As a loyal and repat customer with this dealership, I decided to purchase a car. The salesman was personable and friendly but when we got to the point of discussing the price, he had to get his manager ANDREW RODRIGUEZ'S approval. I really loved this car but he only moved $500 off the price. It came out to $34,913. I told the salesman if he could get the price to $34,000 I would buy it for cash right then and there. Again he checked with ANDREW RODRIGUEZ and the answer was no. So I thought I would talk to and try to reason with ANDREW RODRIGUEZ. I asked him if we could take off the $913 and he shot his head back in disgust and said "that's a lot of money"! I agreed and said, "so is $34,000 the dealership would lose if I didn't purchase it". I then asked ANDREW RODRIGUEZ if he was going to let me walk away because of $913 (mind you it wasn't the money, it was the principle. I still would have bought the car either way!) but the way ANDREW RODRIGUEZ responded to me was so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and CONDESCENDING. Saying "Yes, I'll let you walk, all day EVERY day!" It was then I knew that this UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT & BELLIGERENT manager (and I use that term VERY loosely) had no interest in dealing with a repeat customer. I am now going to a different dealership for my next car purchase. I highly discourage anyone from doing business at this dealership. They only have a poor rating for a VERY good reason and I am positive that ANDREW RODRIGUEZ is one of the main reasons!!

Just traded in my car on a 2023 Kia Sorento. The service at Kia of Middletown was wonderful. And my sales rep was AWESOME! I highly recommend you go see Matt Destefano. He was so helpful, has a great personality, very down to earth and not pushy at all. He did everything he could to make sure I left in my new car that day and I did. Thank you Matt.

I have moved all of my family members and friends to this dealership. I ve had some nightmare stories from local dealerships that I can t even think about. They are far superior then their competition. They are consistent every time I am there. Matt is a great sales person he is empathetic, transparent and calms your nerves while purchasing a car, he also goes above and beyond explaining everything about the vehicle upon final walkthrough. Exactly what you want when your making a very substantial purchase. The whole team works quickly and diligently to get you in and out without being overly pushy. Highly recommend asking for Matt if you are thinking of purchasing . My husband and mom love their new cars. Thank you Matt and the whole finance team! Rockstars!

I started going to Nissan Kia, a Middletown, a couple of years ago after having major issues getting competent service at the dealership where I bought my Nissan Rogue. The service at Nissan Kia has been impeccable. They are quick and thorough and every service advisor there is attentive and courteous, My service advisor, Carlos, is the absolute best. He follows up continually while the vehicle is there and after service and offers suggestions and options. I'm glad I switched over to them and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Great experience buying my Kia Niro from Nissan/Kia of Middletown NY.The car is great on gas and looks great..Sales person Anthony made the experience easy.90 % of the sale was completed text messaging.Anthony sent a quote 2nd text.No games. Just purchased the car..Financing department was the best.No pressure. He made suggestions- I took what was good for me..Other dealships like Toyota of Poughkeepsie turned buying a car into a nightmare with all the sales bull.... I really wanted a Toyota Prius Touring Vehicle. But- I didn't have time for wrong sales information- from pricing to loan terms.When- women purchase big ticket items-- don't try to take advantage of us....Because-- your not the only dealership..I left- and purchased my car from Nissan of Middletown... An hour from my house...

This worst Kia I've ever been to. I've never had good experiences here.Last summer they had my Kia Optima Hybrid for over a month just to total it out due to the eletrical issues and not even being able to open my trunk. Even the insurance company was annoyed because they could have totaled it out on the initial review instead of prolonging the process.The best part ... I still get phone calls telling me to come service the Kia Optima Hybrid thst they totaled out! And, I didn't even by my new car through them to have a further reason for them to call me.

this is how they treat service members that serve the country I have a recall on my truck called them They have and no part to fix it horrible service. The person that works there name is Joseph in service very disrespectful. I will not buy a car here ever or get service. Should go spend your money somewhere else. Plus we re talking about an airbag driver-side like they can t replace it. we are talking about multiple peoples lives that they playing with. I would give them a -5 for the service.

Normally a great place to purchase a car. However, if you need a replacement key, they want $65 to cut the key, plus another $160 to program the chip. I am sorry but that's highway robbery. $225 just for a replacement key on a 13 year old car? Unfortunately. I can only get the key from the dang dealership.

2 pictures attached. One of a genuine audi exhaust clamp and a second picture of the hose clamps Nissan put on for an exhaust leak. Vehicle was purchased here. I'm an Audi technician in Chicago. I've never seen something like this. Service refused to do anything. Pathetic

Hi my name is Vito I own a 2016 Kia Sportage. The vehicle was purchased used I have brought it to Nissan Kia at Middletown for its regular service and I bought an extended warranty.I sat for 4.5 hours for my car to get a oil change tire rotation and fix a slow leak in the left front tire i had a tire come up on the dashboard. The service rep joe came back and informed me my cabin filter and engine filter needed to be changed rear wiper blade also and Valve stem sensor was bad On the tire. I gave him the OK to correct it all . 4 and a 1/2 hours later I still had a problem with the tire sensor. Disappoint I'm fit to be tied I'm very upset Joe finally came out along with the service Is supervisor told me hes trying to make this good I told them go to back I didn't want To hear it make it good back there. The final outcome was that my tire sensor was replaced twice and still would not shut off on the dashboard and reset so I left the dealership still with that problem. Angel was kind enough to tell me he is not charged me for the part or the labor the labor that is them making it good I guess I will never deal with Nissan Is kia Middletown again.

I have never been more pleased with buying a car. Steve F was beyond amazing. I called him & told him what I was looking for - and as I don t live local. He was able to build a deal with his team in less than 3 hours over the phone. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and I am more than satisfied. I sat with Jason D, ( very quick and professional ) signed the papers, and walked out the door. I will never deal with another dealer. Thank you for making my experience delightful.

I bought my Kia Sportage here, and always have it maintenance here. Great vehicle, friendly staff. Usually Joseph is the one that helps me out and he is great, he gets 5 stars. The only reason I am knocking one star off over all is because of the CNN that plays in the waiting area. That fake news is often torture to listen and its always very negative towards us conservatives. I think local news would be a better choice or just normal programming. Either way, we value your service and we appreciate your hard work.Service: Oil change

Tried to bribe me with a free oil change if I lied & gave them an inaccurate 5 star review. Wouldn't have bought a $40,000 car if i couldn't afford an oil change. This place sucks. Their customer service sucks & they have to bribe people with free service to increase their ratings because if everyone gave them an honest rating, theyd have less than 1 star. Service department is a joke. Made an appointment for recalls a week prior. After 3 days of keeping the car still no parts I took the car back and I will not be going back.. after they told me the parts are in and I'll be ready by noon that was not true. Do yourself a favor find yourself a good mechanic and don't go back there after you purchase a car a joke..

I was calling around looking for a Kia service department that would service my Kia Niro EV and while many dealerships do not service electric vehicles, this one said they did. I was abundantly clear it was an EV because I knew this was the case. I have very little time off and they are over an hour away from me, which I explained to the dealer. They could only do the service on a weekday, so I booked the appt several months out on Black Friday. A rare day they were open and I could make it. I arrived and after waiting for almost an hour they tell me they don't service electric vehicles. They offered no real recourse and assistance getting the car service at another dealer. No ownership of the mistake. Incredible inconvenience.

After being told NO time after time, my husband & i ended up at KIA of middletown and met with dexter the salesman.. He was AMAZING! Did whatever he had to to get us out of a rental and into a van big enough for my family. He was very efficiant and just overall great to work with. We left happy with a new van that comfortably fits my family of 6! We couldnt be happier!

I purchased a 2017 nissan sentra from this dealership 12/2018 with 37k miles. At 66k I noticed acceleration issues and was told by different dealership it was the brake booster even though I suspected it was the transmission. Now at 87k I took it to Nissan of middletown and told them the transmission was failing and they needed to test drive it while transmission was hot. They drove it 8 miles and said their was no issues and car was safe to drive and Austin in service told me not to come back there. After the 2 hour drive back home my transmission completely failed and the dealership by me told me the transmission sensor was disabled and when they reset it the check engine light came on for low transmission pressure. This is a shady dealership and poor customer service and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I'm now stuck with a car that's out of warranty and they refuse to help.

There was a recall on a Controller Arm on Nissan 2013 and 2014 Altima's. The defect was unusual rusting of and decay of the controller arm. This defect causing the wheel to dislodge from car while driving. My VIN i was informed was not a part of the recall. This defect exactly matches the defect identified in the recall. Nissan Corporate received the assessment of the repairs needed from KIA Nissan of Middletown and declined any assistance with repair. I spoke with Joe in repair at KIA Nissan of Middletown service department and he was very nice. I was expecting Joe to further investigate what his Dealership would do to help out with this $1400 repair. Instead i was received an apology and that i can make a $135 payment for the assessment they conducted and come and get my car off their lot, preferably before the snow arrives.My personal mechanic who worked for a dealership for 20 years can do this repair for 1/2 the price of this Nissan Service Dept. I am having AAA tow the car back to my mechanic. Advise to Nissan of Middletown.Think Customer 1st - At the minimum take a case like this to your management to see if something can be done. I informed the Service Dept and the Nissan Corporate Office and Case Officer that my Daughter has a Nissan and that my other 4 kids will be in the market for a new car in the near future and based on this experience we will not be shopping for Nissan's.For service on a defect that is spot on an exact match to a recall. Your dealership did nothing to help. Instead of trying to negotiate a reasonable rate of repair for something that was clearly an engineering defect, your Service Team informed me that I would have to pay full rate for the repairs. Instead of moving forward with this expensive repair I had my car towed back to my mechanic who repaired the vehicle for half the price. Your dealership / service department could have done this. Your Service Team could have escalated to a manager and tried to negotiate a deal. With this I would have been paying Nissan the $1000.�+ dollars for the repair and not my mechanic.� You guys blew it.I will be communicating the same message to the ownership of KIA Nissan of Middletown.�Also I am engaging Nissan HQ referring to the Case #.The Controller Arm defect could have caused a catastrophic�failure if this controller arm snapped and I was at high speed or if one of my kids were driving the car.Very disappointed in the Service Department and KIA Nissan of Middletown.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Got my vehicle here. Many issues with the car. I really had to stand up for what I know we the right thing as they were refusing to help pay for something that was costing $500. I had made them aware that there was an issue with the vehicle (through email) and eventually they fixed it ( still didn't pay for the whole thing but something's better than nothing I guess)

One of their reps Joshua cursed at me when decided not to buy. The car I did buy from them in June of last year is under warranty. I am now afraid to go there for service. I told my husband he has to go. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP.

3 terrible experiences here. Finally called another dealer and everything was great there. Worth the extra drive to go somewhere else. These people don't care about any service. They are all there to hang out for the day.

Went to the dealership as a serious buyer of a vehicle listed on their website, only to find the vehicle didnt exist. Instead i was shown a higher mileage, more expensive vehicle that had been in an accident and repaired.

The service department is awful. I made an appointment two weeks beforehand and when I arrived for my appointment, the person who took down my details never put them into the system. Now I'm going to have to take another day off from work because of the negligence of the service rep. Thanks allot!
