Got me in the same day. Needed my car back by a certain time and they got it done. Kept price in mind while making sure the car was perfect. Herman was wonderful and even checked it out the next day when I was concerned with a noise. Will always go to them now.

If I could give the store ZERO stars I would! My daughter went here for a simple oil change and the mechanic didn t tighten the oil cap properly. She unknowingly drove around for 11 days leaking oil until the car overheated and started smoking. The oil plug came completely out and ultimately damaged the engine! Now they are refusing to take responsibility! They are referring me back to the manufacturer to replace the engine.

I came in to get my care inspected and as it turns out I needed new front pads/breaks. The managers were very informative and tried their best to keep the cost down. I 100% trusted them, which I cannot always say has been the case when dealing with automotive shops. Thank you Midas Nanuet Team.

i had an appointment at 7:45 am I arrived at 7:40 am. My car was not pulled in until almost 9:10 am. there were two people that came in after me with 8:00 am appointments and they were done before my car was even broiught into the bay. I was told its normal and that getting an oil change was like going to the dentist. you have to wait to be seen. My time is valuable and I feel very disrespected having to wait almost 2.5 hours for a simple oil change when I had a set appointment, Do not offer appointments if you are not going to honor the times

Excellent, speedy customer service. I've been here several times and everyone was so nice and helpful. They took care of my care quickly and prices are very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable service.

The usually scam car shop.Went in for an oil change and inspection.Aside from the fact that the shop was empty but it still took 20 min to get my car into the garage, that's the least of it.Finally, they come back and say let me show you what's up. They show me the tail light (which works perfectly) has a cracked cover, they say that's a fail on the inspection. So I was like ok so then don't o the inspection and I'll get it fixed.They said they already started the inspection... Well that's dumb. Don't start an inspection if you see right away that things need to be fixed 1st.Also I has that Crack for 6 years and no other shop failed me because of that.Then they gave me a list of work to do on the car. Thousands of dollars worth.That's when yoy know it's a joke. Just a money grab.Go somewhere honest.!One last thing, the guy repeatedly told me that my car was not safe to drive. Encouraging me not even to drive it home before repairing.(I've been driving with these "issues" for a long time.)

PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS!I had just come from Citgo on Middletown road where the VERY rude mechanic/desk man turned me away without one kind word or gesture at helping to get my car inspected. Wanted me to sit and wait 1.5 hours. Would not let me come back.I completely forgot about the Midas shop across from Staples on 59! They welcomed me with yes of course we ll inspect your vehicle.. Followed with a of course you can drop it off THEN.. a text video AND phone call to let me know it was done (in under the 1.5 hour window I would ve been still sitting and waiting to be seen at Citgo)..Followed with a . Did you have a good experience ? I plan on returning to this place of business for all my car needs!Thank you!

Great customer service! I stopped by on Friday to get my truck inspected after a few other places who could not either do the NYS inspection at all or hours later despite it being a brand new 2023 truck but Midas took me in right away and said they will get me out right away and they did just that.

I appreciate the ENTIRE staff taking 10 min this morning to work together (for the second time this week) to get my headlights replaced and aligned correctly. Happy to call them "my guys" for my car needs!!Thank you

I have a 2007 Ford Explorer going on 17 years and because of Midas (my local store) I feel that my car is being handled by professionals. Don Moore and Herman Dawkins who Manages this facility in Nanuet NY is doing a fantastic job. Where can you go today and in my case wait for your car and feel a sense of security that you are not being ripped off? Sure in the early years of this car I ran each time back to my local Ford dealer but as the car started aging I needed to find someone who wouldn t try and cheat me. Thank You Don Moore and I hope we have many more years together.

I recently had a bunch of work done by these guys. The work was good. However, they are not very accurate with timing. Because the job took them considerably longer to complete, I ended up being very late for work. I told them in advance that I needed to leave no later than 325pm, and they assured me they would be done by then. Because of that lateness, I ended up losing a class that day, I'm a fitness coach, resulting in a loss of income. Likewise, I ended up losing that shift going forward because of the lateness. So basically, don't believe the time frame they give. It may cost you your job like I did. They gad the car since the night before, idk what took them so long to start working on my car or why they didn't check what I asked them to until later in the day.3* because the service was terrible, the work done is the only reason they didn't get a 0

I came back to Mida last Friday to get a new battery. I requested a same-day online appointment. I got a call very quickly to come in right away which I did. My battery had to be ordered from another location and came pretty quickly. Great service. Car is working great.

The manager got me in at around 4:45 pm (they close at 6pm). I was happy to get an oil change and some new tires in about an hour.

I waited for my car for several hours in Midas and it was unattended to for long stretches of time. It took about 2 hours longer than the service manager told me it would be because they brought the wrong parts from the warehouse. When I inquired about why it was taking so long he raised his voice at me. The interaction was unprofessional and concerning (I ended up having to go outside while he lost his temper). Disappointing service and not a safe place to wait for a car. It was also incredibly expensive.

I don't recommend this place at all is overpriced, and they do not finish the job at the time they promised. Also, they charged me two times, and now I have to dispute this with my bank.Very disappointedIf you come to this place, before you do any job, check the prices twice, or you will end paying so much more when they finish the job for you.I will recommend you to check other places before you go here .

I was in a terrible position, an hour from home, completely destroyed tire and only a donut. Franco was kind and helpful and I left safely with a new tire on a Saturday afternoon.

I had my transmission flushed, spark plugs replaced, and rear brakes replaced. All services were done outstanding. The pricing was fair. My 175,000 SUV is still trucking along. Staff was professional and did a detailed review of future services needed and pricing. Such a nice customer service experience. The wait really is quick and detailed. Anything with a car is expensive and they tell you everything you need but don't force anything. Francesco (I think is the name)has the most calming voice that helped me not be too overwhelmed with what I needed to do.
