The difference between an average sales person and an excellent one is staggering.As a first time buyer I was skeptical about going to a dealer after hearings so many horror stories about overpricing , rates and unexpected add on .I called Gabrielli GMC an a wonderful individual named Efrain Garcia answered.He was honest about all the details and very helpful with all the paper work.Exactly what he quote is what I walked away with no hidden surprises.He isn t a pushy sales person which I appreciate.Instead he is quite the opposite ,honest ,humble very informative.Pays close attention to the customers needs., multitasker ,very friendly good listener and above all super helpful.The first time I meet him and over the course of the week with many phone calls & emails he was able to answer all my questions and he made me feel very comfortable with such a big purchase.Thank you Mr Garcia for all your help.The kids and I love love our Arcadia Denali

The best car service shop in New York! Super knowledgeable and the most friendly staff they can help figure out what your repairs and fixes your car might need. I brought in my car, and they helped figure out what was wrong with my car, and they fixed it right away. I live in Long Island, NY, and I would drive up to this shop in Monticello, NY, to get my car inspected or repaired!

Happy little camper over here, Gabrielli pulled me out of my lease 13 months early, upgraded me to a Denali and lowered my payment nuff said!

My husband and I had visited several different dealerships in search of our next lease vehicles. The experience we recieved here at gabrielli was by far the greatest experience not only did we get the vehicles we wanted but we were treated wonderfully and will 100% return for our next vehicles when this lease is up. Our salesman Efrain was the real selling point for us he was so nice even gave us his cell number (what salesman is trusting enough to give out his cell number). He explained everything clearly and helped find us promotions to save with!
