After spending close to $1000 at this store for various Echo trimmers and attachments as well as parts for my Ferris mower (which was also purchased here), it was time to buy an echo blower. At the time they did not have the 9010T like I had wanted so, I went elsewhere to get the blower. I used the blower for a year and the muffler went bad on it. Being that it as echo product and all it needed was a muffler under warranty, thought I could bring it to Soslers. They DO NOT work on equipment that you did not buy from them. Even though ECHO corporate recommended them to me for warranty work! I Thought that because I ve been a customer with them for years they would be willing to help me out. Absolutely not. I ll never buy any parts for my Ferris or Echo products ever again. Avoid this place! I ve gotten better customer service from the local Home Depot. I guess that s where I ll buy my Echo stuff from now on.

Ended up buying a 2607 MF tractor here, all done online so I can not speak to the store, or the service. I can review the purchase. The transaction was smooth, accessories I asked for were added, the delivery to NH was quick, paperwork was seamless. They were educated on the product, answered all my questions, wish they were closer, however I would do business here in the future

This Company will provide excellent customer service. My Dad swore by them. Myself, I need to say Thank you for supporting Minisink Valley Kiwanis. We had a Tricky Tray fundraiser back in the fall and I ended up winning a shiny Red Massey Ferguson Tractor. Only problem my husband wants me to give the toy truck to the three little Foster Boys our son has. It's so nice I might need the full size model with all the bells and Whistles come spring. Thank you again

I ve got an older used Massey Ferguson tractor. Sosler s was able to look up the history (manufactured in Brazil )on the equipment and was able to order the correct parts I needed. I enjoyed working with all three generations from phone calls to emails to pick up parts and having some oil delivered right to the car. I had a great experience with the family own business.

Both on the phone and in the store, the guys at Sosler s Garden and Farm Equipment are THE BEST! I was a first-time chainsaw user, and they not only fixed the chainsaw I had damaged, they provided a detailed explanation so that I can safely use and maintain the saw myself. They clearly know their products, but they also care about their customers, big and small. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience! I spent hours researching the hottest subcompact tractors in todays market. After having done my research, I narrowed it down to a final 3. My first stop was Solser's, and from the moment I walked in I knew I had to look no further. The shop and garage were meticulously organized, and I wasn't in there for more than a few minutes before receiving superior customer service from the Ray Team (father and son). They helped me decide which model would best suit my needs and put all my concerns to rest. Fast forward less than two weeks later, and I had a red hot Massey Ferguson GC1723EB Tractor/Loader/Backhoe Package sitting in my driveway. The Ray Team personally delivered it, and provided a tutorial on how to operate the machine. All in all, outstanding experience. I take pride in giving business to the family owned and operated businesses out there. So if you're on the fence on where, or what to buy, I strongly suggest you consider Sosler's Garden and Farm Equipment, Inc. keep up the good work Ray & Ray!

Highly recommended!!! The owners always go out of their way to give the best quality and customer service. On numerous occasions what I thought was going to be a big problem and expense was rectified with a phone call to the shop. Ray took the time to talk me through and fix my equipment over the phone. It s rare in this day to have a dealer willing to go out of their way to help you with every request, inquiry or service you may need. I can t thank them enough for getting us up and running and confirming that Massey Ferguson was the right choice us! The sales and service department are top notch.

I bought a used tractor from Sosler s a few years ago. It was meticulously detailed and looked like it was brand new. Since then, I ve purchased numerous implements and maintenance parts from them. They stand by their products and are always willing to answer questions/offer valuable advice. Whenever I need equipment, this is where I go.

"The Ray Team" (father and son duo who run the shop) are awesome. I am / was a first time tractor buyer, and throughout the entire process they were both incredibly helpful. This is not a small investment so I wanted to take my time and make sure that I got the right machine for my needs. They took the time to meet with me, e-mail back and forth a number of times, chat on the phone a few times, and really made sure that I understood what I was getting, and why it made sense. On more than one occasion they convinced me to get a smaller (and less expensive) implement because it would fit my needs better. That says a lot, they could have taken the extra few bucks but instead prioritized my overall satisfaction. On top of this, the Ray's were also great with my family - we brought both of our boys to the shop a few times, and they were allowed to sit on the tractors, they answered all of my wife's questions as well, and when we left (before agreeing to any purchases) they made sure to send us away with some goodies for the boys which was a really nice touch. On top of all of this, the delivery of the tractor was really smooth, they brought it right to our property, drove it down to our parking lot (it's a pretty steep hill) and walked us through the controls of the machine again. There are a number of other things they did throughout the process that we really appreciated, including getting to take a look at the machine while they were prepping it, they gave us some contacts for other services I need done around my property, and they shared a ton of knowledge with us - I'm looking forward to doing more business with this great small business.

I just purchased a new 1725MB and they made the buying process a breeze! They were very patient as I have a busy schedule and were able to navigate me through the buying process like no other. I was unsure of financing but Ray was able to get me into a new machine with 0% financing, what more can I ask for? Great guys, great equiptment and superb customer service

Buying my first tractor from Sosler's was such a pleasure. Ray and team took time to explain everything I needed to know. Upon delivery they made sure I understood how everything works. Very happy with Soslers, professional caring people who know their products, and very helpful. I live 950 miles from them, bought a used MF mower, and I received it serviced, and in the condition promised. Highly recommend the Ray team

We recently bought a tractor from Soslers and we couldn t be more pleased on our purchase!!! Hands down the father /son team has the most knowledge and experience than any other. They truly want to fit you to the right tractor so they ask the important questions to get you there. This is a hands on family business that is built on their reputation. They are informative knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure you make the right purchase. Ray and Ray were there through the whole process from purchase to delivery to maintenance on our tractor. They both delivered the tractor and went over every aspect of how it works and every detail of the tractor until we felt comfortable. They spend the time they are dedicated they are reputable and they will always have our business. Thank you guys

I have been going to Ray and Ray for many years for all my garden equipment needs, from chainsaws to tractors and snow throwers. They are always available to help troubleshoot any issues, order the correct parts and make sure I have exactly what I need to keep my machines running perfectly. These guys know their stuff! It's a no nonsense shop and they never try to sell anything that's not needed. Once in the shop you are their main focus and they will take as much time as needed while giving you their full undivided attention. This father and son team will always look after their customers. So if you are interested in any kind of garden or farm equipment, these are the guys to see.

I had a great experience buying from Sosler's. Ray and his father made it a comfortable and safe experience using reasonable COVID precautions. They provided information and answered my questions to help with my buying decisions. So far I am pleased with my Massey Ferguson tractor and I was very pleased with the service at Sosler's. I would certainly consider buying from them again.

The Sosler s have been a major roll in my success and education into maintenance and proper care for my zero turn Farris mower that I purchased from them a number of years ago. They provide great friendly service that only a local business could offer. When it comes time for yearly maintenance they are always helpful and by no means pushy when it comes to providing parts and recommendations. They seem to always have great stock on items that I need and give detailed explanation on how to do the work. As a fairly young and new landscaper whenever I have issues or a question they are more than happy to give me advice and follow a very structured and standard approach to diagnosing the issue. I appreciate their approach to customer service because they focus less on the sale and more on providing you with quality parts, products and explanation. Some of their equipment is not the cheapest on the market but I could argue that it is the absolute epitome of quality and American made. I always say that Ferris is one of the most friendly mowers to the owner because I barely have to bend over to change the oil and most maintenance is very painless even to someone foreign to lawn equipment. There options for financing equipment is also very fair and worked well when I was a college kid who was very early in my career and money was tight. I can not speak more highly about the sosler , their business and the equipment they provide. Orange County needs more local, dedicated, hardworking customer friendly and educated businesses like the sosler s. They made a major difference in my career and success as a land scraper. 10/10 would and do recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Sosler s. The customer service is outstanding. The product knowledge surpassed my expectations. Sosler s customized my sub compact tractor to my needs.Up on delivery, Sosler s went over the tractor operations in detail, every knob and its functions, to the basic headlight switch, the dos and the do not etc.I am pleased with the service I received from Sosler s, they went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Highly recommend

One of the best retail experience s we remember having in many years. Both Ray s are extremely knowledgeable of the product they offer and 100% there for consumer needs.It was so obvious when we entered the establishment this team means business. The store was spotless, organized, honestly such a pleasure. PRIDE in what they offer.We shopped every tractor brand before making our decision. The customer care after the sale of this family run business is second to none. I called on a Thursday late afternoon, to report a breakdown of my garden tractor. Friday morning before 8 AM one of the owners was in my yard looking at the tractor. That same Friday afternoon both owners were back with the required repair parts, one of which needed to be manufactured in a local machine shop. They completed repairs so that I was able to finish mowing. I recommend this Company and its owners very highly, as they care about the customers well after the expiration of the warranty and well after the sale.

Sosler s is by far one of the best. Starting with Ray Jr, he was honest, willing and able to provide us with the most information, so that I could make a informed decision on my purchase. The business is not pushy like other companies I visited. Lastly, delivery was superb and again both Ray Jr. and Ray Sr. provided extensive knowledge of the product and gave me really great information regarding the tractor. They spent a good amount of time with me showing how each piece worked and put it into terms I could understand. They took their time and I never felt rushed or not valued. I would recommend the Ray team and Sosler s anytime.

Recently purchased a Massey 1723eb, the purchase process was very easy and they were both a pleasure to work with. They made sure I knew and had everything I needed before I left with my new tractor. Had an issue first day ( to no fault of their own) and they took care of it quickly. They stand behind their products and are a great dealer to work with. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a tractor or any equipment.
