I've purchased parts, have bought trucks and have also had service from this location. Great experience all around. Darrell is in charge of service, Webster is in charge of the parts department and Rick is over in sales. I primarily deal with the parts department and if they don't have it they usually can get it next day. The gang in parts really knows their stuff!

I agreed on the phone that the compressor would cost $250 and when I arrived they charged me $500. Before you come here, agree on the price of the product

My 5 stars is for Mike on road services, very decent, polite, courtesy, reliable and professional mechanic, knowing anything regarding his profession, very fast and serious about cleaning the area where he performs the job, very highly recommended, you'll not be disappointed.

The parts department at this facility is outstanding. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. Always a pleasure working with them.

Excellent service! I felt very welcome there. Prices for parts were very reasonable. Will definitely return if in the area.

Joe will get you all the help you need at the parts counter. If they don't have it ..9 times out of 10, they can get what you need within 24 hours. Wayne and Bill are the guys at the service counter and always take care of us with all our service needs. Overall, great people to work with!!

Even if you have no choice, avoid this place, paid $1034 just for an oil change and wait time was 6 days. Big disappointment, all these negative reviews are real, don't waste your time and money!!!

Brought my 2019 spartain chassis rv in for a scheduled maintenance, except for engine oil, as that was done when I purchased the coach. They actually asked me what it needed, my response was your the certified dealer don t you know? They did not. I also asked if they could fix an issue with the leveling jacks. They said maybe. Fast forward when I picked up the coach they said they don t work on leveling jacks but charged me to call spartain and find that out. Then the receipt I was given only documented a chassis inspection ( not a NYS safety inspection that luckily they got right). When I question what work was done the service manager came out and said we do a frame and drive shaft lube but I did not watch the guy to see if it was done. Well that is a little more than a visual inspection that my receipt documented, at that point I gave up because there was no way I could be sure any work was done so I just chalked it up to experience.

Broke down with transmission clutch issue at a customers location less then a mile away from this place. Called and asked if they could come out and tow it if needed to their place and diagnose. Which they did promptly but they sent me an outrageous estimate for repairs (over $8000(not counting tow)) . I called around and found another shop that would repair for 1/2 the costs ($4000 with tow). This shop is 16 miles away. I asked for a tow and diagnose bill so I could get the other company to pick it up and they sent me a bill of $1246.90!!($260 diagnose and $875 towing, $18.20 supplies and $93.70 tax). $875 towing less then a mile to their own shop! This was normal daytime hours, not an accident or middle of the night...nothing outrageous. I can t get a justification for this charge! How can one com-charge me $400 to tow 16 miles and they charged $875 for less then one mile!! To top it off, the tow company is in the same building/garage as they are. This sounds way to fishy for me. I will not just let this go.

I guess it is true that they get backed up sometimes, like most, if not all Freightliner shops; but, they definitely did right by us. Towed in with a broken coolant line that feeds the air compressor. Did not arrive until 09:00 pm. We were under a load and they took sympathy on us and had us back on the road by 10:30. Much Much more than I expected. Great service and friendly people. Unbelievable really. Many thanks.

Brought truck in on a Mon. for a broken fan hub. Was told that I also needed a new radiator which I didn't have a problem with to start. Told the total cost would be $3510 and they would need half up front. Did that and was later told I didn't need a new radiator but the total price just so happened to be the !1750 that was put up. Basically was charged $590 for labor and $190 for shop supplies. What does that mean? That I pay for you using your tools? Finally got truck back on Fri. and the guy made like he did me a $45 favor.

Very small dealership with only 4 bays, but very helpful people. Basically 1st come, 1st served, same as anywhere else, but this place has more work than they can handle. Very long wait times, if your truck breaks down. I recommend seeking an alternate shop, unless you have no choice but to come here. On the plus side, service desk is open until 9pm during weekdays

Wanted to thank the two service guys there from the service department. My insurance took me and them though a horrible situation with my warranty which led me to be down over 8days waiting for my insurance to pay the dealer. They the shop/guys work though and was very helpful. P.s. if your a trucker thinking about dealing with TruNorth. Don't!!!

Very poor communication and service. My truck was there from Saturday 10AM thru Wednesday 6PM, They insisted that they figured out the issue, took their time to work on the truck. $170 of parts and $1000 labor. truck made it 25 miles and lost power again, same issue as when it showed up to their shop. Dont waste your time here, tow your truck to a different shop if ure not trying to get robbed.

Brought my Freightliner Cascadia Glider kit in because of vibration in the drive line and they told me carrier on the forward rear had to be replaced . I said ok let's move forward with the repair, roughly $7000.00 for parts and labor . 5 DAYS LATER the pinion snaps in the rear and right away they are telling me it is because of driver error and it was shock loaded. They tell me NO WARRANTY on this because of shock load. Driver was on pavement going up a slight incline and they took pictures of the back of my truck trying to tell me mud on the back was from tires spinning .This isn't the first time these guys have messed up on my trucks and at this point I wouldn't bring a bicycle to these guys. Parts dept is pretty helpful but stay away from service , FAR AWAY .... I also noticed that they stopped responding to customers who were unhappy with the service as they did before.

Pulled in to get a wheel seal fixed on the tractor. Apparently when i had some work done at the Freightliner in Roanoke Virginia, they didn't change them. They only cleaned them. This Freighter seems to be a lot better and very Professional.

hahahaha worst representation of Freightliner. Truck took over 6 months to be delivered after they canceled my order because they did not hear from me. I found this out after 3 months of waiting for the truck to be delivered. Truck was eventually delivered with 0 fuel, 1 key 3 months late and covered in dirt. Now at 5,000 miles I need to add 2 quarts of oil however the service department in Montgomery will not give me the specific oil that my truck needs unless I come to Montgomery and buy it. Campbell Freightliner recommended that if I could not make it to their location I should google the oil requirement for the brand new truck they just sold me!!!! I would recommend taking your business somewhere else. These guys are crooked, stay away
