They only answer when they want you call and call no answer they will have you wait all day or sometime days at a time if your not selling cars and only accepting payments for the cars you sold how busy can you be to not return a phone call and when they do always an attitude

I m a young woman learning a lot of new things. I was faced with needing a new car and not knowing much about the buying process. Josh explained every single step throughly and answered all of my questions with incredible knowledge. I was able to drive off the lot with a beautiful new car and I ve loved every minute of owning it since. Josh and his team were swift when I needed maintenance done to my car, it was done within a few hours. This team really works with their buyers to make sure they re beyond satisfied. 1000% recommended!!!

This was the greatest experience I have had buying a car. The customer service was excellent!!! Josh went above and beyond to to get us a great car that we absolutely love. I went online randomly looking for a car and I came across this dealership and I am so thankful and grateful to them because I was able to secure a beautiful suv from them. Their customer service is on a and I just want to appreciate them all. Thank you guys and most especially to the manager, Josh. He is the best! 613 is exactly what you think of when you think used car salesmen. Service was horrible. Chris will not honor any of the sales they advertise. They did everything wrong to the fact I had the car a month and a half and they never finalized the loan. Place is a joke. With so many dealers do yourself a favor and skip this place.

They were great from the saleswoman to the owner Everybody was wonderful it was a nice experience no hassles sold me a great truck gave me a great price for my trade Went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks guys I love my truck so does Cooper my dog
