Lee is the best person I ve spoken to in a very long time. A true real loving kind being with so much experience. He is just an amazing person. He has helped me gain my peace of mind back. And Lee is like Bruce he s a very rare gem in our world right now. A truly honest, good hearted person who tries to do the best for people and the community. He s an amazing being. And I loved our conversation about locks, cameras, etc. He will guide you through any issue and find the best solution. Trust me and go to Lee! I had such a great experience with Lee. His locksmithing work is excellent. He is professional and punctual and his prices are reasonable too! Beyond the great job he did replacing the locks on my new home, he treated me like an old friend or family member from the first time we spoke. He made me feel welcome in my new community and I feel so lucky to have a great locksmith and person nearby!

Called and asked about purchasing a fireproof safe. Although Lee did not sell any he spent a good half hour giving me solid advice. Wow is all I can say!Soft talking very knowledgeable God loving man, I really appreciate his very caring and professional manner. For any future needs I ll be calling Lee for sure, anyone I know of who needs a locksmith I will be referring him too.I highly recommend to give him a chance, I can just about guarantee he will do his very best for you.-Steve

I just Googled and found, then called Lee at "Reasonable Lock Smithing". I explained my Lock issue over the phone.Lee spent a Generous amt of time going over his resolutions to my lock issue.He was so Knowledgeable & Generous,& lovely, having never met me, & Most important, Resolved my lock issue over the phone. In this day and age when you call a new business listing off of a google search, without a referral, you never know what you are going to get. Fortunately, when I rang today, Lee picked up the phone. I was investigating changing out the mechanical lock on my safe for an electronic version. I am do-it yourself kind of person, so I had researched making this change for the last couple of years and due to time constraints, never got around to it. I decided to find a locksmith and that's when I called Lee. He was incredibly helpful and convinced me not to make the change. We had a technical conversation about lock mechanics and it all made sense. He was also a talented sales person, as we then discussed all of the locks and systems in my home, with great pleasure, as he's very knowledgeable. While I didn't wind up doing business with him, he will be my first call should I have a need for a locksmith. If you think you need a locksmith or just have questions about locks and locking mechanisms, Lee and Reasonable Locksmithing should be your first and last call.

My wife and I just moved into the area of Yorktown Heights. We called Reasonable Locksmithing. Leland picked up the phone and ever so politely walked me through all of my concerns. He explained the pros and cons of the different types of locks I was interested in purchasing. I had so many questions and he patiently answered each one. I was at Home Depot buying locks, when I ran into a problem. I called Reasonable Locksmithing and Leland picked up the phone and once again walked me through all of my questions while I was at Home Depot. On the installation date, Leland was early (very punctual). He immediately identified himself, presented me with his business card, and was very professional. I had made a list of questions in general to ask about security and locks, and he once again answered all of them. Leland even walked around my entire house and was so knowledgeable about so many other things. His kind and friendly demeanor put me at ease. Leland was quick and neat. He even showed me a defect in my main entrance door and walked me through the reasoning of why it was defected. I could clearly see that even though I had an expensive lock on the door, it was totally useless until he fixed it. I used a variety of methods to contact Reasonable Locksmithing. In both phone and email, Leland was very helpful and quick to get back to me. I am very pleased with how the work turned out and I was very happy with the caring and professionalism that Leland has for me and my family. When it comes to locks and security you need people who you can count on and trust. In dealing with Leland, I felt both, Thank you Leland for your dedication to your profession and also for keeping my family and home safe!

Lee was extremely helpful in helping me open a jammed file drawer over the phone and therefore did not have to make a house call or even charge me a fee! A very generous and knowledgeable professional. I will definitely use him again if I have a real emergency.

Outstanding locksmith - complete professional. I called for assistance with replacing an electronic lock that's very old. Instead of scheduling an appointment and coming to change it, Lee walked me through how to change the battery on it (and where to get the relevant manual). 15 minutes of talking me through it did the trick. I didn't need to replace it or schedule maintenance. Really nice guy, really honest guy -- highly recommended for locksmithing work. Lee was awesome he gave me great instructions to prepare for his visit, worked quickly and efficiently, and taught me all sorts of things about locks and deadbolts and home safety in general. Plus, he was extremely nice and affordable! Highly recommend.

Thank You Lee ! Wonderful company to work with. We had a broken lock. We called Reasonable and they came out the same day. Lee Replaced the broken lock with a new one. Two days later that lock turned out to be one that had a factory defect. I called Lee and he came out again that evening after we got home from work, and yes he was early AND was waiting for us!, and he replaced the defective lock with yet another new one! AND AT NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE SECOND SERVICE CALL. All this and he is professional, careful, helpful with security suggestions, clean, on time yes early! He treats his customers like family. One can't ask for better customer service. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Lee from Reasonable Locksmithing is wonderful! We just moved to the area and wanted to change our locks. We called him on a recommendation from our realtor and he clearly explained what he d need to do and, to save some money, we could buy the locks ourselves. He walked me through what we needed and then made a quick appointment. I learned a lot about locks from him AND about the neighborhood we just moved into!He s in our speed dial if we ever get locked out or need more work. We can t recommend him enough.

I have known Lee for over 40 years and he is one of the most trusted people and honest that I have ever encountered. Having been in the real estate business in New York for over 20 years I would never use anyone but Lee for any job that I might have large or small. He always gives a fair price and will always make suggestions that could make the price even cheaper or the job much more secure.

Great service from Leland! I moved into a new place and called Leland to Reasonable Locksmithing regarding new locks for all my doors. Leland quickly recomended a course of action and was at my home in less than 24 hours ready to replace the locks. He also made corrections that were needed as a result that was done on the doors prior to my occupying the property and ensured that all of our doors were secured! I would highly recommend him for all of your locksmithing needs.

I am extremely and highly impressed with the professional service and security consultation I received from Reasonable Locksmithing on 1-19-2018. As a business owner I find it is becoming extremely rare to find professionals of Lees character. I initially called to have my locks changed. Lee is a professional, knows what he is talking about and took the time to explain to the me the security options available for my specific situation. I actually felt as if I have made a new friend or even better reconnected with a cherished old friend. I have been in this area 2 years and as long as I am in the Peekskill, NY area, Reasonable Locksmithing will be the ONLY one I call when it comes to changing my locks or security concerns. Reasonable Locksmith has been our locksmith of choice for over 30 years. I didn't hire Leland - I didn't have to! He asked me about the issue I was having with my lock and walked me through how to fix it MYSELF over the phone! He EASILY could have taken the job and charged me $150. He was super patient and helpful (I'm not handy and didn't have the right tools). I'm so appreciative that he was willing to do that and save me the money. When I do really need a locksmith, he will be the only one I call.

I'm in NY for a few weeks from out-of-state and mistakenly took a key that my husband needs back home. I called Mr. Lee to see if he could make a copy of the key in need. He gave me all of the information I needed and led me in the right direction to which locksmith may have my key in stock. He was super kind, super thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. :)

Reasonable locksmithing is by far the best locksmith I have ever used. I have used them multiple times and each time I am more pleased with them. I recently locked myself out of my car and a tow company was sent in an attempt to open it. Not only were they unprofessional and unsuccessful but they cracked my window frame with the doorstop that they used as a wedge. I then turned to Lee who was there in a flash, was extremely professional and talked me through the whole process. He gained entrance to my vehicle right away. He is very knowledgeable, very respectful and has all the right tools to get the job done the right way. He was very cautious not to damage my vehicle and that showed me how much he cares about quality of his work. The price was right, the job was done correctly and his skill and professionalism made me feel comfortable and trusting. Thank you Lee and I will be using you for all of my locksmithing needs.
