I have had extensive work done on multiple vehicles at VIP. They have come out at 3am to get me when I hit a deer. The customer service is excellent, the prices are fair, and the work gets done quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

My experience at VIP Collision was terrific! They took care of everything from A to Z including dealing with the insurance company. Over the yrs I've gone to many places, NEVER had such good service. Even when they were delayed they paid me to rent a car for a week! They also cleaned my car at no cost!!Such responsibility! Highly recommended.

Issac was truly amazing!Previously, I used VIP when an ice cream truck "kissed" my car by t-boning the driver side door. They took care of everything from car rental to getting it repaired by the other's insurance (other driver admitted fault to the police).Today, I stopped by to have some "goo" removed from the hood of my car that was unable to be removed at a car wash. VIP got it off in no-time at a ridiculously reasonable cost. I highly recommend VIP to anyone looking for a solid, but most importantly, honest (yes, honest!) body shop.

I walked into their collision center. it was just the mirror that was broken they right away told me that for us it's a big deal.... it was 16 hours later they called me to tell me that they have the part.... it was the best service I ever had in this kind of situation. Thank you guys

Bad service, they tow my van from my apartment building even though I had parking tag, when I left the lot I discovered that they had broken the right shock I had to tie it with iron wire until the nearest garage.

Recently we had some damage to our van and VIP collision came across as very recommended. The entire process was really smooth. The staff there is friendly and cheerful. They took care of the insurance claim and the car rental. It was so smooth working with them. They even have some refreshments in the office while you wait for assistance :) My car came back beautiful with a fresh car wash! I definitely recommend VIP collision to anyone in need of auto body work.Recently they did great work on my Tesla as well!

I have (unfortunately) been involved in many car accidents in my short life. Along the way I have had some unpleasant experiences with auto repair shops. One place wasn t communicative, another place did poor quality work and a third place screwed me over with my rental. I got a few other quotes before coming to you and you gave me a price that was almost half of what I had been told by other places. I had no expectations when I was referred to VIP but boy was I impressed! The car looks better now than it did before the accident! You did a beautiful job. Thank you for being so kind and patient with me and for being so responsive to my calls and texts even though I kept nudging you about various details. Thank you for being so accommodation when it came to dropping the car off- door to door service! You saved me a trip across town. Amazing service and very professional!
