This business took my review of another business and posted it on their website as their own review. If you want an honest motorcycle mechanic then you need to visit "Speak Easy Motors". The owner is honest and was able to work on my odd ball Bmw f650cs and he didn't overcharge for fixing my horn and turn signals. High Volocity is not honest don't trust this business.

I went here to get my Bikes inspected. Was able to see me without an appointment on a Saturday and had a great conversation with the store owner. I definitely would return again!

Dropped my bike off to get valves and a few things. Long story short, the bike was fixed and runs good BUT the customer service was completely non existent. They do not answer the phone or reach out to the customer on status of the customers bike which is mind boggling. I live 35 minutes away so every time I wanted to inquire about the status of my bike I had to drive 35 min just to get a no still not done or just to find that nobody is at the shop. Maybe if the customer service had been ALOT better the $1000 bill wouldn t have sent me thru the roof.Moral of the story, if you need your bike on a timely manner. Do not use this business. If you don t care when you get your machine back then this is the place for you. Great mechanic work, terrible customer service.Service: Engine repair

I brought in an oldie but goody zx11. I brought my parts and we went over options. A few weeks later this thing was dyno tuned on a dynojet, tuned up and serviced. This bike is so crisp Now! Great work and they didn't kill my checkbook for what was done. Definitely a good spot.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This guy is a complete crook. Brought him a Polaris Scrambler 400 that simply needed a starter and carb cleaning...came back 5-6 MONTHS and almost $1000 later with a starter that still doesn't work and a machine that dies after a few 100 feet. Stay the hell away from this guy.

I had the same experience as Mark Wade. Left my bike for a carb job. 6 weeks later and NEVER a phone call, I took my bike back after giving them $600. They said it still needed more work and I needed to bring it back for them to continue working on it.Took it to Moroney's and got the bike back the next day working 100%.Your experience may differ. Maybe my bike was too difficult for them to fix.

Great shop!!! High Velocity has worked on many different machines for me, starting off with my 400ex that the previous owner left a nightmare!!!! The mechanic got my bike back to factory spec and even introduced aftermarket parts to save me money! They have also worked on my yamaha 660 sled full EFI model, thing runs like a champion every season. They have worked on my 250ex as well runs very well...never an issue. They also currently as of now it's august 15 are working on a complete custom CR250R for me as a restoration project. The crown jewl and what kept me a customer over the years is the mechanic took the honda unstable 400ex motor and built me a custom motor which is more reliable than honda factory. They have also repaired several generators, weed whackers, and just about every small motor issue i've had for 8 years.As far as the comments go here...you guys just must be idiots with zero social skills to have gotten reactions like this. Judging by your comments of a fat ugly guy, i'd have to say you probably deserved whatever happened to you. If you wanna see cute guys goto aeropastle. The problem with the internet is all the good work this place does isn't commented on, only the few idiots who probably caused more trouble than they lead onto on the internet.Bottom line about this shop, they are top notch above knowledgeable staff.I consider these guys good work friends after the years, and do not appreciate idiots slandering them. This shop does in fact HAVE a dyno, don't believe everything you read on the net people.

Absolutely amazing shop! Gave them a big job, finished it in a week. Went above and beyond to satisfy costumer. Great rates, great people. Strongly recommend.

Charged over a thousand dollars, held onto the quad for almost 6 months, got it back in worse shape than it was sent. Absolutely do not use these guys.

This guy is a complete crook I would not recommend to anyone he had my quad for months saying he was working on it but every time I went to check it was sitting outside with a bunch of other machines in his yard finally just got my machine back as it is now winter and it has more problems now then when it was dropped off and was charged over 1000 dollars for him to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Sent my bike there the guy charged me $500 and 4 weeks later and did nothing then i went over to a real mechanic and they said I needed a carburetor and payed $250 got it back in 2and it is know working perfectly.

Called to get a quote for a repair, all the guy said was "I don't know I will call you back". Hung up on me without taking my name, number, or what kind of vehicle I had. This place has horrible customer service.
