I just replaced all four tires at this store and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the issues and options available. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of tire replacement or automotive assistance!!!

I recently brought my Hyundai in for a accident I had, not only did these guys fix the car fast but also did it with a fantastic price. I will be taking my vehicle here for now on. Everyone is very kind and knowable. It really does make a bad time a lot easier.

Visited twice for a screw in a tire, and a mounting of a new tire two days later. Even though many customers were waiting the wait time was minimal. They seem to have created a great system on going through cars and getting people back on their way. Thank you.

Rapid Tire definitely lives up to it's name! The service writers were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with finding me the right wheels and tires for my truck for a great price. I also had an oil change and alignment and still left spending less than I thought I would. I'm planning on having them replace my brakes and rear shocks soon. I normally avoid having tire shops do anything other than tires, but Rapid Tire is much more than just a tire shop! very satisfied and 100% recommend.

I'm highly impressed with Rapid Tire. I should have been coming here all along. From calling them, to walking in and leaving. Everything went smoothly. It's like going from the Dollar Tree to Neiman Marcus. They are top notch. Definitely worth a trip from anywhere

I have used this shop a couple of times for inspections, and just recently became aware that they do oil changes. I am very impressed with this shop. They did a great job, we're quick, and I noticed my seat was back to its original memory position! Excellent, friendly staff. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to bring their vehicles.

Rapid Tire Deserves FIVE STARS, Read Review BelowALSO avoid Dolson Tire in Middletown had a poor experience thereHad a set of four new tires installed, called ahead of time and received good service on the phone. I had a few tire models in mind and talked with an expert and came to a decision. Ordered the tires they came in the expected time frame.I went to the shop and was promptly greeted and had the experience of meeting the same expert to get all of the final questions and pricing. I passed off the keys and watched as a team of technicians worked on removing the old rubber and setting the new, using techniques to help keep a proper bead on the rim, also proper removal or wheel weights for balancing (removing old then adding new)I also had an ALIGHTMENT performed, they were scheduled pretty tight, however I had time to wait around and when an opening arose they fit me in. The technicians in a show of experience actually took the car around the block to get an idea of the situation and in a fair timeframe corrected my alightment, then took the car around the block again to "certify" the problem was solved.Pricing was also excellent the rubber was priced accordingly with other competitors, and services pricing was also excellent.Truly deserving of a Five Star review

Best Service! Didn't need an appointment! I came in to fix my tire and was done in less than 30 minutes! Awesome staff, very friendly and helpful! I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you, Rapid!!

Great experience. No problems just service and friendly staff. Brought my Freightliner Cascadia for a screw in my drive tire, Manny is awesome dude was working on a Steer tire for Peterbilt and finished that worked on my drive tire, ck-in w/ ladies, Manny was finished, ck-out. Thx!

New customer. Came in on short notice to balance 4 tires. Fastest service I ve ever had. Greg, Kim, Alyssa and Jim were all very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Glad to have found an honest shop.

This place is exceptional from the office staff to the guys who do the work.They took me 5 minutes before closing yesterday got the job done quickly efficiently and with zero attitude from the crew.Exactly the way a business should be run.

I went to get a spare tire vlavle stem fix and my piped tire repaired about 20 minutes before they closed. And told the guy don't worry about the spare just throw it into the truck and I'll put it away. The tech still went above and beyond and put the tire away in the spare tire spot. I love rapid tire

Just had to replace a tire that took a razor blade and was unfixable. I came in just past closing time, they took the wheel, ordered a new tire as a "just in case it wasn't fixable", and by noon the next day I was all set. I've been coming here since I moved to the area about 10 years ago. They've always been efficient, reasonable price wise, and everyone here is friendly and competent. I don't leave many reviews, but these days a business like this deserves it.

After having a flat tire I decided to use the spear I had in the car that did no justice because I m guessing it wasn t fixed properly or maybe because it was new and was never used called into rapid tire and they were excellent beyond what I had expected for a repair spot very polite and courteous staff and very professional at what they do highly recommend their services

Best place around to get tires put on your vehicle. They will be your goto place for tires with your first visit. I've been a customer for many years with my family and friends. Everyone has been very happy keep up the great work .
