I took a bad hit on the entire passenger side of my 85 caprice classic. Scrimale's did a great job and my car is beautiful again. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

John and his wife are some of the nicest and most genuine people I've ever met. They treat everyone with compassion and make you feel like your concerns are being heard and cared about. My husband works here, and so I know first hand the level of quality and expertise that goes into each job, no matter if it's a tiny dent or a complete paint job. Each job and every person matter here, and it shows in their quality of work and attention to detail. Basically what I'm trying to sum up is, this place is top notch! The owners and staff care and truly love what they do, and it shows with every car. I love the Scrimale's and I hope if you're reading this, you'll head there and find out for yourself just how amazing they are! It's places like this, run by people like this that deserve our business!

Hands down, the best auto body/collision shop I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! John and Tony went above and beyond in every way possible. They were prompt, professional and extremely reasonable in their pricing. I was treated like family from the minute I spoke with them and I am extremely grateful for the work that they did on my 2019 Subaru Impreza! If you are located anywhere near Central New York, this is the place to go!!!

John and team are great to work with and do amazing work, I am very picky with my cars and recently had a rear end collision to my Audi. John and team took the time to work with the insurance company and make sure that aftermarket parts were not used by the insurance company. They made my car new again and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. Trust that John and his team will treat you with respect and treat your car with the love it needs. Amazing Job Scrimales and you have earned a forever customer!!!!!

hi has been sized formality several times, I drive past the building when I am on my way to work, and on my way home from work. from the experience that I have had with them, which is been very very little, they are very knowledgeable and skilled Craftsmen.

I would not go anywhere else ever ! Clean shop , great service and you won't find a nicer group of people anywhere! My car came out of their shop better than when I bought it.
