I was impressed by how well the car rental location handled a large volume of customers. My agent, Samantha, was particularly standout - she was professional, friendly, and made sure I had a positive experience. The car itself was great, too! I was pleased with the vehicle and had no issues during my rental period. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely come back to this location in the future. Thanks, Samantha and team, for making my car rental experience a smooth and pleasant one!

They are the worst.I paid top dollar for my rental Not the first time.You will always find some extra charges on your credit card for no good reason.They are A rip off Avoid them at all cost

I took their car on a long road trip and was completely satisfied with it. It drove beautifully, was comfortable, and I never had a moment of trouble with it. I was also very much impressed by the staff at the office. They were friendly and attentive. They were also very knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this place.

I would definitely recommend them, I have rented a dozen times there over the last year, the staff is amazing, Corey, Mike, Sean, Adam, Talia, You are the best! Great costumer service, Great selection of vehicles. One time I had a small Issue, I had to drive down to Canada for a wedding and I made a reservation for a standard size car and I had to wait over an hour and I got a compact size and I almost missed the wedding, but other times I got great upgrades, It evened out.

It's very bad the staff is irresponsible, I came to them five times every time they ask me to leave a number, they say we'll call you back so three weeks have passed, I forgot my things in the car for three weeks I can't pick them up

All staff are great!!! From picking up the vehicle to drop off don't remember their names but they all get a five rating!!! Very professional & got a great vehicle!!!Thank you again enterprise and their dedicated team!!!

First of all I went in after I had made a reservation online, I walked in waited online just to have one of the associates to tell me I was on the do not rent list I asked why and he told me an unpaid balance. So I called them and it turns out I don t have an unpaid balance but my account was flagged by risk management for no reason so yeah definitely the last time I m renting from enterprise. I was on the phone with enterprise for over 40 minutes just to be transferred to the right department just to have the voicemail pick up. I am beyond frustrated and not only that no one even asked me if I was OK or helped me at the office, so this is the last time I rent from any enterprise.I rather just stick with budget or Avis, simple, clean cut great service.

I like the convenience and location. However, they fell off over the years. You can find a large variety of vehicles anymore at this location.

I had some issues with my reservations, I came in and dealt with Eric, the assistant branch manager and he gave me exceptional great service.although I have rated this Branch one star in the past they surely deserve now 5 stars with their devotion and service.

Convenient location. Staff was super friendly. While my car was being repaired, they picked me up from the auto body shop, had the paperwork all prepared, and the rental (Nissan Altima) was ready to go. Return took less than five minutes.

As always, The best service, great people. Andrew hooked me up with a great deal AND dropped it off with John in Goshen,who also was wonderful, at Enterprise by me!!!! My car broke down on the Thruway, they came and pick me up at the shop I was towed too. Perfect story to a not so nice day :)

Vehicle pickup was easy. They were not busy at the time of pickup. Minivan was clean and did not smell of smoke. The price was reasonable with teacher discount. During my rental, I noticed that the plates were expired and the safety inspection was also expired for several months. I was worried that the police would pull me over while I was on vacation. Enterprise should make sure that all vehicles are properly registered before renting them out.

Excellent service at this location and they were very attentive towards my needs. Cory and Mike were excellent with my questions and the rest of the staff was superb. Whenever I m in NY and need a vehicle I go to this location rather than the airport car rentals.Although I ve always had a good experience at all Enterprise locations, but this one is the best.Thanks Guys!

This is the second time I got a call from enterprise saying that I returned the car damaged. They always tell me that they don't charge for bumper damage so I mistakenly stopped looking at the bumpers when I pick up the car. Now they tell me that the bumper was damaged and I tried covering it up by painting it. Why would I paint it if they don't charge for bumper damage?! User beware make sure you take video evidence before renting from them. They always push the extra insurance and be forewarned if you refuse to take them up on their offer. Other than that, their service is usually ok and the cars are usually clean, prices are competitive. If you can look past the insurance scam, they are pretty decent.

I have been a frequent renter the past few months and have had only experiences. The staff is courteous, professional and extremely accommodating.Although this is a very busy location, I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get picked up from home or to be serviced at office. I don't believe those negative reviews! They are definitely not talking about the same people I've been dealing with!
