I had a coupon from the online website for $20 off a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. When I showed my phone to be scanned, I was told that I had to have the physical paper. They did not have a scanner and could not type in a code. They refused to take a picture of my phone and said that was MY job. They said I would have to wait another 15-20 minutes for the manager to return and they refused to call him. I had to go next door to to a dental office and they helped. The receptionist also remembered that this has happened to at least one other person. This franchise said the manager needed the paper to send in to get paid. They should have a large sign advising customers. The website mentions nothing about needing to print the coupon.During the service I was told that my 2 front tires were "bald" and I needed new ones. I was not shown a micrometer reading just was told bald. They were not bald and did have tread. Regardless, when I declined tires and instructed them to just perform the rotation on the front wheel drive vehicle, I was told quite astonishingly that there was nothing to rotate? I again said put the front tires in the rear at which point he shrugged and left. FYI, a rotation was not mentioned on my invoice. Also not on my invoice is any mention of performing their "Closer Look Vehicle Check" vehicle inspection.The final end to my "wonderful" experience was when I discovered that my vehicle mileage was not correctly entered on my invoice - an additional 3000 miles got added to my odometer reading which of course plays havoc with my warranty should anything happen and their system sends the service information to Carfax for history. So I had to drive BACK down to the shop to have it fixed. Suddenly my $20 savings doesn't seem as valued.I certainly did not feel valued as a customer.Go elsewhere.

dont know anything about them , i was just looking for a shop to have my ny inspection done , and when i passed a while ago i saw a huge sign outside "open sundays", so i drove down about 10 minutes drive just to see that they arent really open , so i wont try them ever again , if they dont feel uncomfortable leaving that uge striking sign that would mean to me that there is no one there that cares for me , and tomorow theill tell me a price and charge me double, but you can still try your luck....., lmk if i was right!!!

My friend and I have used these guys several times for all different things. They are friendly, accommodating and just overall good guys. Very trustworth, quick and affordable . I will go out of my way to use them when I need anything from an oil change to brake work etc.

These guys are the best! I had a brake and muffler issue and they were able to get the job done in no time. Eric, the mechanic was very thorough and he really knows his craft. Came down to this place since there s a sign outside which says Open Sunday but as I tried to open door to get an oil change I m getting only locked doors. No signs that is explaining a reason why it s closed....

This place needs people who are considerate of people s time and speak professionally. I called and tried to make an appointment. Apparent no appointment. They tell me not to come when I called and to come after 3:30 because they were really busy and I don t need an appointment for a simple tire plug. I show up just before 4 and they tell me I should ve come at 3:30 and to come back in the morning. They specifically told me to come AFTER. I left work early to show up there when they asked. Be considerate of people s time. The guy was very rude and of course I didn t go back in the morning and never will. Considering they aren t the only auto shop on the block, they should learn to be courteous and professional. They are definitely not the only option around but think they are. Completely unprofessional

Really enjoyable experience - they were friendly, super fast and explained everything they were doing the whole time they were working on my car. A lot of places you go for oil changes and other small repairs somehow things still end up taking a really long time - not here! They are so efficient, I plan to come back for oil changes and future needs!

Front brake seized up on Rt 87. Made it to this Midas shop & they had the van in the shop at 8AM. Back on the road at 9:30, New rotor, calipers, pads & brake hose. Very nice guys & Eric is a great mechanic. Try them.

They did me justice. I brought my Q5 in at 11am and by 4 pm they were calling me telling me it was done. That's after they sourced the tires I needed within a day. Satisfying is the word thst comes to mind.

I m so upset with them!!! I needed new tires desperately. They made me pay in advance and now closed early after I asked them if they will be open at 4 and they said yes. Don t take a deposit if you don t know if your being open. So not honest. I m now stranded and have to find a new tire place.

We went to Midas in Monsey, NY today. Our 2008 Hyundai Sonata was making a lot of noise. We thought we needed to have the muffler replaced. In less than 3 minutes a mechanic named Eric was looking underneath the car (in 95 degree heat) and advised us that the muffler was fine. What we needed was either a new catalytic converter, or a repair by welding flanges , which he could perform. He recommended going to the dealer as the best option for us in this case. We would definitely go back to Midas, and would ask for Eric, to service our cars if the need arises. What a great guy! Midas is very lucky to have an employee like Eric, and should be very proud of him! Great customer service while turning away a potential customer!

Eric is soooooo honest and nice!I thought I needed my starter replaced which is an expensive repair however after a thorough examination by Eric he told me that the battery was bad. I had been to 3 different places trying to get an oil change , I was frustrated because based on the fact that I was young and female and I guess they thought I didn t know anything about cars starting listing things not partaining to an oil changed at all wanting to charge me close to 100 dollars . I finally found Midas and they gave me an actual price and not only did an awesome oil change but took care of other things and made sure my car was safe and explained everything . They treated me like a person and were extremely nice . I d suggest this place to anyone who really wants quality service with very little wait time. They really are awesome !

awesome, friendly and no bs. they got me in before they opened, replaced a tire, got an oil change, and welded my exhaust (pipe was completely detached) in less than 30 minutes for $119. so happy with their service and their prices.

I came in today for a NYS Vehicle Inspection, the guy at the counter started shouting at me, that I came now because my inspection is only due in January so I wanna save money.He shouted at me till I left. This was in front of other people. He really insulted me.
