My oil light pops on, hour before close, they are booked up but still worked me in for a last minute oil change! Everyone was friendly n chill. Place looks well kept.

Honest, thorough and kind. I gave them a little grief at first, having had poor experiences with so many other garages. But I've finally found the mechanics I can trust! EJ walked me through the whole process and I am beyond satisfied with their workmanship, integrity and pricing. Dissatisfied with your big chain mechanics? GO TO EJ! You can thank me later. ;)

Always come to them for anything that my car needs. Best people and best service ever. Very efficient and professional at their job. Even though I moved to another apartment far from there, still come back every single time. Totally satisfied with their work, highly recommend!

I recently needed work done on my vehicle.1. I contacted EJ's Auto & within a day, he made his evaluation and contacted me with an estimate.2. His office contacted me on minor updates.3. He completed his repairs within days when I thought it could be a couple weeks.4.His staff was informative, conscientious, and insightful.In short, EJ's Auto was reliable, and customer friendly. Without a doubt I would utilize his talents in the future.

Always amazing service! I brought my vehicle for an oil change and snow tires and didn t even realize my inspection was due. The guys at EJ s were out working on their personal vehicle, business was closed as it being a Saturday, I was traveling out of town I had stopped I was having trouble with my Jeep. They took the time to check it over to make sure I would get home safely. Thanks guys you truly are the best! And yes I drive stick shift

We ve been coming to EJ s for a few years now, and is the only shop I trust. While getting snow tires swapped out down the road, they tried telling me something was wrong with my vehicle. I took to EJ s, and they could have fixed it and charged me, but instead told me nothing was wrong. After that, I don t go anywhere else for our vehicles. Loyal, happy customer.

Can't say enough about EJ's automotive! Busy place but they remember me among all those customers. Very honest and reliable. Can be difficult to get in but when you do, the results are well worth the wait. I'm very glad to be a part of their services and I'm never going anywhere else.

Tons of bolts loosened that shouldn t have been. Car was making noise after they worked on it, had friend look at it, hubcaps only hand tightened, air filter folded up , bolts that has lock tight on it and tightened down beforehand loose after.**that s because this happened at BOTH PLACES. Sorry I m not taking my review down , I think people should be aware of what garages may do sometimes. Yes this did happen! If I didn t know anything about mechanics, like the average person who doesn t, I would have brought my vehicle back because of the wierd clunking , rattles and noises it was making and likely been charged more when all it was was loosened bolts that shouldn t have been. We got them all tightened back up so no need to make it right, although I appreciate that offer. You have many great reviews that I see, but unfortunately this one wasn t.

I had a brake emergency while working in Syracuse and my SIL recommended EJ's Auto. They got me in the same day, called with a more than fair estimate and had the brakes changed, oil changed and truck inspected shortly. It's hard to find honest, fair auto repair shops when you're in an unfamiliar city, but thankfully EJ's came through and I'll be returning.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

My wife broke down on the highway 2 hours from home to visit family. It was on a Sunday ,so we needed a garage and had it towed to the nearest one which was thankfully EJ'S Auto. Her sister drove and picked her up (45 min away)after AAA dropped off the car at EJ 'S. She left them a note and her key , hoping they would look at it because she had to come back home Tuesday morning at 8am. Well they fixed the car by the end of the day Monday. Thanks EJ'S!!. We appreciate you putting a rush on this for us. Highly recommend!. 6

We were headed on i81 N when a large piece of plastic blew off a tractor trailer right in front of us and wrapped around the driveshaft and the differential seal of our truck. We were really in a bind as we were four hours into our trip and had an appointment in Kingston, ON with an attorney . I Googled auto repair and EJ s came up. I called and explained our dilemma and he said they had a busy morning but if we came right in they would take a look at it. They did exactly what they said they would do! They jacked it up, used pliers and pried the plastic off without damaging the seal. And upon completion of the job, there was no charge!! Who today provides that kind of kindness and service? What an awesome and honest repair facility. I would wholeheartedly recommend EJ s Auto for your auto service and repair!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Came because my glove compartment wouldn t close, they checked it out and it turned out there was something stuck behind it. They were able to get it out and didn t charge me a cent! I appreciate this act of kindness and will def be rolling by if I ever have another issue!

EJs gives quality service. My employer has been using them for all of our vehicles for awhile. Their staff have been professional, and their work has been reliable. Highly recommend. A good mechanic is hard to find. These guys are good.

They helped me out big time. They did great work and provided great service every step of the way. Prices were more than fair and I am extremely happy with the work. EJ, Keith and staff are all very very helpful, trustworthy, fairly priced and someone you can "truly" count on! These guys are great! They even checked the the date of my inspection; plus I feel so safe driving away knowing that everything needed is always handled. They also go out of their way to fit you in quickly.

I was just starting to have problems with my car after 175,000 miles (not complaining). I needed a new shop since the last place was no longer available. My friend suggested EJ automotive and that he will work with you and he is honest about what needs to be done. So I brought in my car to get 2 new tires, brakes and rotors. I received high quality parts that I could afford. The service was professional and excellent. I just recently brought back my car to get new tie rods, oil change and caliber and again not disappointed. They treated me with respect and was concern for my safety. My car drives great. I m a customer for life. Thank you for amazing customer service. I highly recommend this auto shop.

We were 93 miles from home, on our way to nyc and my car started breaking down. EJs was right off the exit, so we stopped in. They got us back on the road and we enjoyed our trip and made it home safely!! Hands down the nicest people we have run into! I can't say enough how much I appreciate the work that these guys do. They are honest and fair on pricing. I won't take my car to any other garage again. Since December I've had nothing but issues with my car and EJ's auto has fixed every problem in a timely manner. They are truly professionals.

Always tell you exactly what you need. Don't sugar coat your problem. But help you understand what is needed to make sure your car is safe

Honest, great service and are always there for their customers. After coming up here from NJ, I have been going here exclusively for all my auto service, on recommendation from a neighbor, who, BTW, is a truck driver. So glad I did- EJ's is the best!
