Please go somewhere else, it will save you money and time. I have a Hybrid Prius, I called because the car wasn't starting and informed them that I was told there was a circut issue that showed up on a diagnostic that was run at a seperate place and the battery shouldn't be a problem. They said that it was the battery that needed to be fully replaced. They charged me almost 1,000 (the labor fees, the towing, and the cost for a brand new battery) only for me to drive my car home, and try to get into it the next day and it won't start again... They just want to charge you whatever is going to make them money and don't care if that's what your car actually needs.Service: Auto battery replacement

Reasonable and helpful. They towed me off the road when my car broke down. They got there quick even though it was after hours. I was away from home on vacation and was a prime candidate to get screwed over if they wanted to I was originally going to have them fix the car too, but ended up canceling because I had a warranty. They could have justifiably charged me storage and for the time/travel for getting the parts, but they didn t. They fielded a dozen phone calls from me trying to work out the details of getting my car moved to the dealership and were friendly and helpful. The price of the tow and diagnosing was beyond fair.

We've been with Marshall for over 20 years. Yes, their prices are competitive but their service is uncompromising. I take the service contract every year to get the oil burner cleaned before the season sets in and because I know that sometime during the winter something will go wrong because it just does. These guys are fast and knowledgeable, they even carry spare thermostats. Once I had about six service guys here figuring out a wire problem, and they fixed it. No reason to go anywhere else I promise.Jerry

Marshall s was fast and efficient! My car got stuck in the sand on the beach at hither hills beach. They helped with a very stressful situation. It was $350 cash - I would highly recommend this place for an emergency tow.

Used Marshall's to install a new oil tank. First they installed a temporary tank with a supply of oil which I paid for. When the permanent tank was installed they did not transfer the oil. They were supposed to verify the installation but the furnace would not start afterwards and they wanted to charge me a service call to fix it. We finally reached a settlement for both issues but they are either dishonest or incompetent.

Excellent service.. One of my Jeep wheels became loose just as I was about to head home, a 75mile drive, and ended up breaking 2 lug nut bolts. They were able to repair it the same day at a reasonable price and get me on my way.

Saved me during a rainy downpour and terrible conditions when I was in need.I was stuck in a bad situation getting a pullout of a muddy driveway I got myself into. Good time was spent to make sure the vehicle was not damaged being pulled out. Great communication between office, driver and operator.The grass I messed up will grow back, but they got my truck out without a scratch.

Beware of their bait and switch - they will promise you a free service contract for a year if you enrol for oil delivery. A standard service contract includes an annual service, but they charge you for the first service - more than the cost of the service contract. When I queried this, they were rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. Their oil prices are also uncompetitive.

There is such an advantage to going with a local company and supporting your community. I knew these guys were courteous, prompt and helpful but this winter they really went above and beyond in an emergency to keep my house safe. I received personal attention (and some digging in the snow) from"the boss' and it just shows that he cares about his customers. I made the right choice and they have a loyal customer!

Terrible communication, took 3 days to get a repair and I couldn't get anyone to give me the status as I was waiting. Three weeks later, I had to take my vehicle to another shop to fix what they didn't get right. Overpriced, under competent. Stay away.

They guys are really really bad service if you guys need to tow the car don t call ever marshall . 1st of all on the phone they told me price $250 and i said ok then they come and once they tow my car just for 5 minutes they said now you have to pay $500 & they charge me $500 so please don t call if you need help try somewhere else
