Place has come a long ways clean and a place I'll return to wash my vehicles over and over so happy it has gotten a remodel everything works great water pressure brushes are new and scratch safe

The water worked, and the soap brush worked. The high pressure soap, the clear coat, and the wax didn t work. They just sprayed out water. Also there no price listed. Not anywhere. That s not fair business, and we can get a better car wash in the city for less. Sorry but we won t be back.

Zero stars really. The automatic car wash is effectively a scam. Tried on two separate occasions to use the automated wash, both times it was non-functional, which you find out only after you have paid, with no human being on site or working number to call to get a refund. Total rip off. Dystopian.

Don't waste money used automatic wash the most expensive one my truck was still dirty looked like I hosed it off with garden hose

Reporting to better business. Worst car wash I ve ever been too , total rip off . The owner does not care about having well running machines. Oldest garbage . It s owners like that and their cheapness that keeps Monticello down .I keep thinking next time will be better ..that s why I go to ellenville to wash my car

Do not recommend. Swiped my card to use the self service car wash. It claims $4.50 and I only used it to rinse off my car for about a minute then it took $10.00 out of my account and no one answers the phone.

Definitely need some work and updating leaves lots of water spots is not consistent.Place has gone down hill even more so from my original review. Credit card charged car wash not provided, owner asking lots of questions indicating that I did something wrong here. Won't issue refund because of some bogus reason. But I can go back and get my wash and call him, bc I have nothing else to do.

This place had seen better days, little run down and the area is a bit shady. Otherwise everything else works and is a good option for a quick wash . In addition to had wash you also have an automated one.

Worst car wash in Sullivan County i do not recommend & total rip off! I would rather drive to Middletown for a good car wash! At least there machine works properly and don t dilute the soap mix with water!

The quality of the job they do is exceptional, my only complaint is that if it is close to the end of the day (1/2 hr.), they will tell you to come bk the next day. I don't appreciate that, specially if there is no one waiting for services. A shame.

The touchless bay is OK if you want to get off heavy grime but it makes no impression on the wheels. The drying cycle is too short for even a small car.

It never fails that the self wash bays always hit me for extra money. Perhaps I'm in a faster time zone whenever I m washing the car, bc. timer seems to run out faster than you can get water on your entire car. I spend $4.50 for a $3.75 wash and an additional $4.00 to rinse the soap suds off. There was more soap suds coming thru the hose connection instead of the brush itself.

Machines are broken. The rinse is putting out soap not straight water. Stopped saw the owner Alex what did I get Thanks and walked directly away from me. I will never use his car wash again or his detail shop on East Broadway . He called and offered a free wash. Still does not make up for walking away. I will still never use his services again

Machine overcharges. Twice in the last month I bought the $8 wash and was charged $10. It won't happen a third time. There are enough car wash places around who can charge correctly.

Its the only local DIY place. Since the new ownership change I gave it a shot a few tines and its the same garbage soap brush not working one day, soap sprayer not working today. New paint on the building doesnt make the equipment functional. It takes multiple poor experiences for me not to show support for a local business, this is a first. Don't waste your money here like I did. Go to Liberty or somewhere in Orange County

Hi I just used the automatic system. The machine accepted my credit card and the automatic door opened however the machinery was broken and no water or any soap was realesed throughly the duration of the car wash. I called the owner asking for a refund but he only offered to come back the following day for another car wash refusing any other means of returning the payment.

Used my card and got charged 10.00 for a 3.00 car wash.. im sure its a mistake but watch out for a rip off situation.

Very good carwash! The equipment works excellent! Try the automatic carwash i was there today and it works great. The owner is one of the nicest people you could ever meet as well!

I thought I would try this since it was close to where I was. What a waste of money! Don't even go there. No soap in the brush no one around to help me get my money back since I was unable to even clean my vehicle. Absolute waste of time and money in an attempt clean my vehicle. I will be taking my vehicle to Middletown from here on, since they do value their customers.

There is no price listed, some of the credit card readers are taped up, the bill changer machine was out of order, was charged $15. No attendant in sight to help.

Went here a few times to wash our car if we are in the area. Almost always we had to wait our turn and one time the machine charged us but didn t start. Since no one was there to complain to we let it go.

They should have it blocked off if it s not working!! Just lost $14 doors never opened but kept saying drive forward well I had to back down the icy area

There are no live attendants, no live personnel on the premises in case of emergency with the coin machines, vacuum machines or anything. I dont want $10.00 in change if l only need $8.00.

Dont e ver go to this place, I had to open the garage my self, when I got out my car was worse then when I drove in, I called the number and the man told me that I can come back and get a free car wash, I dont want that, I want my money back but he doesnt wanna give it to me

Car came out looking unwashed in the auto wash. There was NO soap at all put on the car. Waste of my money today. Next time I guess I ll have to try the self wash.

Dated and rough looking equipment but everything always works. The touch less does a nice job, especially on the winter grime.

It was great it wasn't too expensive I actually used these to clean out when a kid vomits inside the car
