Had a wonderful experience with the staff here at Atlantic Auto Glass. Their work is impeccible, the staff is courteous and the job was done quick. I have dealt with them before ( okay I am accident prone, dont judge me! ) and dealt with George the owner, heard he had passed and I felt like I was going to cry because this guy was an amazing person, loved his wife and kids, and you could tell he really cared about people, his community, his family, and his work. George will be missed.

I had such a great experience with this company. From dealing with Katie on the phone, to dealing with both technicians on site. Clear communication and expectation setting, everything went according to the plan originally laid out. Job was done in 30 minutes & mobile calibrator for the cameras and sensors (instead of a dealer visit to recalibrate) was at my house within 3 hours of the windshield being done. Highly recommend this company!

When I called to schedule it was a very friendly experience. Technicians were scheduled to come this morning between 8am and 2pm. Arrived by noon. They were friendly and professional. Job was finished quickly and looks great!I was provided with instructions before they left (dont drive for an hour, no car wash for a week etc...). I would definitely recommend this company!

They are absolutely amazing!!! I had Pete and he had my windshield done in no time. He pointed out how the last glass place did it incorrectly and that s why I had a leak and a small crack at the bottom of my windshield. I m so happy with my experience very professional and polite thank you Atlantic auto and Pete!!!

Been waiting for over 4 months for a windshield. Called few times to get an update & I never got a call back. I finally came to the location just to see they seem to have gone out of business? Horrible horrible service I can see why they aren t in business anymore.

Ive used Atlantic Auto Glass for the past five years, and I have to say I'm very pleased with the major changes the Boss made to the company . He got rid of all the old technicians, and hired experienced professionals. The guys who worked on my car were very courteous, and most of all did a magnificent job on my brand new car.I highly recommend using Atlantic Auto glass.

Was told to be at my business by 12 noon today for them to come and make the repair. Called at 1:30 to inquire about ETA. Was put on hold for a very long time, the girl finally came to the phone, was laughing so hard at God knows what, told me they wouldn t be here until between 3-5pm. At around 3:30, the guy called to tell me he wasn t coming today. I ll be shocked if they come on the next scheduled day. Beyond unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this company and I d certainly not use them again. What a joke.Follow up - the guy finally showed up, replaced the glass, and when I looked, the new windshield is cracked.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Extraordinarily responsive to my needs. Noticed damage to window frame. Could do window replacement but cleaned up all of the glass.. Will be back to install window when possible. Kudos!

When the van arrived the door opened and a plume of smoke came out. Both technicians stunk of weed and were very unprofessional. I complained to this technician who was really skinny and had a beard and he told me to perform a sex act on my father. When I got back into my car I noticed that the dashboard was covered and some white powder substance.

Horrible experience. I just don't understand how a company can even exist with such terrible customer service, unprofessional, immature, still waiting for 2 weeks and they haven't finished the job, won't return phone calls now, will be making a complaint to BBB

Horrible service. They left a mess of broken glass on my dashboard broke the charm my daughter gave me that was hanging on the rearview mirror. And just overall grumpy employee.

I had an awful experience, very unprofessional workers. The repair actually damaged the vehicle even more. Avoid this firm, they do sloppy work.

They replaced windshield, cut camera lines in the process, caused additional vehicle damage - refused to cover cost of damages and refuses to return calls to me, the dealer, or the insurance company - STAY AWAY - Unethical Business Practices

It took 2 weeks just to get an appointment and when they did come they had the wrong windshield. I would not recommend them.
