These guys didn't even know how to rotate tires properly. Shady from the minute I walked in. I doubt they even changed my oil filter. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to go. This place left a bad taste in my mouth. I would never go back. Freezing cold inside the office, no heat. Bunch of shady characters. None of whom looked like they had any idea what they were doing. If I wasn't in a pinch I would have never even attempted to use them. Wouldn't provide me a receipt. Only accepts cash.Since the day I had them touch my truck. It's been acting weird.

Best place to go for your car hands down. Very honest and they treat you like a person, not another pay day. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I would absolutely avoid this business at all costs . The owner is very dishonest and will come off like he is upfront and honest but thats his gameHe recently did not shut the hood on my car and while i was driving away , it flew open and cracked windshield , dented hood of car. When I confronted him , he took 0 responsibility and them attempted to lie to my insurance to make them pay for it. Refuse to take care of damages ! He is not an honest businessman

I was traveling to NY on a Friday night and started having trouble with my brakes. I was leaving again on Sunday so I needed to find someone to fit me in last minute on a Saturday so I could get home. Not only were they able to accommodate me but they did excellent work for a good price. The staff was friendly and professional. I was overall very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this shop.Service: Brakes

My engine light came on and I called a local dealership but they couldn't get my car in. I called this place and they said bring it right over. Can you believe they solved the problem, they had to order a part and actually showed me the parts that had to be replaced. I was impressed because no other mechanic ever did that. They are the friendliest family and what really impressed me they didn't go to a local automotive parts store and buy partsI highly recommend this place.

I ran into my great grandmothers sewer pipe and was leaving town, had to turn around because the truck was overheating and they had done a tire replacement for my mom so she told me to go there since we just come up to visit and are not very familiar with auto shop s in the area. Killed my AC compressor, radiator and fan going 5 miles and hit the pipe. Got there towards the end of closing and they told us they wouldn t be able to get the parts that day, understandable of course, so we had to wait another day, called later the next day about the fan issue and while we weren t happy about having to wait another day, obviously if it wasn t fixed it would just keep overheating the truck. After that was ordered they texted me pictures of the damage, which I believed from the start but I appreciate the visual since I m not a car girl at all. From start to finish they were nothing but honest, respectful and up front about everything. Didn t sugar coat anything which I appreciated. Come back home and I have to get my battery and some other stuff done, which was already scheduled to happen, by my brother in law who works at Mr Tire. He did all his work and brought the car back and told us the ones who worked on the car knew exactly what they were doing and did a beyond fabulous job and you couldn t tell the difference in anything, like it was brand new and never hit anything. Would give a 0 star if could. Horrible welding job. Tire pressure light turned on after them replacing tires.

I wish I could give them 20 stars, they are honest, friendly very professional. They are by far the best in town. I'm very sorry to say this but this shop is not a place you'd take your car it's over priced with a bunch of junkies controlling Jim and his decisions on what to charge I brought my car there for tires and cause I had a stripped stud they didn't want to do the work

Went to ask to get a tire mounted and balanced. Wheel wasn t on the car. They brought it to the back as I watched the tech mount the tire, have you or putting it on then never balanced it. Handed me the wheel and said as long as the tire is in the correct spot it would be balanced. Didn t even check. Even though the wheel had old weights in it from a previous balance. Then to find out the tool he used left scratches all over the wheel. Only gave 2 stars bc they were able to do it short notice. Definitely will not be returning.
