The alternator in my Jeep died while driving to ROC airport early morning. Called them about 6:00am, he was returning from another tow and got to me by 8:30. They came with a flatbed and towed the Jeep to their garage, verified the alternator was bad, ordered a new one that was delivered in 45 min and installed it into the Jeep. I was back on the road by 12:00!! The price for all services was more than fair and an overall great experience at Jimmy's. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow and/or services.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had one of the best automotive experiences . I called before I went there and Ryan told me to come right down to the garage because what another mechanic told me don't sound right. Yeah so I get there and I see this man has like 3 different things going on at once I told him who I was he dropped what he was doing and came It's late outside.His diagnosis of my vehicle was spot on and I have had no issues with my car at all all. Ryan is not only an awesome guy, he most certainly is a master mechanic. I'm a truck driver by trade so I've met some mechanics. This man's diagnosed my vehicle before he even plugged the computer in... And yes, he was 100% correct. Made me feel at home, very welcoming and awesome awesome professionalism. If you aren't quite sure if this place is for you, give it a shot. Trust me, it's definitely worth it I'm sure glad I did!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great service. Ryan was on time and very friendly. Our car wouldn't start. He offered to jump start it before we towed it. He got it started. He made our day. Thank you. We put Jimmy's number in our phones in case we need them again. I recommend this company.

Our car broke down on the way home to NYC. I called Jimmy's autobody and was talking to Ryan. We had been told by another dealership they would take care of us only to find out 5 hours later they didn't have time to even look at the car. Ryan came and towed the car within 30 minutes. He had us back on the road within 24 hours ,which was incredible considering he had to source a new alternator in that time. He even came into work early to work on our car and to get us back on the road. A pure gentleman to deal with the entire time . Could not recommend them enough. My wife and I were stuck in a hotel for 2 days and it looked like we could be stuck 2 more after calling other shops and being told they were too busy. Could not recommend them enough!

Hands down best costumer service experience. They took my daughter's jeep right in and kept us updated on what they had to do. Amazing and ill definitely bring my vehicles there again. Excellent service, friendly staff and fast response time. My Harley Davidson broke down in Letchworth State Park and my insurance roadside assistance couldn't get anyone there for 2+ hours. Called up Jimmy's and they were there in less than half hour. Great and secure setup for motorcycle towing. Highly recommend.

Friendly service. I had some issues with my car wile on vacation (400 miles from home), these guys squeezed me in and fixed my car. They updated me on what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. We were heading to Letchworth state park when one of the tires of our camper came off. They got us right in and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. Very friendly and personable. Went back the next day because we got a flat tire in our truck, again fast friendly service. Highly recommend.

Ryan from Jimmy's rising was great. He was very prompt getting to me after he finish the call he was on. When he arrived at my mechanics, he described what happened and waited to put my car exactly where my mechanic needed it. I definitely recommend calling Jimmy's to everyone.

While driving home to Long Island, from Niagra Falls, our Honda broke down. We drove it to Jimmy's. What a pleasure! They fit us in immediately and had us back on the road within an hours time. We are so grateful. This could have been a nightmare, but Jimmy's saved our vacation. The price was more than reasonable. Thank you. Thank you.

My family's Subaru Outback was damaged by a deer accident and required extensive front end repairs several weeks ago which they did an amazing job on! Unfortunately, there were some radiator and coolant issues secondary to the accident and repair parts which also caused some engine issues. They were more than happy and accommodating in diagnosing a new problem and transporting it for us to an engine mechanic!I would highly recommend them for any towing and collision repairs you might need! They are extremely helpful and do a great job.

Jerry from Jimmys towing and autobody was very professional and friendly unlike the other autobody shops I have visited. They provide great fast service with excellent communication. Jerry was very honest and did repairs that were necessary and didnt overcharge. Jerry even picked up my car a few days early for free when I couldn t make it to the shop. I highly recommend them as they made my experience easy and fast.
