I'm an ex GM tech, GM service writer and GM service manager. I have moved on to own a couple of successful businesses of my own now. I have always understood that customer service is key to any successful business. I took the Dale Carnegie customer service course and went on to eventually teach it for several sessions. That being said: my Cadillac gave me an issue last Sunday 11/29. The check engine light came on along with all the other service warnings and then would not start. It eventually started and the lights went off, but the check engine light was on so I dropped it at service utilizing the after hours drop box. I heard from a service writer named Jason the next morning Monday 11/30 and I explained the issue to him in more detail than was able to be left on the drop envelope, so that the tech assigned would have a more clear picture of the customer complaint and not waste his valuable hours chasing his tale. Jason told me they would get the car in that day or the next and that he would call me. The whole week went by and I heard nothing from him. Monday 11/7 I called and got bounced around the dealership phone system and had to hang up due my being very busy that day as well. Tuesday 11/8 I called twice, trying to get to Jason in service with no luck. I left a message with someone is sales. Wed morning 11/9 I tried to reach Jason again and got bounced into sales, where I spoke to Charlie. At this point I asked who the service manger was and was told it was Bill. I explained that I had a complaint with service and wanted to speak to him. Charlie asked who my service writer was and I told him it was Jason but again said I wanted to speak to the Service Manager Bill and was told he would leave them a message. This morning, I drove over there on my way up to work and went into service to find out what was going on and why I had not been spoken to in almost two weeks. I walked in and spoke to a polite gentleman in service who asked me why I was there and if he could help me. (I didn't get his name). I told him I was there to find out what the hell was going on with my car and he asked who my service writer was. I told him Jason and he walked me over to his service desk. I waited in front of Jason's patiently as he talked on the phone. He knew why I was there because he watched and overheard me with the previous gentleman, yet didn't even acknowledge my presence while I waited with so much as even a hand wave or a finger, saying ill be right with you. When he finally did, he asked my last name. I then asked him what's going on with my car and why haven't i heard from you in almost two weeks? He lied and told me he called twice and left a message. I NEVER received a single call from him or any other person in that dealership. I hate being lied to. My phone is with me 24/7 because of my businesses and gets answered every time. When I explained that to him he got combative and tried to dodge the subject. He then told me they couldn't find any problem. I said they couldn't find any reason why the check engine light is on? NO CODES? He said no. I was livid. I told him to wrap it up and I'd pick it up later and left. He then called and stated that I left so fast that I didn't give him a chance to tell me what he "thinks" it might be. I asked him again about the check engine light and no codes. He said he thought it might be the alternator. I was now combative because of everything leading up to this call: lack of service, customer service, respect and his whole demeanor behind the desk as if he was better than me or I didn't matter. Not to mention the lying and the fact that he was unable to tell me anything about my car. He then told me he doubted anything I told him about my GM experience because I would have fixed it myself and that he would not service my car. BTW I checked my logs again, no calls. I will be writing GM corporate because I know I wont get the survey. This guy should not be anywhere near a customer, and if he worked for me, he would have been fired immediately for treating one of my customers this way.

Horrible experience at the parts department. I needed a set of heater core hoses for my Cadillac, was told they had the part in stock but they would not give me the part number to verify if it is the correct piece before i ordered. I asked to contact the manager and they told me to screw myself. DONT BUY PARTS FROM HERE

I had the best car buying experience at Grand Prize Cadillac. Ryan Durocher was my sales consultant and he is 5 star. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Joe Sinatra is the Sales Manager and he is also 5 star. He was not pushy and answered all our questions and listened to our needs. After having visited about 10 car dealerships prior to our purchase, this dealership stood out to be the best.

I normally am stressed out while buying a new car. Even if I think I got a great deal I feel like I got fleeced. Grand Prize is the exception. I have zero buyers remorse. I Love my car and I will continue to do business with them in the future. This is the 4th purchase we made and we couldn t be happier. Our salesman Rob is one of the best, he couldn t have made our experience any more seamless.

I brought my Cadillac XTS-V into service for a whirring noise coming from the rear. Jennifer in service was very helpful and kept me well informed after the car was dropped off. Diagnosis was a faulty wheel bearing, which was quickly replaced. Had my car back the very next day. Thank you again.

Every aspect of my new Cadillac purchase was first class. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and matched my needs and wants to the perfect vehicle. The price negotiation process was fair and comfortable and the manager came over and was personally involved to make sure I was happy with the process. Once the decision was made to purchase, the car was made available to me quickly with all the paperwork, insurance and financing done quickly and accurately. All in all, this is a first rate dealership where I have purchased many cars over the years and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle

No bs on price they were very upfront about it. Called last night gave a deposit and picked it up at noon, signed some papers and was home within an hour. Drove past 3 other cadillac dealers who were playing with me on prices charging 25-30k over msrp for an Escalade. Charlie especially treated me exceptionally from my first online inquiry, was up front about pricing, he let me test the waters and still honored the price when i came back. This was my first Escalade and ill be coming here again for the next

Do not do business with this dealership. They allowed a senior citizen with documented dementia and early-onset Alzheimer's to not only walk into the dealership and purchase a vehicle, but they successfully upsold him on numerous warranties and service packages. When confronted with documentation of the diagnosis being made prior to the sale, their response was simply "well, he seemed to be of sound mind to us..." The situation is now in the hands of lawyers and the vehicle remains untouched in a garage. If you care about the quality of the corporation with which you do business, NEVER do business at Grand Prize. They give used car dealerships a bad name.**FOLLOW UP** I called the woman highlighted in the response to this post in an attempt to clear up this issue with the vehicle. She mentioned that she did not write the response to the Google review, was unaware of who had, and that she was not the right person to deal with this issue. While she did indicate that she would have the right person to address this issue call me, I never received a follow up call. As such, my original review stands with renewed vigor.

I purchased a pre-owned 2016 ESV and had it delivered down to D.C. area. Chris in sales was fantastic, no games, no surprises, he made the long distance purchase process a breeze. Would buy here again.

Grand Prize Cadillac failed to meet my needs as a Cadillac leasee and customer of the service department. I called and left a message for the manager, Bill Faragan, to discuss my dissatisfaction with my experience with the service department about the lack of loaner vehicles available after I had an engine problem that was under warranty. I had to rent a vehicle when it took the department three different visits to fix my vehicle. No one in the service department attempted to direct or assist me to rent a vehicle and I had to carry the expense myself. After contacting GM headquarters, I was informed that as part of my service and lease agreement, I should have been provided a loaner vehicle. I will be returning this lease and will not return to this dealer for service or to lease/purchase any other Cadillac or GM product.I hope this service manager is responsive and treats other customers better than he has treated me.La Shawn Jemison2019 XT4 Leasee

Wonderful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. These people are the best. My Cadillac needed to be serviced but everything was going to take 2-3 days to complete and they gave me a brand new car as a loaner. All the times I ve been there, I ve always felt like they had my best interest in mind and never wanted to upsell me or overcharge me

Walked in at 12:30 on a Saturday. No one was at the front desk. Waited around for 20minutes and no one approached me at all. I finally went over to a salesperson and asked if there was anyone to help me and he rudely replied "Im with a customer right now." I should have walked out right away but I've been trying to wrap up my car purchase and the xt4 was a real contender. I pressed further asking if there was anyone else available to which he replied that he would go find someone. Another 10 minutes later he returned with Linda Cicero who took me to her desk, where she was eating (okay, I guess), and proceeded to make 4(!) Phonecalls prior to starting the discussion on what I was looking for. After hearing my choice and budget, she simply said "no." Honestly at this point I was fed up with this whole experience and decided against Cadillac. Ended up with a better car in the long run but wow... Will not be returning ever again.

I went in to get some numbers and the salesman said to look it up on the internet. Unless I was ready to buy a car that minute he was not interested in telling me any numbers or any information on a car I liked on the lot! Rude salesman treated me like I didn t know anything, would not let me test drive. I was very disappointed in this dealership and would never go back.

I will never go back even if they are giving cars for free. What a scam? Stay away. False advertising to get you in and then may the Lord help you.
