Premier Collision is absolutely FANTASTIC! I have a 2015 BMW, which unfortunately had a run in with a deer, causing thousands of dollars in damage. My car insurance gave me the choice of where to bring my vehicle to, and of course I picked Premier! The entire staff at Premier Collision isn t only professional and friendly, but they make you feel like family. They did a phenomenal job on restoring my car to its true beauty, and the time frame of the repair was way less then I EVER expected. My car looks better NOW, then the day I purchased it. I can t say enough good things about them. Quality work, great staff, amazing results. Seriously, if you need any sort of body work done to your vehicle, pick Premier! Don t even know where to begin. I had a run in with a deer with my 2016 Honda touring sedan. I am the original owner and kept my car in immaculate condition.I had many choices of shops where I could have taken my car. After some research and careful consideration I chose Premier collision center. Needless to say they lived up to their reputation. My car came back like it just came off the showroom floor. Thanks to Louie the owner who treated me like a gentleman as did Joe and Toni his office staff. Kudos to you, your staff and your repair crew. Thank you and Happy holidays.Service: Painting

I am the owner of G&A Automotive in Nanuet and I was introduced to Louie (the owner of Premier) back in 1996. That was when I began sending all my customers, who asked me where they should go? They have repaired my personal cars, my employees and just recently my sons car as well. For over 25 years I've never heard any complaints from anyone of my customers that went there and I can testify on their quality of work because I will always get to see these customer's cars when they return to me for service. I love the office staff as well, Toni and Joe are very nice and friendly and make life easy. Excellent experience! I take my car to the dealer for all service 20 miles away. Premier was recommended by my insurance. I decided to at least consider them for the estimate given the convenience. They were thorough and courteous. The team went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Any concerns after the repair were promptly addressed. Thank!

Premier collision provides Top of the line quality work. Have taken several of my vehicles and family vehicles to Premier over the years and they always come back better than new. Total professionals from the front office to the finished product. can't say enough about premier collision. I brought my 2022 Chevy to Premier Collision with extensive damage. Louis and his team could not have been more professional and meticulous in their repairs.Parts are currently on back order and and can be difficult to find in times like these, due to factory production issues. Louis, Toni, and Duke went above and beyond by calling countless suppliers and traveling to get new parts. The team dealt directly with the insurance company and kindly returned my car to me much sooner than I expected.I highly recommend Premier Collision in Nanuet to anyone in the NY/NJ/CT area!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

I just picked up my car from Premier and once again I cannot believe how satisfied I am with the results. Not only was the quality of the job impeccable, however, the extra attention to details was amazing. The interior and exterior were cleaner than I ever had it. My parking sticker had to be replaced and it was transparently affixed. Along with a courteous and professional staff. I have to give two thumbs up. I would give three if I had an extra thumb.

I brought my 2020 audi S5 for this place for repair, and I had a great experience. The staff is very professional and kept me up to date on what was going on. Recently I had been in a car accident and had no idea where to go for what was called moderate to severe damage on the entire driver's side of my Audi. Over and over I heard Premiere Collision in Nanuet is the place to go. I just got my car back and without any doubt, I highly recommend Premier Collision Center! Louis, Joe, and Tony were professional, caring and kept me up do date on their progress. I truly think it runs better now than when I purchased it! They are meticulous and their work is impeccable! If you look for a professional team who put service as their top priority to make you satisfied and happy, then stop looking. If you read this review, that means you found it! I have a leased car that was badly damaged, Premier Collision got it fixed in a very professional and timely manner. I have never had experienced such a great service like I got here. I definitely recommend, and in case I ll need it (hope not :) ) I ll use the same place again.Thank you, PCC team!

I own an insurance agency in Nanuet. I have been associated with Premier for almost 20 years. I believe I only had to handle one issue in that whole time. About 12 years ago. While I felt Premier was not responsible, Premier made an extraordinary good will gesture. I try to refer all my clients to Premier. I just received another e-mail from another satisfied customer. Delighted. One of many I have for the folder.

I visited this shop, and either a staff or the owner was standing outside talking to a customer. After he finished speaking to the preceding customer, he asked me what I needed help with. I told him I needed an estimate for a small but significant damage to my vehicle. He replied, "the office is closed and walk away." He didn't even have the audacity to direct me to when I could return for an estimate. He didn't seem at all willing to provide any service to me. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place. My money is as good as anyone elses.

Very friendly and professional. I was provided with an accurate completion time and the work was top notch. They also arranged my rental car as well which made everything that much easier. My door and fender looked brand new.

Amazing, high quality work to fix our brand new Acura MDX after a fender bender. Joe and the entire staff were a pleasure to work with and we had our car back to us in a very quick amount of time. Highly recommend and would use again in the future (although I hope we don t have any other incidents!). . Thanks to the entire Premier team!

Great friendly staff. Outstanding bodywork, my SUV was fixed in a jiffy they took care of everything, all I had to do was drop it off and in a few days pick it up it was that easy.

My daughter had an accident in Rockland County, NY (where I grew up) and I called my friend who then called his mechanic who said that this was the only place to go - and he was right! We were in a major time crunch, and they were able to get everything done early and exactly right. They were unbelievably helpful and understanding and precise - you can add any superlative here that you want to. If I could add a 6th star I would!
