11/10!! So happy with my recent experience with Superior - Got into a fender bender + they repaired my Jeep within a week of first contact. Looks brand new, even cleaned the inside, fixed my banged up license plate and left me with a full tank of gas. Everyone I worked with was so helpful + kind. After dealing with them extending time on repairs , I received my car with body work done. My Navigation screen doesn t work after their shop when it was working completely fine before. My back door doesn t lock properly and my truck has plastic pieces that are ripped whenever someone was doing the quarter panel. They damaged the car and gave it back to me like that.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They've done good work before with my other cars but this time they really dropped the ball on this one! I had to bring my car back multiple times. 1st thing is my window switch wasn't working when I got the car back. I didn't have door damage bjt they had to take the panel off to maybe to paint blending or to get my fender in they installed. The window was working before i gave them the car. The window wasn't working after. I asked about the window and when I took the car back to them they said that wiring had corrosion . Odd but ok but the issue is the nissan dealership told me for the window to work again they have to do a relearn procedure because they took the door panel off so how do you not see the window isn't working after the relearn. Was it even performed? Where is the quality check at? I was charged for the part to fix it. My next issue was a mug that had milk and tea was thrown on the floor of my car and not cleaned up. When I got the car back the scent of old milk was present. I complained and said they would take care of it. I was told my car was detailed. Nope. I can still see brown dirt on my mats and cup holders have grime and dirt and window sills still have old water spots. I'm omw to get carpet cleaner to try to get the smell out. It surelydidnt get a shampoo . My back mumper also has new scratches on it. Idk where that came from but its not good. I have pics to back up everything. I was told it was detailed in and out but my wheels are still a brown color and streaks on the hood and mirrors even though when I got the car yesterday it was a sunny day. 11k dollars in work and I can't get my car returned back to me correctly with beverages spilled and not cleaned along either my window not working when I got it back and new scratches on my bumper. I'm not happy at all.

After fixing my car and getting paid they refused to return any calls or address issues I had with the repairs. I would suggest finding another shop with better customer service. Once they get paid your on your own Beware

UPDATE: the district manager called me and left a voicemail. I called back the next day December 20th and left him a voicemail. Today is the 27th and I've received no response from either Derek the local manager or district manager.As someone working in the insurance industry, I am disheartened to share my recent experience with Superior Auto and Collision Center. Despite the initial appreciation for the effort put into restoring my vehicle, a serious issue arose post-repair that left me extremely dissatisfied.Upon noticing the airbag light illuminated on the dashboard when picking up the repaired vehicle from the body shop, I sought guidance from Superior Auto and Collision Center who said the light had nothing to due with their repair. They said the vehicle likely developed an airbag issue on its own, despite it not having issues prior to being dropped off at their establishment. A diagnostic check at the Subaru dealership, as recommended by our insurance carrier, confirmed mishandling during the repair process at Superior Auto and Collision Center, leading to my vehicle being unusable for a significant seven days.What compounds my disappointment is the lack of responsiveness from Derek, the manager. The failure to return calls and messages since November 22, 2023, is both concerning and unprofessional.Given my background in the insurance industry, I understand the importance of prompt and effective communication in resolving issues. The disregard for my attempts to address this matter reflects poorly on the overall customer service at Superior Auto and Collision Center.This experience, coupled with the inconvenience and financial burden incurred due to the repair error, raises serious questions about the professionalism of Superior Auto and Collision Center.I sincerely hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of customer service practices and a commitment to ensuring a more positive experience for future clients.

I have to admit when I first had my 2018 Rav-4 towed there after getting hit by a deer I had some doubts at first. There was a bit of a snafu with the insurance company which kept things at a standstill for several weeks, and the entire job took much longer than I had originally anticipated. Well, all my original doubts were quickly absolved when I finally picked the vehicle up. It was BEAUTIFUL. It looked as good if not better than it did pre-deer. Derrick, the tech who did most of the work, should be called an "Auto Artisian" because of the superb work he did. He literally had to replace the entire front passengers side piece by piece and once he did it looked picture perfect and drove just as well as it did before. I give my absolute highest compliments and recommendations to both Derrick and Superior Auto Collision !!

Great experience! My ford fusion was involved in a collision and we took our car to Superior. Repairs were prompt, the car looks brand new, and they kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I got into an accident and I went to Superior Auto Collision to get my car fixed and it was estimated to take between 9-14 days and they got my car done in 5 DAYS! I was so happy with the work done! They were amazing with communicating with me, the office ladies were amazing and friendly. The work was completely beyond what I would ve expected they even threw in a free vacuum and wax on my whole car I didn t know until I picked up my car. An amazing surprise to come back to! I am very happy with the job done! Def 10/10!

I had a horrible experience since day one, I made an appointment for them to take pictures of my car and give me an estimate of the damages. Two weeks went by and I had to keep calling to see when I could drop off the car. After many attempts they told me to bring in the car I brought the car in on a Monday . I was sent a text it was like a tracker where you could check the status of the car the only good thing about them! By Wednesday I received a text saying that they were waiting on parts to come in. I decided to call why they told me to drop off the car if they were currently still waiting on parts mind you I ended up renting a car so I was paying many fees on a daily basis including insurance for the rental, Which I explained to them all this and they were like oh the parts should be here tomorrow or so the issue was they ordered the wrong part. I was like ok a day is not bad it is what it is. On Thursday I get another update text about my car telling me my car would br ready in 11 more days and I was like I can t have the rental for 14 days that s going to be alot of money. l once again explained to them if were waiting for a part and its going to take 14 days why was I told to drop of my car in the first place, I once again explained to them I had a rental. There answer was always I call you back and when I tried speaking with the so call manager they kept saying she was at lunch or in meetings. I literally had to fight to get my car back. Never again going back to this place! Mind you my car didn't even have major damage. I wish they wouldof told me to bring my car in once they had all the parts I do understand mistakes happen but come on they weren't trying to find a solution to the issue.

Everyone was very kind and very helpful with any questions I asked, vehicle was ready 3 days after drop off and they did a complimentary cleaning in and out of the car which was very much appreciated. I had to get my fender replaced/fixed after an accident and they did an amazing job and it looked brand new when returned. Also did a very great job on keeping me updated throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Painting

Used Superior for an insurance claim after I hit a deer. They were prompt, courteous, professional. My vehicle was completed in 4 days !!!, it was also washed and cleaned inside and out. Better then what it looked like when I dropped it off. They also kept me informed continously of the progress, my vehicle looks great.. I was rear-ended and had damage to my rear bumper and rear passenger quarter panel. The people at Superior Auto & Collision Center were extremely friendly, professional, thorough, and did great quality work. They worked quickly with my insurance (while I wait for my insurance to contact the other driver's insurance) and got the job completed in a very timely fashion. They have a great system of communication with their customers via text and phone and I knew about the progress of my repairs throughout the entire process. There's no doubt a visit to a collision center ranks up there with dental surgery, - we'd rather not have to go. However, if you have a misfortune and your vehicle needs TLC, then from the frame up, there is no one in the area who delivers the type of quality work as Mike, Sherry, the techs and Jamie in detailing than Superior. Their expertise is amazing matched by efficiency and competence in handing your claim - working with your insurance company, rental car availability, and the paperwork necessary to get back on the road. First rate work raised to an art form -- and a skilled, compassionate office staff that know the nuances of claims management. I wish I didn't know them so well - but when the service is needed I wouldn't even consider another shop. They're aptly named - Superior.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Progressive listed 2 places, each 30 mins in opposite directions from where I live. I chose this one. They were great! Everyone was nice on the phone and in person. They stayed in constant contact with me and fixed the little bit of body work on my Acura in 3 days. I thought it would take at least a week. They not only washed my car but vacuumed the inside too. I'm considering getting other body work done to my car and even though they are 30 minutes from me I will probably take my car to them. They run a first rate operation.Service: Body & Trim

I've dealt with a couple of Shops in the area and I can tell you this has been by far the BEST experience. The office staff was pleasant and very detailed, they provided me with daily text advising the progress of my vehicle. They finished 2 days earlier than the insurance company stated. Enterprise Rental is on site, so needless to say it was VERY convenient. The transaction from beginning to end was seamless.

Really good autobody shop, upon noticing I missed a spot on the accident report for repairs, they even went out of their way to contact the insurance company to see if they could still make the adjustment and repair.

The people here are amazing! When Edward assessed the damage on my car he was very thorough and was patient with all the questions I had. The time it took to complete the repairs seemed like a blink of an eye, they keep you updated with how it's going as well. They have Enterpise on site making very convenient to get into another vehicle. These guys go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy before you leave with your repaired vehicle. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs I may need!
