Excellent communication, quality work, and parts. Ross and his crew are absolutely top notch. Ross was there to answer ALL of my questions along the way. I have trust issues with auto shops and let me tell you the way this repair was handled has won me over. Ross has truly earned a new customer without a doubt. Thank you again for taking on such a big job when no one else would, and shout out to Danny for all those days he was half way upside down in my engine bay bringing my truck back to life!

If i could give more stars you beter believe i would! Ross is such a nice guy and he is most importantly HONEST. I went to MIDAS in East Greenbush and they told me I needed new struts (for $800) so I wanted a second opinion. I took my car to Ross and he looked it over and although it needed other work the struts where fine! Don't let people scam you and try to get your hard earned cash go to this honest hard working man instead. My car now drives like a suzuki goddess and I will never go to anyone else but Ross. Keep up the good honest work and I will be back for all of my vehicle needs. I strongly reccomend this shop!

My wife and I experienced brake trouble while traveling through the area, and were so fortunate to find JMR. Working with JMR was a great experience. The folks in the office were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and enjoyable to chat with. The service was above expected as they moved around their schedule to work on our car so we could get back on the road. To top it all off, the price for parts and service was super fair. I wish we lived closer so JMR could be our local mechanic.Service: Brakes
