I had a very warm and relaxing experience dealing with my salesperson Lucas Scimia from the first time we met. He was very professional and guide and help me find the vehicle I wanted. He answered every questions and never pressured me into this transaction. Best car buying experience that I ever had. My salesman, Lucas was top notch. There was no waiting around. Everything was handled very professionally. When we got to the finance office, everything was explained perfectly. The paperwork was done and ready to sign. I great experience overall.

Just bought a 4 runner and the customer service was fantastic. Joe Joe sold me the 4 runner and he has the most patience with all my questions and concerns. Glen helped with closing the deal financially and he was great with helping me solve many hurdles I faced unexpectedly. Everyone at this dealership, even the managers were very helpful with finding the right truck for me. They all went out of their way and they were great. The atmosphere made it better with their fun personalities. Thanks guys!!

The best buying experience at a Toyota dealer that I have ever had. Everything was relaxed. Salesperson Lucas answered all my questions and applied no sales pressure. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Finance person was excellent. No pressure to buy extended warranty. Overall excellent experience!

We needed a car. We almost went with a Nissan at the nissan dealership and one of my friends suggested that i come to Honda to see Jean. My first experience there and it was a success. We left happy with our brand new 2024 car. I couldn't believe it. Jean was very patient with us. He answered all of questions and concerns. He treated us like family. The director was very nice as well.

Perfect Experience. Janie was able to assist me throughout the whole process. I found the vehicle I like on the website. She contacted me and scheduled an appointment. I loved her enthusiasm about her job and the fleet of Toyota vehicles. She is very knowledgeable and made everything seamless. Service department was exceptional but I was disappointed with the sales team. I wanted to purchase a car for my daughter walk the entire showroom all sales associates where hanging out not approaching us like we had some kind of disease. I even shouted I was interested in a model that was posted next to a salesperson. The only thing I got was a smile. Very disappointing. They were more concerned on how they look and their free coffee.

Just had an awesome experience with the entire crew over at Interstate helping my girlfriend with a new lease. Bryan made sure she was comfortable with all the features since this RAV4 has a lot of stuff she never had with her old car, and his manager Anthony made the whole process stress free, which can be tough with someone who finds the entire car buying process overwhelming. When we went to pick it up Rob made sure we were in and out of the signing process in no time and she's SUPER excited about her new SUV. Thanks guys!

We took our car to have a recall fixed. Even though the office staff was friendly and efficient, someone along the way, possibly the mechanic, STOLE A WALLET with $300 that we left inside our vehicle. Toyota claims there are NO VIDEO CAMERAS in the mechanic shop, which is highly suspicious and convenient for Toyota.If you want to avoid paying an extra $300 plus having your license and credit cards stolen, stay FAR AWAY from this dealer or should I say 'stealer'. It's unacceptable that Toyota can't guarantee the safety of customers' personal belongings during the service.We expect Toyota to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I purchased a 24 4runner here the salesman besian went out of his way to accommodate me and I had a phenomenal experience here. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and were always personable when dealing with them. There were no hidden fees or pressure to buy anything I didn't want. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a very long time and using them for my service needs . I come from New Jersey but I don't mind the extra drive to deal with them and further service for my new vehicle. Overall I feel the staff is well trained and attentive to the customers needs .

I ve been going to this dealership for years! I just leased another vehicle from Interstate Toyota and as always it was an amazing experience. Thank you so much Tony Peraj & Fabio! Tony made the leasing process so smooth for us. He s extremely easy-going, helpful and patient. Great experience, probably the most positive dealer interaction I ve had in twenty years! Started the purchase online and then just had to swing by to finish signing the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. Gregoire was a great salesman to work with. Straightforward, and to the point. Greg is a great guy. He is upfront and is willing to work with you on making a deal as much as possible. No crazy fees to catch you off guard and you can ask about them. Left with an excellent deal on toyota corolla. Will do business with them again in the future.

I never have an issue when my car is brought here. Jeremy is outstanding! Keeps me up to date with everything going on. It is inspiring to watch him do all the different things he does, constantly being pulled in multiple directions the way he is.Truly an amazing man, manager and person overall.

Jo Radi was transparent and true to his word and has been a great person to work with. We negotiated a fair price and I purchased as new car for my mother. We ordered two RAV4s for my company last week, and they were ready in a few days. The pricing and financing was exactly as the online, National ads (which NEVER happens with car dealers). The people I dealt with were professional, and I know from experience that the service will be stellar. I just ordered a third one yesterday. Thank you, Interstate!

The service experience was highly unsatisfactory; they inflate bills over minor scratches and fail to deliver on the services included in the Toyota care. I was billed for an air filter service, which was later waived upon verifying that it fell under Toyota care coverage. Additionally, they refused to provide wheel alignment, citing minor damage to the front passenger side wheel and quoting a replacement cost of $679 with $180 for the wheel alignment service after that. Firstly, if it s a major concern, it is covered under the Toyota care and secondly when I checked it was just a slight tear on the tire s outmost layer.

I have been going to Interstate Toyota for years , I first purchased a Toyota iM they have been great and very helpful to me and my family since day one I have bought three other car from them with the best deals also I have my family and friends go to Interstate Toyota and get nothing but the best service.. surprisingly they are very quick and accommodating in purchasing a car. They do not waste any time getting you on the road immediately with a great deal!

Amazing car buying experience with salesperson Gilbert Filpo. I told him what I was looking for and my interests and gave different couple options. Very friendly and immediate response to anything with the car buying process. He went over all details and the things I needed from insurance and to the bank. He assisted me in setting up the screen. He was awesome definitely recommend him and the Interstate Toyota dealership. I love my new Toyota Corolla Cross.

I came in multiple times just to get an idea if the Tacoma was a truck that I wanted. Each time I was greeted at the door with smiles and helpful questions. I personally met with Cain a few times and he was very helpful to provide the information that I needed. The finance manager was also a pleasure, super friendly and helpful! Great staff inside the building.
