I recently experienced exceptional service at the Costco Tire Center and felt compelled to share my positive experience. Despite arriving just ten minutes before closing time with a flat tire due to a nail, the SEM & TADDEO went above and beyond to assist me.Thanks to their prompt assistance, I was back on the road safely in no time. I cannot speak highly enough of the Costco Tire Center team's dedication to customer satisfaction. They exemplify the values of excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Terrible experience with trying to schedule an appointment at this location to install my tires. I purchased a full set of tires from Costco online and attempted to call their tire center multiple times with no answer. I decided to scheduled an appointment online but when I showed up for my appointment, I was told they did not have a worker available to install my tires that day and I would have to reschedule. What's the point of having an online system which shows service availability if the employees/location is not going to abide by them.

Had a 1:15 appointment for new tire installation purchased and delivered from Costco online to location. Staff took an extremely long time location item, no one at shop to hinder the process then they decided to take two other customers with any regards to me being on time. Had to call management to intervene as it was already two hours later and still waiting. After hearing staff bicker with management they easily finished the job in 30 minutes.

First off Alex was awesome, helpful and communicative in my follow up when I returned to get my lug nuts tightened after installing new tires two days before. (Answered all my questions, found the issues with my squeaky hub caps and gave me a couple new valve caps/stem covers as the other ones weren t adhering to the threads.)Make sure to leave like 3-4 hours in your day to get new tires put on when you come for your appointment. (2 is not enough, I learned the hard way.) I also learned that if you give them a heads up on a tight timeframe they ll try to keep that in mind.Shout out to the hardworking mechanics who saved me money on new sensors when the stupid valve extenders someone else had put on my tires were stuck on two of them. They had a heck of a time getting them off but we re able to make it happen and I had no unexpected extra charges (something i especially appreciate around the holidays). Also, a note for anyone who is confused (as I saw a couple people come in who clearly were when I was in the waiting are for hours.) The date in which your tires arrive is SEPARATE from your APPOINTMENT to get them installed. THEY ARE NOT ONE AND THE SAME FOLKS, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS Y ALL.God bless the guys at the front for dealing with that kind of nonsense every day.All in all, I get the sense that this whole department could use more help and organization as everyone seems to be working their butts off and there s just always so much work piling up. (Could also be the holiday season or the fact that this is the only Costco for many miles around) However this is usually a lack of upper management supplying a department with what they need.

They always do an excellent job and have wonderful customer service! I drive over an hour to get my tires rotated here and have NEVER been disappointed.

This Costco Tire Center is terrible and Costco corporate should be ashamed of this department. Not representative of the usual Costco quality and service members have come to love. Please Costco do something about this particular tire center. The service is horrendous having an appointment and then waiting 1.5hrs for a tire rotation is unacceptable.

Wish I did more research. Since I had so much time to wait, I did and saw that this is apparently the norm here. I took the costco name and trusted it. Costco tires is NOT costco quality. If I was told when I got there what would happen, I would have walked out, went to mavis, and likely still have finished quicker as a walk-in. Appointments seem to be useless. I'm pretty sure they didn't start working on my car until 1hr 17 min after I got there. I made the mistake(save yourself) of buying my tires here. It took them a little over 2 hours to install them(3), but I have to come back because one of the tires was mislabeled. So now I'm 2 hrs in and will have to take time out of my week to come back for the 4th tire . They were only $50 cheaper than mavis. Not worth the savings at all. And with the way the shop is run, I will likely not take advantage of any of the perks like balancing/rotation. The manager Quincy is kind and applogized but doesn't seem to understand just how slow and inconvenient their service is compared to other tire services. Wasting hours of people's time and making them have to come back is not a small inconvenience and a major failing on their part. I hope others don't simply trust the costco name and save themselves the frustration

I ordered winter tires + rims in August and took the appointment to get them installed in October 2 months later. They had ENTIRE 2 months to get the tire order right and still messed it up.3 tires were manufactured in 2022 and the remaining 1 tire in 2020 which is past the sell-by date for winter tires. To their credit, they ordered a replacement tire and installed it again but that took another half of my workday and loss of pay. Then again, they installed the wrong tire pressure monitoring sensors and now I have to wait another week or 2 and set up an appointment to reinstall the tires all over again (loss of pay for the 3rd time). I have to bear the irritation of the service tire system error notification for 2 weeks.I am not sure if all this is worth the hassle of having saved $100-$150. If such an amount is insignificant for you, avoid this place.

Front desk experience was good but the mechanic just want to cut corner. Simple flat tire repair and want to swap the whole tire. Costco want to spend $240 on brand new tire for a $15 work. Complete rip off

Very good prices on tires especially when they run $150 off 4 tires which is most of the time. The service center is fine except the employees are overworked and super busy. Costco needs to have 2 people at the service desk all the time. There is never not a line there and same person servicing the line has to answer the phone, talk to technicians in the back, etc. etc. If you have lots of patience, and plenty of time to wait for your car, it's worth buying your tires there. Not to mention free lifetime rotation, flat fixes, etc. Good luck.

What a mess this operation is. Ordered my tires, followed the Fedex tracking number and confirmed that they were delivered on a Monday. Made the next available appointment to have them installed on Sunday. Showed up for the appointment and my tires were nowhere to be found. Waited an hour or so while employees searched around for them and concluded they were gone. They said it was likely that my tires were accidentally given to another customer. Of course they didn't have any more in stock so I'd have to order them again and wait 5 days for them to arrive. I'd already been dealing with a car with a flat tire for nearly 2 weeks, so this was a huge inconvenience. Spoke to the manager who offered to discount me $32 for the mishap. I think that's a laughable solution considering it was a nearly $900 order.Decided to refund the order instead and seek tires elsewhere. At the customer service counter, the employee had to run over to the tire shop to confirm the situation (since nobody was answering the phone). Suddenly, someone from the tire center came running into the warehouse claiming they found my tires on the loading dock. At this point it was almost 2 hrs that they had been looking for them. If I didn't have a flat tire, I probably would've gone forward with the refund. This entire situation left me with no confidence in Costco Tire Center and I dread having to deal with them for the 80,000 mile length of my tire warranty.

Definitely not coming back. The tires I had purchased didn t arrive the time that I have my appointment. The service rep tried to make it works offering different tires and suggesting to pay a little bit more for better quality. Then he couldn t complete the transaction because I didn t bring the same credit card that I used online to pay it for. I went home and came back to notice (he didn t know cause I got an email) that my tires just arrived. I spent 45 mins of my time & gas to go back and forth to my house. Not happy with the miscommunication and the bad service.

I ended up having to go to the tire center 3 times before actually getting my tires installed which was a huge waste of my time and money (gas is not cheap). My third time around the gentleman who helped me was clear and attentive to my needs which was truly a breathe of relief after my first two times. I m sad I didn t get the guys name.

Very very bad service. The person who helped me to purchase 2 batteries was watching a video on his iPhone in the same time!!! He asked me to pick the batteries from the shelf while still watching his video. While picking the batteries one of them leaked acid on my hand. He didn t do nothing to help me. Later When I returned the 2 cores there was only one person to help the many customers that were on line. It took me a long time when my turn came for the help. I have to wait additional 15 min to get the core refund from the manager.I will not give not even one single star for that kind of service.

This customer service was probably the worst I ve ever experienced. I rarely write reviews but this was horrible lol. Quincy catches an attitude, and also the employees take way too long to do their job. I waited over 4 hours to get my tires done! They did each tire and then took about a 30 minute break, then did the next. Overall, this deserves a 1 star and I will not be back here other than to get my tire rotations because I paid for it. Hopefully staff gets a pep talk!

I messed up a tire that we had bought at Costco. Due to Jonathan and the staff, we were out in about an hour for minimal cost (road hazard warranty.). All pleasant and helpful I'm happy to report!

Great service however they have a ridiculous policy that when installing 2 new tires they would only install that on the rear even though the rear tires are in perfect condition and I need good tires for a good grip in the front, I just had to go install my tires elsewhere causing me unnecessary inconvenience

The customer services was horrible and that is an understatement. They were not pleasant people to deal with and I highly recommend going elsewhere. Because they will be rude and make you feel that you're a hassle. I understand, that they're busy but that is like everyone's job. DO NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE A NUISANCE.

got new tires, first time on the highway the steering wheel started to shake violently. My mechanic said it was because the new tires were not properly balanced. When I came back to try to have it addressed I was dismissed. This business does not stand behind their work. DON'T USE THEM

Juan Black who was running the tire center went above and beyond in customer service. He was very patient in answering my list of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The prices, the service and little wait time can't be beat. I'll definitely go back for the great service. Thank you Juan!!!

Always a long wait (3+ hrs) appt or not. Unorganized. Writing a review while I wait. Rang me up at 10:30am... 1:30 and car hasn't gone in yet. Plan a whole day just to swap tires!

Worst place to fix tires, it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to install 2 tires! But I get it they re just trying to make hours. However they make me waste almost 3 hours of my time.
