Staff are really nice, but the date for completion keeps getting pushed back further and further and now I ll be losing my rental before the job is completed.Edit: 3 days later and they continue to push the ready date out. They didn t call to extend the rental as promised, and now 3 days after the car is to be ready they need to order new parts all of a sudden. I emailed the email provided and nobody reached out. This company is pathetic.

Great place for vehicle repair! Received text message updates through out the entire repair process. Very professional work force. Car looks like new again! Now I just need to avoid running into anymore deer.

I went here because I got rear-ended and they fixed my car. Really great. Great communication everybody there was just great and my car looks like it's brand new. Came out the showroom. Awesome. No problems with it at all. Definitely, if I have a problem or anybody that I know has dings or needs bodywork on the car I'll tell them to go here.

My truck has been there on and off for thirty days. They lie about having parts. Then they lie about when the repair will be done. Then repair isn't done properly. The whole process has been nothing but a nightmare. Now I have to come out off my pocket to have it fixed properly

I had used another shop near by in the past, they did nice work but took forever. A buddy told me of his experience at Caliper so I took my car there and could not be happier. Great people and a job done quickly, great shop.

Amazing experience with these awesome people. If you were on the fence about getting your vehicle repaired there, just trust me they will do an amazing job and keep you very informed. I was skeptical at first before I selected, but so glad I did.

Hit a deer that massacred my front end of my Ford Explorer. i thought my truck was finished. Caliber collision worked with me and my insurance and got my explorer back up and running and looking better then it ever did. Highly recommend, Staff is highly versed in their line of work and are professionals at what they do.15/10 experience.

Highly recommended. They had my car done before the estimated completion date, which is so rare. I appreciate that they cleaned my car inside and out so it actually looked better than it did prior to my accident! Everyone was super friendly and the updates via text message are very convenient.

This location continues to push back my repair date. I show up today when the truck is supposed to be done and am told they still have parts that need to be ordered. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Caliber Collision is incredible, and their work is more than amazing. They repaired my truck back to factory settings like the accident never happened (pictures below). Would never recommend this shop.my wife's car was missing part.door was rubbing on fender.rocker molding has white swirl marks all over.had to go back to have these things taking care of.molding is still not fixed.Tyler the manager had a attitude.car was not clean at all.very poor detailing.customer satisfaction was terrible.had to touch up paint where door was rubbing twice.very poor place.

This establishment truly deserves more than 5 stars! The entire team is absolutely fantastic, and their commitment to excellence is evident from the first phone call to the moment you pick up your car. Not only did they exceed my expectations with their exceptional work, but they also surprised me with a meticulous car wash and interior detailing. Janemarie at the front desk was simply amazing, and Carlo, who worked on my vehicle, did a fantastic job. Their communication throughout the process was outstanding, providing daily updates on the progress. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of car repairs or services. You won't be disappointed!

Very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed of their progress.However, one thing that they should do is check all parts to be sure they are up to spec before telling the customer that they are ready to start work. A defective part had to be reordered & it extended my requirement for my rental. Otherwise, great job.

I had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, New Hampton, NY. My overall experience was great. Everyone there were very professional, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Good quality, good value, Professional and on time. They did what was necessary to get my car fixed. The work done to my car was excellent. You cannot even tell there was any work done to my car. It looks like I just drove it off the dealership lot. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Absolutely terrible. From lack of communication about when my vehicle will be complete, to doing an adequate job of fixing my vehicle. What should have been a 4 week repair turned into a 6 week ordeal. I even had to bring my car back to Caliber Collision after the "repair" due to the bumper very obviously not being on correctly, and my replaced headlight not properly working. On top of that, due to the extension of my car repair, John, the manager of Caliber Collision agreed for the company cover a car rental for the remaining days of the repair in August 2022. To my surprise, a month later I was charged by enterprise for said car rental. After contacting enterprise, I was shocked to find out that Caliber Collision told them they were only paying for a partial amount of the rental after agreeing to pay the full amount. After contacting Caliber Collision and being reassured that I would get my money refunded to me in October of 2022 I still have not received a dime.I will never use their services again and will scream from every roof top for everyone to do the same.Edit - After speaking to a different manager, I was "assured" to receive my money refunded to me from the rental they agreed to pay for. She was understanding and apologetic and stated that she was not aware of the situation, which highlights the lack of communication within the business. Maybe if she handled my situation from the beginning this would have been handled differently, but it doesn't change all I've gone through these past months. Hopefully this nightmare comes to an end.Service: Body & Trim
