. Every time I call I m being told that I need to leave a voicemail for Susan because she s busy. I have left said voicemail and it keeps not getting returned. Sadly this isn t even the first time I ve encountered this issue. Clearly something is wrong with their system and it s beyond aggravating. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I need to leave a voicemail just the same. Why would I want to do that if my issue is with leaving voicemails? I explained to the person on the phone that I did not want to leave any information - beyond having them call me back because I have an issue with the service- as I am tired of doing so so please let me know if that s possible and she kept insisting that I give her an in depth explanation while saying that yes it was possible to leave the message without one. In the end she hung up on me.The one funny bit is how when I called on Saturday I was told they don t schedule appointments on Saturdays. Not for Saturdays, but ON Saturdays Here s the best part, I had someone else call in today and magically Susan was available to take my call. So that person was able to set up an appointment today, while I who has been calling since last week, have yet to able to do so. Make it make sense.Also found out that in very recent times all of the people I ve dealt with previously, are no longer there which is highly suspect. Also, they no longer provide 2 way rides while your vehicle is being serviced.I wouldn t describe their service as perfect but the minor hiccups I had in previous times were very quickly resolved by the afore-referenced individuals who no longer work there. Prior to the last week I would have easily given them a 4 star rating but the fact that this isn t even the first time I ve had to beg them to do something as simple as set up an appointment, I think 2 stars is all they deserve and I will no longer be taking my vehicle in to get serviced there. The only reason I give 2 and not one is because IF you manage to get an appointment, the service is likely to be satisfactory.

My wife and I have always had very good luck with Audi service. We've come to expect that they're always going to be great. But the guys at classic Audi stand above the rest. We had a very unique issue with our car and they showed my wife and I unbelievable courtesy and perseverance in solving the problem. Even though We genuinely believe there is no weak link on that team, Sterling apparently is the best of them all since he finally figured out the puzzle! If you guys read this thank you so much for your dedication to our family, and I'll do my best to hide the key in a better spot next time!

This place has some real good people and some real mediocre ones maybe luck of the draw. Unfortunately for me it s never been good here and is an emergency option. I m appreciative of the new service manager for addressing all the problems I ve had head on. This place needs his help. I had to add to the review because it just keeps getting better after two attempts to try and fix my brand new car they ended up ruining the windshield and now the back seats in my car got scratched up by a technician. THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS!!! Garbage!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Anthony Aguirre, is amazing! I went to Audi to get an oil change and get my brakes checked in August and he was so professional. Anthony helped me resolve all the problems in my car in a timely manner and was very transparent. A month later, I reached out again because my service light was on, and he accommodated for an appointment less than 24 hours later. Professional and friendly service consultants. The location is the only downfall to this service center. Located in a busy street and there's no parking lot for customers. I was forced to park my car on the main road with hazards on (along with other customers) while I waited for a spot in the service bay. Very very dangerous. I was worried my car would get sideswiped by one of many trucks that drive on this road. The cars that get dropped off are slow to enter the service bay, and a line backs up on the road causing chaos. Police were even handing out tickets to people who left their cars there while waiting.Service: Tires

My experience at this shop was horrible. I was there for oil change and they want to charge me $60 for resetting the service light, which I did in less than 2 minutes; when they returned the car to me the interior of the passenger door and floor were full of grease.The Costumer service person (Eddie) was attentive and provided good attention.

I love the ease of making appointments online and availability of loaners for the longer servicing visits. Everyone there is very friendly. My service adviser Joe is great, very knowledgeable and responsive. It's not the closest Audi service center to me but it's worth the trip.

I can honestly say that the service center need training in communicating with their clients, My car has been there for over a month. Just for door repair. No detail about the repair , I called and the rep don't return calls nor email. HE IS HORRIBLE AT HIS JOB, simple customer service skills are not his priority.

Very good!! They take good care of your car for you and they wash it for you. Eddie Patafio, the service writer is literally the best. So professional at all times. I use to service at another dealership but I was in a jam. Even as a first time customer, he took care of me as if I bought 4 cars from Classic. They will forever have my business. The guys that work there are super nice and professional, from the service counselor(EDDIE) to the mechanics and the guy from loaner everyone was super professional and nice . Took my Q7 for break repair and they took very good care of my car and even gave me a good rate .From all the service center I ve been to (Queens ,mohegan lake and classic )they re definitely the best .Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

Brought car in for check engine light repair. Knew it was secondary air pump from my OBD. Service rep was off 3 days & thru weekend so 5 total. No one would call back despite calling everyday or order part to expedite. Took 12 days to get car back & charged over $800 for a retail part <$100 part not including labor. Never going back!

Super fast and accommodating, no upsell and meaningless conversation that tries to sell u stuff you don't need. I was in and out within 5 mins with a rental. Picking up my car was just as fast and amazing. It's honestly my best service experience at a car service department.

I had to bring in my car for the airbag recall. I was told that there was another recall for my driver's side airbagI had it replaced 1 yr ago. This recall was for the passenger side. I gave them the go ahead only to find out that they didn't have the part. So now I have to wait for another notice for the driver airbag. After waiting 2 hrs I finally got my car back. When I got in the Car the computer from my insurance company was not replaced. I found it in my cup holder. Not very good at quality control. The customer service reps are nice. I just wish that it was handled better.

Just utilized their drop-off/pick up option for a 35k mile service. Went flawlessly - the driver showed up right on time at my office in the morning (& the loaner car - provided free of charge - was top-notch). Eddie, my service advisor, called to confirm my additional requests and later provided updates throughout the day and set up a drop-off time. My car was returned spotless (this was after a recent snowstorm & deep-freeze). A five-star performance all-around.

Friendly service team but I wouldn t have taken my Audi here if I knew they were charging $300 for an oil change. My local Audi dealer quoted $135 plus tax so not sure why it costs more than double here

My new car broke down and I was stressed and frustrated, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved. Remo was constantly updating me through the process and Keith the manager made sure everything went smoothly. I m Thankful for their patience and service.

Had to bring my Audi into the Service Center at McQuestern Pkwy (this was my choice because I have always had pleasant experiences there and honestly wouldn't trust any of the other dealerships besides them- this one is simply the best), the experience overall was nothing short of exceptional! I had my car towed in and within a few hours I knew what was wrong with my car and they already had a plan in place to how the problem would be resolved thanks to the manager Jeff Brown and Eddie Patafio. Both employees really went above and beyond to make sure the needs of my car were met. I wouldn't trust anyone else, they always exceed all of my expectations. Highly recommend if you have an issue with your car, or need a simple oil change, this is the place to go, you will not be dissappointed with the service and the quality! Thanks Jeff and Eddie!

Unfortunately they seem to be suffering like many businesses and cannot handle the demand. Went in waited 2 hours for them to figure out parts and then went back for a 730am appoint. By 330 they hadn't looked at the car. Poor communication throughout the process. Suggest they limit the number of appointments they take as they are clearly overwhelmed.Service: Electrical

A few issues, this shop won't let you purchase your own parts and have them installed because they want to up charge the parts 40%. In my case, they wanted to charge me $70 more per tire when I could have purchased them anywhere else cheaper. Secondly, I brought my car in to get the strut replaced as it was blown, they said it was under warranty and didn't let me know it wasn't until after they did all the work and up charged a ton for parts. Don't bring your vehicle here they will charge your the maximum no matter what.

Customer service as a whole isn't the best but Joanna a customer service representative there was very helpful. While the other two (male) reps there didn't acknowledge me at all Joanna came through and explained everything that was to be done on my vehicle down to the last letter. If it wasn't for her helpfulness this 3-star rating would be a 1.

Customer service was great. Everyone that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Joanna was a lot of help, and... Cristina? Made my appt scheduling process a pleasant experience.The valet guys seemed a bit uncoordinated at times. DID NOT LIKE AT ALL the fact that they parked my car LITERALLY in the middle of the road and simply left it there. There were a few cars to its right initially but they left quickly after leaving the car in the middle of both lanes of traffic. I pointed it out and they just laughed, and I laughed in disbelieve. I would have appreciated them moving it to a safer stop while I finished the paperwork.SERVICE: They charge $144 per issue to run a diagnostic which I find INSANE! So if you come in for a noise in suspension, perhaps a lights on, and another, however minor, issue you are out $432 BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCH THE CAR. No discovery of potential issues or preventative repairs. pay up or wait to be stranded on the road for an issues that could have been spotted way before it became a problem. Now I need to go to another mechanic to attempt to stop preventative repairs that I might need.OTHER AUDI SERVICE CENTERS charge per hour that they take checking the vehicle, which is the standard anywhere.AUDI PRINCETON, ROCKS as they check anything on your car FREE then give you list of suggested repairs. This to me makes perfect sense. The FREE diagnostic is inviting. They give you an opportunity to discover issues before they become a problem and it helps them get your business. Everyone wins!

UPDATE: I took two stars off. We were treated very nicely until, as a service technician named Sterling explained to me today, our car went "off warranty." This meant, according to Sterling, that we are de-prioritized for a loaner car. We spent over 400 dollars for a rental, but were graciously given 200 dollars off our 2300 dollar repair. Beyond that, I was mansplained about it being utterly normal for a 4 year old car to need a 2,200 dollar repair of a water pump. No explanation (requested) given for what might cause such a problem. Also, we have experienced a consistent problem for over 1.5 years of the rear right tire leaking air, and Sterling explained that this might be because last week it was over-inflated. Had Sterling looked into the service record, he might have noticed that this has been a problem we have actually flagged for quite some time, with no resolution. Instead, he chose to try to blame us for over inflating a tire last week, one time. After being a faithful client of the Classic Audi Service Center for over 5 years, today I felt like an irritation to them. Plus, I dropped over 2,000 dollars on a repair.------------- What I thought before, during the honeymoon phase:I have been servicing my Audi for over 2 years, since I purchased it from Classic Audi in Eastchester. I have found the service to be timely and complete. It's not cheap, but it is genuine, professional, and high quality. The people working the desks are caring and friendly, and will advise you on the most cost effective solutions given time, age of vehicle, and need.

The service at Classic Audi is top notch. The entire staff has always went above and beyond to make sure I m satisfied when I have an issue. What I appreciate most about the staff is their friendliness and professionalism. I would highly recommend any Audi owner to bring their car into this service center.
