I have used Coatti s a dozen times.Maria runs the front desk and is a gem.Peter is the owner/head mechanic who oversees everything. They had their mechanic who worked on my car call me twice to update me on my repair. The entire team rose to the occasion and went above n beyond excellent customer service to get my car on the road ASAP. They diagnose and work with you,charge a fair price and you leave feeling good your vehicle was repaired properly. I bought my first car,used,when I was 15 years old.Im now 60 years old. Beyond impressed by the service I received. I needed some guidance on my vehicle maintenance. Maria and Jose were so kind in answering all my questions and took the time to address my concerns. I also had a brake light out and they changed it within minutes and I was on my way! Saved me what probably would've been hundreds at my local dealer. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Coatti's took good care of car. They were thorough in their review and determination of what the issue's were, the cost was reasonable, and they were quick to complete the job and get my car back to me. I highly recommend them.

My favorite mechanic shop in this region. They always do a perfect job and at a fair price. I even noticed a few other minor issues with my van disappeared that i hadn't mentioned. These guys really take care of their customers. Also great customer service, better than most mechanic shops, timely and caring.

Had a nail in my tire called them on a Friday when they were about to close.I had explained I was just down the block so Maria was wonderful on the phone and it was fixed nice and fast when I arrived. Maria is awesome!!!

Pete and his crew are good honest people. They went out of their way to provide top notch service. My car needed a part that was hard to find and they went above and beyond to find it and even had it shipped over night to get the car back to me in a timely manner. Even though it wasn't a big job, they treated me like a vip and won me over as a lifetime customer. Will be recommending everyone i know here. Thanks guys!

I work across the street from them and realized I had a nail stuck in my tire so I came to Coatti s. As I pulled in front of the shop. Their younger associate asked me to move ny car so another driver behind me can pull inside the garage. An old lady started yelling from inside the garage, thinking that younger guy was letting me go inside the garage. She started berating and verbally abusing the younger worker there, which was very sad and cringy sight to see. So I told her that he didn t tell me to go inside the garage at all. And I told her that I was moving the car away from the front of the garage if she can be a bit patient.What really sealed the deal for me was when she replied back and I quote: We got enough problems already we don t want any more problems . I was blown away but the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the old lady!I understand that nobody is always the happiest all the time but her crankiness and nasty attitude and they way she was yelling at the younger worker there was beyond disgusting. No one should be treating other people like that, not even if you re the business owner. Treat your workers with respect and dignity.What also amazed me is her snarky remarks that we don t need anymore problems like seriously? You guys fix car issues as a profession and when someone comes to shop you tell them you have no capacity for any more problems .Needless to say, I drove right off their shop with the nail still in my tire because her crass and unruly behavior ruined my morning way much more than the nail in my tire.I have no power to help her fix her poor behavior and this review will most likely not get read by her at all. But I definitely told my coworkers and will keep warning people to avoid this shop like a plague and stay away from cranky old lady s unwarranted wrath at coatti s

I just went into their shop yesterday to have my steering wheel replaced with a new one that I purchased. It was a great experience from start to finish and everyone there is extremely professional and always willing to help. Maria (receptionist) was great and a pleasure to speak to. Jose personally worked on my car, and he called me a few times for some issues that might arise when changing the steering wheel, at first he believed that the airbag sensor might not be reattached to the new steering wheel, but he was able to figure it out. Just the thought of him calling to make sure that I knew of any possible arising issues before he completed the job was reassuring. Most people just take the money and do the job and not worry about letting you know of what can happen. The price was very reasonable and I m excited to finally have my steering wheel attached. If I could rate this with more stars I would, a definite recommend.

I've been coming here for several years, and have referred multiple friends, colleagues, and family members to the shop since. Everybody that has dealt with Coatti's has had an excellent experience. The people at Coatti's are always very friendly and helpful when I'm in a pinch. There is nobody that I trust more with my cars.

The best honest mechanics that go the extra mile for you! Besides repairs, they are a place to get tires too! Came within $20 of the price I would have paid at Costco or BJ's and I didn't have to wait weeks for the tires to come in like at the clubs. In a day or two flat brand new tires and back on the road. A great small, local business that goes back to the 1940's!

I've been to several mechanics in the area. THIS ONE, for me, has been the best. Fairly quick, nice people, and pricing is not too bad. Maria at the counter gets just on her own.

I have always done my own car work and I generally do not trust service stations. Coatti's came highly reccomennded by some one I trust. They have done great work, only done needed work, and given suggestions on work that needed to be done that was all legit. Prices and time for labor are all fair.

I heard of Coatti s from a great customer of mine from work and although my car is waranteed by my car dealer, my family has cars not covered by warantee and i have taken all of their cars for service and repairs and my car for tires or any thing warantees dont cover. They are 100% the nicest people and they are very reasonably priced and do great work! I would recommend coming here for any sort of repairs or service I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

Great service. Guy knows his stuff and will fix your car fast and good. He charges for his service but does not overcharge. The mechanic is honest which is rare in the industry.

I went here for a simple wheel alignment and they completely destroyed my car and blamed it on rust instead of offering to fix the problem it would ve been a $500 bill and they still charged for the wheel alignment($118) without offering a refund (they didn t even test drive vehicle (until I brought it back)at which any mechanic would ve noticed immediately was extremely unsafe after what they did
