Bought a 2010 Chevy Impala from Pellicanes in March of 2023. Car and everything ran beautifully. I fell in love with it and my wife and I bought it because we needed a second vehicle. We could only get it if we got a warranty on the vehicle (this was the finance company's doing, not Pellicanes). 6 months later, the motor went. Had to go through the BBB to finally get the engine repaired and get the vehicle back on the road.March of 2024, my car needed repairs to pass inspection. Pellicane Motors fixed the vehicle, but yet my warranty company were being very difficult to deal with once again.The point I am trying to make is, Pellicane Motors were so understanding, so caring, and sorry about the experiences I had with the warranty company because I had to get the warranty on the vehicle to get financing. Nothing they did on their end. Because the warranty company wouldn't fix the latest repairs, Ron was so understanding and cut us a deal on the repairs when he didn't have to. Which to this day I am grateful and appreciative for because we needed our vehicle bad.Pellicane Motors are amazing people to deal with, they repaired my vehicle in good time, and as I said, they could of charged me full rate for the repair but because they had to give me the warranty on the car (once again, not of their doing), they gave us a good rate for the repair because of the hassles the Warranty company gave us.I would recommend them six ways to Sunday. They are amazing!!!Thanks Ron, Jon, and Pellicane Motors!

Went to look at a truck with my dad. They LIED about the milage, listing said it had 145k, I could clearly see on the Carfax it had 152k miles. Also the odometer conveniently didn't work. They LIED about the engine running perfect. It shook, squeaked and tapped. The transfer case on the transmission was absolutely drenched in oil, and had obviously been leaking. The glove box was full of refrigeraterant, Also had a rotted out muffler and exhaust manifold, they tried to sell me a new muffler on top of the asking price. Was far from perfect and a "survivor" as described. Don't waste your time.

My wife and I were passing through town with a horrible exhaust leak. We pulled in and within a few minutes the super friendly staff took a look at our car and a short while later we were back on the road. A HUGE thank you to the crew at Pellicane Motors for treating a pair of Canadian travellers so well and for doing a quality job at an extremely fair price!

I just bought a 2004 Buick Regal LS. They made sure the entire process was painless for me. The vehicle itself is in excellent condition and they gave me a discount on the price when I didn t even ask them to! They came highly recommended, even my bank had recommended them to me.

We had an emergency fix, coming off the highway from out of town, not knowing any shops in the area. When we pulled into Pellicane, we were greeted by 3 people all eager and willing to help us. To say they all went above and beyond would be an understatement. We are greatly appreciated for everything they did to help us out.

We were camping at Letchworth. Had car problems. They took care of us right away without an appointment. Would highly recommend. Don't know what we would have done if problem wasn't fixed. No way we could have pulled our trailer. Thanks again for the awesome service.

Cooling fan would not shut off with out having too disconnect the positive battery post they fixed the problem and did it under 80.00$

Had some body work done on my truck and when it was done wow!. Jon and Ron did an awesome job and the service was great. If you need some body work done, stop in and have these guys do the job.

I am fully disabled and new to the area. I was told to wait 6 days for a reply for a quote and then was told that there's nothing they could do to help me. Do not waste your time this garage is trash. I thought the owners were very nice, kind, and professional. Ron is an experienced mechanic and his customer service is second to none. Had a slow leak in a tire while driving through town. First place we stopped at was no help except to send us to Pellicane. Ron took care of us and we were on our way. Make Pellicane your first and only stop.

Bought my first 1966 Mustang from them in 2013. It was a fantastic car and they gave me a great deal. Lost that car in a divorce but I'll never forget it.

Shook hands on a deal with this guy, come back less than 2 weeks later with the money (cause only broke "dealers" sell cars but don't have banks,) Ron doesn't want to honor the deal he shook hands on. Good luck at the auction buddy, you'll lose. Nothing but a con artist.

This place was awesome nice people helped us so much !! Our car broke down up in my Morris we are 6 hrs away from home , we pulled in and they helped and fixed our van with 45 mins wish there were places like this on Staten Island ny !!! Ty again

Broke down at Mt Morris and was a stressed-out mess; thankfully these guys got me right in and helped me figure out the problem with no BS! Only fixed what needed fixing, no rip-offs, really nice folks.
