I can t thank Kevin, John, and all the mechanics enough for their help. They did an outstanding job when I had an alternator issue on Thursday last. Knowledgeable & friendly, Hans Auto has been a local institution for foreign automotive repairs (including some domestic). They take the time to explain what they have found along with the best possible solutions. A bit pricey but their work is exceptional.

My mustang wouldn t start and it was sitting in my driveway for years I had it towed here, they quickly figured out the issues/ordered the parts got it running etc. I wouldn t trust any other mechanic I recommend these guys 100% I m currently getting work done, if your looking for a trusted mechanic that won t upsell you every chance they get this is the place to go. 5 stars all the wayServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation

My experience with Hans Auto has been stellar. Needed a new wheel bearing on my Lexus, and they did the job promptly for hundreds less than what the dealer quoted. They also suggested delaying brake pad replacements that the dealer had pushed before it was warranted, and said the rotors were fine which the dealer had been pushing to replace.The next day, they found and quickly fixed an A/C refrigerant leak in my Jeep for less than another shop wanted just for their initial diagnosis.All of this was done with friendly smiles, explaining technical issues, and treating other customers well in my presence.I also would like to mention that I looked at the two 1-star reviews before I decided to try Hans - and those were easy to dismiss once I looked at how those reviewers conduct themselves online within their other public reviews. There's a reason Hans has lots of 5 star reviews and a 4.8 rating as I write this: lots of happy customers like myself.Glad to have found this place, and will use them in the future. Being close to the rail trail is also a bonus for me to be able to get there by bike for drop-offs and pick-ups.

My first experience with Hans auto was during an emergency. They took their time over the phone to explain the process & the possible issues. Even though I did not have an appointment they looked into the car the same day & it was ready by the next afternoon.They were extremely personable, honest & trustworthy. I would 100% recommend them to anyone & will bring my car in if I ever encounter any issues in the future. Thanks Kevin!

The biggest European car nerds in the game, these guys deserve all the stars! They have fixed problems the dealership could not even diagnose, and always fairly and timely. Took my BMW in for a check engine light. They were able to take me in the same day , explained everything that was done to me and had me ready to go in one day. Very reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I've been dealing with these people for years and I can tell you that they won't do anything to your car that you don't need like other people just to get money from you. They're wonderful people and all the mechanics are awesome because they're very knowledgeable of the vehicles they service.

Hans is the best. Honest people & they know their stuff. My last car was finicky and had been done dirty by past mechanics these guys are professional, price competitively, and do excellent work. (They also explain everything in a way that is understandable.) I kept coming back even after I moved once towing my vehicle in all the way from the city, lol. They were notably great in solving some issues I had underneath due to rust.I got a new Toyota. Clear skies ahead. Thanks !!!

Brought my VW GTI here for some repairs, the owner is super knowledgeable and kind. The work was done quickly and gave me option of buying a used cheaper part online and checked with me before every step of repairs.They even fixed a faulty fuse I was struggling with for free. Euro car guys. If you drive a European car you need to take it to a shop that knows how to work on it. These guys know their stuff and are lovely chaps to boot.Reasonable prices.

Kevin, John, and the rest of the crew are amazing! I was worried that I would not find a mechanic that would believe my 1988 VW Jetta was worth keeping on the road. I moved to the area three years ago and my car is going strong. I really appreciate the service at Hans. Kevin and John are always honest, efficient, and caring.

This is simply a tight ship from bow to stern.Top tier mechanics who have integrity, are honest and care about every fine detail of their work.I recently learned that the entire staff do continuing educationto remain on point with all new facets of foreign car maintenance & repair.They are continually busy because they are the best so give them as much of a heads up as you can on booking.John & the crew are like heart surgeons for foreign cars & I wouldn't take my Toyota anywhere else!

These guys are the best foreign car repair shop in the area, hands down. Not the best waiting room bring your smartphone or better yet a friend to go into town for a cappuccino or brewski while you wait. Fair honest no tricks scams or ripoffs! Highly recommend

The mechanics love German engineered cars, unlike the mechanic in my own neighborhood. Over the years I needed this shop to correct improper repairs that even the local VW dealership got wrong. Now I simply come strait to this shop for repairs to my high mileage but well maintained VW.

Brother duo who like working on German cars -- Audi, BMW and VWs and they're quite expert at it; they can fix other cars as well. I was sold when I was told "you need a water pump and we can fix it -- but you might want to take it back to your dealer as it may be under warranty since it's an expensive repair." Honest, good pricing and fair. Enough said!

I used Hans for my 1981 300SD, 1984 BMW, and 1986 300SDLThey are very quick and get the job done right from simple repairs to engine swaps. Never had to go back for re-work and they are honest with their pricing!

I'm definitely not a car expert but from my experience I felt they were fairly priced and knowledgeable and they also took my car immediately even though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment.

These guys work hard, communicate well, are honest and so sweet. They always make sure I know exactly what's going on. I would buy VWs forever just to make sure I can keep them as my mechanics.

They left a foot long wrench in my motor. I can not imagine the damage it would have caused if it fell in. They made repairs without calling with an estimate.
