I've been a client of Keats Agency for several years, initially for car insurance and later adding home insurance on a colleague's recommendation. I'm thoroughly pleased with their exceptional service. The team is consistently kind, patient, and goes above and beyond to explain every detail. They've created a welcoming environment, and I always feel supported when reaching out with questions. Highly recommended!

Ohhh YES!!! Keats Agency is definitely Winning!! The staff was always available and never gave up looking to assist us to SAVE $$!!! Unbelievably they did it!!! They are amazing. If it hadn t been for my son, Darius letting us know how they helped him out we would have never known. As a local older homeowner and resident of Sullivan County for over 40 years .. It was so rewarding to support local businesses . Thank you. And keep doing what you and your entire staff do so welll!! Don t change a thing . The Buckner family APPRECIATES YOU.

Just got car insurance at Keats insurance agency and we are beyond happy with their service. They got us great rates with rental too ! Eileen worked really hard and kept in touch with me all through the process - she is awesome ! Great agency highly recommended

We have been with Keats Agency for over 18 years and I can say that they have always been supportive with our home and auto needs. If any questions or issues arise they are quick to solve a problem or get information that I need. They even take the time to send emails asking if we want to do a review of our policies to make sure it meets our needs. I highly recommend.

When I knew I was going to get a car, all my friends told me to go to Lyndie Delvalle first, before I go anywhere else. Little did they know, I already had her in mind because she has a reputation of not just an agent, but she is also dedicated to her customers, and this obviously shows. Although when I called I got someone else, Brad, I was extremely happy with my experience with him as well. Not only did he get me a quote less than what I was expecting, he also told me how to go about getting it at a discounted rate and explained all the things I did not understand. He was patient and understanding, and even sent me a small thank you gift in the mail! That was a nice surprise. I would recommend to anyone to go through Keats Agency because they will compare all quotes and make sure you get the one that's right for you, and they have excellent customer service. They care not only about their jobs but their clients as well.

Keats agency offers clients excellent customer service, prompt and professional replies from the representatives. Everything that you would want from your insurance agency. Must make mention of the wonderful rep Cassandra Hicks. She is effective and efficient and will find you the best rates possible.

Brad Rutledge, handled the policy for my custom built motorcycle, nice guy, very easy to deal with, I have done business with him a couple times now. I am sure I will again and would recommend him and the friendly folks in his office to anyone.

Our agent at Keats has always been very responsive and very helpful. Our only complaint is that we should have been warned that we were over-insured. This has now been corrected.
