Obviously it's weird to give a review of a company that towed my car and charged me $300 for it- but I want to give my honest review of the experience. I was able to call the local police and find where my car was towed to, and of course it was a company that has a sarcastic play on the word "terrific"- def puts salt in the wound as a "victim?" of being just towed. Anyway, I got there and they very quickly were able to point me to my card and give me my bill and ticket from the town. My car was literally in a foot of snow, and they had me crawl in through the passenger side and attempt to drive out- they ended up just rocking my car back and forth and I finally got out. I know they don't really have to care about those being towed, but like dang- at least let me easily get to my car without now being $300 in the hole AND now soaked and cold from climbing in the snow. They also just got their whole area paved, so there realistically should be space to properly lay out cars or have it be plowed.

My daughter was in a terrible accident and all of her belongings was left in the car. My daughter is doing well thankfully and Tow-rific towing has been nothing but outstanding!! All of her belongings were intact and Joe was very caring and informative!!! Thank you for everything Joe!!

Joe answered the call a very nice guy. He towed my vehicle to Beeks Auto in Gardiner. I highly recommend this business.

DO NOT USE!!!!! Tow Rific towing!!!!! I was pulled over in the town of New Paltz in front of a coffee shop. They towed my S550 Mercedes, I ve paid almost a hundred dollars a day for impoundment fees, on top of the tow fees. $5,000+ these scam artists have been able to legally rob me for!!! On top of that they auctioned off my car. The car was recently purchased from New Jersey so I had a temp tag on it while the title was being processed. My license was suspended so long story short I registered the vehicle in a friends name insurance plates everything. Brought all the legal paperwork and plates back and they would not release the car!!! Currently I m working with the Attorney Generals office to pursue legal and criminal charges against these SCAM ARTISTS!!!!I hope and pray anyone who is in need of help! Doesn t ever cross paths with this company!!!

Timmy from tow-rific could not be less terrible if he tried. After calling AAA and having a manager tell me that my car could be towed without me to an auto repair shop (since it was 9:00 at night when I first made the call and I did not want to drive 40 minutes away alone just to have to come back home), I got a call 40 minutes later saying that the tow company would not do that because they might be liable if my car was vandalized or hurt at the repair shop before the next morning. Always nice to know they care more about their liability than their customer's safety. After 3 hours of back and forth, I'm told that if we pay them 80.00 they will take it. Besides that being low key extortion, they did not tell us cash only. We get the cash but they say they can't give us a receipt. We call the manager who tells us he can fax us a receipt (we don't have a fax) but he can't email one or write one then. We ask if there are any other options and he swears at us and hangs up on us. If you want low key thieves to be in charge of your car, go with these guys!

This place is one of the towing companies in contract with New Paltz for snow emergency towing. Towed my daughter's car Saturday night (why is a whole separate issue). Daughter called yo retrieve car Sunday afternoon, and person climbed they didnt know anything about it and it must not be logged in yet, and to come Monday. She went Monday, car was here and bill was $325 plus tax, including holiday charge because she was picking up on Martin Luther King day.we researched and they charged yo end of possible charge and added the holiday charge, even though it was a regular workday for them. Seems like a total scam to me.

They towed my motorcycle and dropped it I was responsible for there stupidity to drive a Harley on an aluminum flat bed in October they dropped it then they tow my truck one mile charged 480 dollars I will never use them had no choice to use them and meanwhile they had no business towing out of Rosendale they are not on the accident recovery list for the area

Joe the the tow guy. Help me out In a urgent way. Got me off a busy road and to a dealership that can me out. In less then 15 minutes got to me and got me towing. If your in the New Platz area and break down call this place and ask for Joe.

DO NOT USE. EVER. I had called for a tow tonight, the guy said he would be out in 45 mins to an hour. Here it is two hours later won t return my calls.

Horrible service this company didn't want to issue my vehicle back to my and I am the owner of the vehicle without hearing from the proper authorities and when I contacted the authorities my vehicle was given to me after paying a total of 500 dollars...i was disgusted
