I went yesterday to get a deluxe wash which was $79 with a $10 coupon. Last time I get the deluxe wash, it was not worth it. This was the second time in a row I was not happy with the deluxe wash. My car came out not as clean as it should be for the price. If this was a basic wash fine, but it s still dirty. All four wheels were not 100% cleaned. The outside of the car still had dirty spots as you can see in the photos. The dash still has dust on it. The rubber mats were all wet when they were put back. I took them out to dry then my self and found a wet rag was under my rubber Matt. If I didn t take it out to dry my self the car would have smelled of mildew soon enough. Next time I only do a basic wash if I have to go back.

I went for a second time today, but I don t plan to return. I purchased the basic wash which came out to $69, without tip. First, when they said it was done I looked and saw that my mats weren t put back. So I asked and the worker said I didn t order for mats to be washed (of course I did, which is why they were missing). Finally he located my mats, and put them back in the car, soaking wet. Upon arrival back home, I lifted the mats and saw my kids crackers and other garbage (see pic). It s as if it wasn t cleaned at all! I m only giving a star for the kind cashier who refunded the tea that I thought was complimentary (it is not, be warned!). A costly lesson learned.Edited to add: Adding 2 stars for responsive ownership! Someone reached out to fix the situation. I am impressed. Will try it out again and hope for a better job next time.

I used to be a loyal customer at this car wash, consistently giving it a 5-star rating for its excellent service. My mid-size SUV received a thorough cleaning every week for the reasonable price of $45. The staff was always friendly and welcoming until my last visit.To my surprise, the cost skyrocketed to $71 for a single car wash. What was more frustrating is that they charged me an additional $3 TWICE! as an oversized vehicle" fee. The experience took an unpleasant turn when they persuaded me to sign up for a monthly package. When I declined, I was questioned, "really!, you re not going to sign up?!" and then dismissed like I'm no loyal customer and therefore not worthy of respect.Sadly, this recent encounter has left me with a sour impression, and I doubt I'll return. It seems like there might be new management or ownership, as the service and attitude have taken a significant downturn. Disappointed and disheartened, I'll be exploring other car wash options moving forward.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR.The worst car wash I've been too. I specifically looked for a place that does hand wash because I just got a new car and this is my first wash. I was avoiding automatic car washes because they can leave micro scratches on the clear coat. So I came here and you could tell they don't change their clothes or rags at all. This leaves your car vulnerable to scratches because the microfiber cloth picks up hard dirt which they spread all over your car. That's exactly what happened to my car, I got swirling scratches on the clear coat. While I was waiting outside I noticed there was still lots of dirt on the car and had to direct the person working on drying a car that was visibly still dirty. There's no attention to detail at all. I would consider this a car rinse at best. I had to force them to clean the roof because I was told the car was "done" with the roof looking very dirty. And what did the guy do? Used glass cleaner on the roof. You really can't make this up. Then he proceeded to wipe the interior with the same dirty glass cleaner cloth.Imagine paying extra for a hand wash and getting something worse than the automatic wash.No attention to detail and no care for the car at all. How long does it take or cost to use a new or a cloth fresh out of the wash for every car?

NEVER AGAIN! I used to go here all the time, and I will never, ever, ever return and I will convince everyone I know not to return. There were 3 cars in front of me, but because they have the VIPs coming in from the other side, it took me a total of 48 minutes from the time I got on line, until the time I left. They are also very short staffed and this was a Saturday!!! Now let's talk price. Are they f'ing kidding me??!!!! $50!!!! And that's the cheapest!!! I cannot believe how high these prices went up and they are very clever where they don't post the prices until you are already locked in and on line with nowhere to go. I always went to Five Corners, but switched to American Car Wash on Northern Blvd, but Five Corners is closer to my house so I went back last week. I will not make that mistake again. I don't care if I have to drive 100 miles out of my way, I will never return here again. Plus it's so tight...there's no place to put the cars. American Car Wash practically half the price, is huge with plenty of places to put the cars and the waiting area is gorgeous. You are a complete disappointment, Five Corners. See ya!!!!

5 corners used to and still is one of the premier car washes. It s been there since I m a kid. The prices per wash are expensive but if the owners can figure out a better way to charge for monthly packages, I would use them the rest of my life. Prices of everything have gone up, but there has to be a way for 5 corners can meet their customers as a somewhat more reasonable rate.

First off they should have there prices upfront before having to get on line. Once you get online you can t get off of I I tried and the guy just shrugged his shoulders like what do you want me to do. If I knew this wash was going to cost me $38 I wouldn t have come here. Extremely overpriced for just and exterior wash. Once I left there were streaks all over my car. Not worth it for a hand car wash

No longer a hand car wash. They use prickly brooms that left micro scratches on the hood of my friends car and I regretted instantly taking my brand new car here after being mislead by the hand wash sign outside. I wanted a place to go for my car that will avoid using brooms that leave scratches on the car. I paid $65 for a okay-ish job. The outside came out really nice minus the scratches on my friends car. But the interior they missed a few spots that I had to clean myself with a microfiber cloth and you would think $65 would at least get you some cleaned mats but no that s extra. Wish they spent more time taking care of the car rather than harass customers for a tip for a subpar clean up. Will not return and I suggest everyone to just pay a couple bucks more and stick to car retailers to insure a guaranteed clean and fresh car.

Pricing is a little high but that's to be expected for a hand car wash. I paid $62 dollars for the deluxe wash. It could've been better. Still have dirt on the exterior of my car. The interior on the dashboard still has dust. Just wished it was a better wash. They spend a short amount of time in my car, which was surprising since I paid for the most expensive wash. To each their own. This is just my review.

Just got home a few minutes ago from this location -True Rating (based on MY experience): 3.75 out of 5.I've always been a fan of 5 Corners, I come every once in a while to 'treat' my car, believing that the outcome will be better than the $25 washes i'll normally get, because, $80+ for an SUV and a hand wash is better, right? Well..you would think...My vehicle desperately needed a wash and it's interior cleaned up after this last fall and winter, i normally take care of my own washes or pay for a less costly service ...but today i thought, I'm treating my car.I was at the location for close to an hour - let's say 45 min...Look - i'm not here to give a scathing review and say 'don't come here!' - quite the opposite. Because it's a hand wash service, people bring in their higher end vehicles, but to be perfectly logical, it doesnt make that much of a difference where you get your vehicle washed....My car came out nice - the interior was beautiful, but the exterior...considering it's white, I can see every area that was missed.The car went into the wash for about 10 minutes while i watched the workers scrub it down and pass it out for final touches..And then, the wait begins. These men scrubbed and scrubbed, and wiped and cleaned, interior, exterior, wheels... nice!Except, the novelty wore off as I had my eyes fixated on an obvious line of dirt on the deck, and they missed it with every wipe. Fine.. .no big deal.They wiped my tires down with their tire shine liquid .. nice! ...I thought...I got closer to the car after it was finished and noticed exactly how dirty the car still was. They left a damp towel in my car, which i immediately accepted as a gift to complete my own detailing... i wiped dirt off the door and thought 'never again', and drove home.I got home and thoroughly inspected the car - for the most part, they did a nice job, I'm giving a fair review here, not aiming to deter business. I hope the business understands this...however, I had immediate buyers remorse, thinking that I paid $100 for a service that i do on my own in all but freezing weather when i have the time, and get my car showroom clean in 2 hrs.There's dirt eeeeverywhere. You probably wouldnt notice if the car was a different color...sure, from a few feet away it looks beautiful, and probably nobody else would notice but myself. But i notice, and I feel it in my gut.Will I come back? Probably...soon? I'm not so sure.... I'm disappointed in today's results... video attached.Note to self: The burn is less when i spend less...the result is the same and I still spend time cleaning off the remaining dirt ([in obvious places].*Understanding that i didnt purchase a particular detailing service, however, for the amount of time the men spent on the car, i expected a much different outcome.

They're pricey, but they're really the best when it comes to car washes. They won't scratch or damage your car. All other car washes will create more swirls in your paint than an ice cream shop.

I paid for the wash online through their own website. When i got to the wash, the guy that checks you in was very rude. I showed him email confirmation of the payment and he looks at me and tells me "whats this, what do you want". I was speechless for a moment there. And then he goes on to roll his eyes and ask me why i paid online and go inside to sort it out. Uh.... Because your website offers it? What am i supposed to know some kind of secret rule of not paying online through their very own website?Car wash itself was ok but the first employee you encounter being this hostile im probably not going to come back again. I come here for hand wash to avoid marring my car but with this kind of attitude id rather just use any other machine wash with a better employee attitude. Im not even asking for some kind of concierge level service, just at least dont be so hostile about customer thats using your service.

I got a gift card for this car wash as my birthday gift, so I decided to go to this place and get a car wash. I was shocked Regular car wash with inside vacume $ 50.00 . I could not believe my eyes when i was handed a receipt. The price is being charge is rediculous. This place is a rip off.

I usually never leave a review good or bad but this time it seemed necessary. This use to be my spot. I use to come almost every other day for a wash and they use to be excellent. But now they barely cleaned anything in the car. Plus their customer service is getting worse. They just to rip you off to make more money. NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!!

I ve been using this car wash for a few years. This is my second bad experience. I ve given them the benefit of the doubt and even got a membership after my first bad experience because people DO make mistakes. However, I m super bummed to say I have to cancel my membership. At one point they were really good. I m so disappointed with this though...I pay about $100 monthly for a gold wash and I always leave $10+ tip for them. But this just sucks. I was told the dirt left in my car was more of a detailing fix when I brought it to their attention too..I m sorry what? Apparently the gold wash doesn t include wiping down your leather seats, just wiping it down with a vacuum. That being said, technically it is my fault for thinking they would wipe dog prints off my seats when I m paying for this service. I m cancelling the membership. I hate to complain ever, it s so uncomfortable but just do the job right. I m giving 3 stars because they have washed my car nicely before but this one just really bummed me out.

Most car wash establishments have their prices posted in the front, but not this place. The price is posted only after one has already entered into the business. For exterior wash only, it was $40! The wash was worth at most $30. The total time was about 15 minutes.

Very disappointed. I paid $75 for a deluxe wash and the job looks like some kids washed it for charity. My inside is still dirty. My rims weren t fully cleaned. And I asked them to remove my registration sticker and they gave me all the excuses to not do it when I have done it in the past. I was a loyal customer for about 15 years but now every time I go the service has been declining each time. The worst part was the old man in the front goes we are super busy - like that s my problem? I will not be returning. Their service used to be good years ago and people used to ask where I get my wash but I will no longer be their customer and I will deff not recommend this place at all. I chose the most expensive car wash so they don t have to complain about it but again they failed. To Management: please bring back the old service where you used to walk around and not let the car leave your place till it was spotless. This is unacceptable especially when you re paying too dollar we expect top service.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

Great attentions from the drive-in to drive-out. My 8 y.o daughter has literally been with me every time we ve experienced horrible car wash experiences and today she said mommy this is the best car wash ever . Even the kid could tell that everyone was so friendly, super attentive and professional above all. The owner is kind and friendly as well. Loved it will be back.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Awful. I purchased their unlimited monthly for my brand new car. After coming here twice a week for a month my car has scratch and swirl marks all over. It s probably from the stick brushes they use. Do not come here if you care about your paint.

I was just there with my kids for their tunnel of terror Halloween car wash. Given the current pandemic, it was a safe bet. They really did a great job of the "attraction"! Nice lighting effects, great scary characters, a few screams were had and a car wash to boot! #cleanfun lol I was most impressed by the characters because they went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience, they were really great sports and even posed for us when they saw we were trying to take a picture! Glad we gave it a chance! Will do it again next year.

My favorite hand car wash in earth.Whether is full service or only exterior they always do an amazing job.I think I saw the massager/owner on a Saturday and he was making sure everything went well. Thanks for the love

Does a thorough job. Different levels of service package provided to the individual needs. Also you can choose hand/glove wash or brush. Other options like waxing and polishing available.

For 70 dollars my 6 year old nephew could do a better job. Got the gold cash and my car was not even vacuumed nor was the dashboard cleaned and the outside of car was still wet. Sad! Will definitely be going somewhere else from now on. Funny that they have a sign before you leave that if you have any issues to call the manager, probably because they get complaint regularly. What am I even paying that of money for? As I was waiting I saw the same thing issues with other cars as they left.

Yikes! Called ahead requesting a price for a basic exterior wash and a thorough interior wash and ArmorAll. I was told $35. Sounded great. I haven't gotten my car washed in a while and I really just wanted the interior done well. That being said my car is maintained very well. There's rarely more than a couple crumbs and some dust here and there.I arrived and the first thing I saw while waiting on line was the people vacuuming the mats ripping large chunks of garbage out of the cars and throwing it right onto the ground getting blown away with the wind. This was being done for every car. No attempt to place it in a garbage pail.When I met with the person to tell them what I wanted done I explained the same thing on the phone and he informed me the interior ArmorAll would only be done with their highest package which costed $65. Alright. I'm already there, my car is already going through, and that's about what my other place costs. Dropped $10 in the tip box for the guys working on the car. $75.The car comes through and some really angry guy was just staring at me as I got in the car not saying anything. Maybe he also wanted an additional tip for the horrifying job I then discovered?I sit in the car and it genuinely looks like nothing hppened. The dashboard looked untouched. There was still dust and crumbs in the cupholders and all over the center console. The front of my car had black smudge marks on it that may or may not have been there before the wash. Weird gooey substance in my passenger side shelf that looks like they maybe attempted to use some kind of cleaner but never wiped it.Really bad. Really bad experience. Hope everyone else has a better experience if you go.

This place is very nice but ridiculously expensive and they didn t even clean my car. I was in a rush so I could not even say anything. I spent $60 on a Gold Wash for my SUV and it appears as if they did not even vacuum or wipe anything on the inside. Will not be coming back.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

They dont open at 7:30am on Sunday. I waited here at 7:30 till 8. Extremely annoyed i sat there wasting gas in the cold. In the era of social media post something commutating there will be a late opening.Reply to owner. You changed the times this morning after I wrote this review. Little scummy instead of just owning it. There were also 2 people waiting with me at 7:30am so we all must have been wrong. Its more respectable to own the mistake than to double down and change your times after a customer complained. Not the right way to do things. Disappointed at how childish grown men act like.

Went here and got the delux wash. Incredibly satisfied!! Outside looked cleaner than ever. The inside of the car was cleaned to perfection. My mats were steamed and they even cleaned my pedals!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Went there for the first time today. Decided to get the most expensive wash, Deluxe Wash, just to see what the results would be. The tires look nice and all but now that I got home I see that my drivers side door still has soap/formula streaks on it and the opening once the door is opened is still slightly dirty. Unfortunate but I guess I should have checked before I left. Dont know if I would go back since its kind of off putting to have an incomplete experience the very first time. But at the very least I put 4/5 stars instead of 3/5 because the staff I had to interact with were helpful

Like the products and friendliness of the staff. Attention to details could be better.Tried out their deluxe wash, based on reviews on different sites. This is a true hand wash for your car, so no nasty scratches or paint damage.But when you charge $60 for a wash, small details like cleaning all nooks and corners count. Just returned after washing, couldn t spot these when the car was washed. You can see the area around the emblem and when you look at the door sills the corner is not as clean as expected.In the interior too, after pointing out the center console was not cleaned, it was cleaned.I must add that when you point it out they do clean up with a smile and without any complaints.The car looks brand new at a distance. I loved what they did with the wheels and tires. The entire car shines. The glass cleaning was really good. No smudges or swirls left behind.Question to management for deluxe wash is the area around and in the boot/trunk to be cleaned? Because once I opened the boot, I could see that this was not done.For the price charged, attention to detail is the key. You should not want the client to point out spots that were missed. At that price you would want the client to appreciate small touches.
