Brought my BMW 328i to fix the front passenger side fender that was hit. I also asked them to paint the rear bumper, a rocker panel that I got off EBay and a piece of molding from the convertible top. The did a great job ! The car looks beautiful ! Dawn, Tim and Joel are great to deal with. Pricing was very reasonable and a quick turnaround time.

Owner is super friendly and gave me a great deal on mounting some old tires on some rims for an old car. Didn't charge me to remove the tire off one rim to use that tire for the new one. . Best price for tire work compared to local mavis that told me no and the other 2 that would charge me 30+ to unmount 1 tireOne of the workers aren't experienced and made up an excuse on why they couldn't do the tires at all as if they had more important stuff to do but the guy doing the actual work managed to get the bead to seat while I was on the phone with the guy when he called me to tell me he couldnt...Overall positive outcome .might have them do some work to some of my cars

I took my car to have a dent repaired and quite contrary to what I've heard they did an excellent job. My car looks brand new. The repair was done timely and after shopping around 2 other places were charging 3 times the amount. Jim and Dawn had great customer service and was very accommodating. I am definitely going to use Orange Collison in the future.

So happy with my experience here!Haven t been able to open my passenger door for 3 months, headed over there desperate for help. These guys were so kind in helping me fix what I needed and not charging me an arm and a leg for it. They saved me $700 from what the dealership wanted! Will definitely be coming back though hopefully won t need to.

Just had my roof fixed here after a tree branch fell on it and dented it. They were great! Owners were very nice and helpful. Car was done in 1.5 days and looks brand new. Prices were great. Will definitely be using them again in the future.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Do not use this place, The worst body shop experience I have ever had in my life. After I was rear ended and dropped the car off for repair I had to go to the shop 4 times just to get them to send the estimate to my insurance company because they never answer the phone. Then they closed for 3 weeks without notice and without even leaving a message on their answering machine. I kept driving by but they were closed and I thought they might have gone out of business and kept my car. Finally they opened again and did the repair except they did it badly. They used the wrong bolts to attach the rear bumper which became loose and caused clips that cover the bolts to break and fall off. I had to go back again at which time they acknowledged they used the wrong size bolts and put the correct ones on. They told me they would order the clips to replace the ones that had broken but when I went back 3 weeks later they still hadn t ordered them yet. I was told they were going to go to the dealer and pick the parts up personally. 2 weeks later I went back and they still hadn t gotten the parts. They finally picked them up and when I went back to have them installed they didn t match the car because they hadn t been painted. On top of that the bumper was again coming out of alignment because it wasn t properly installed.I will never use this place again for anything.Service: Body & Trim

I was in a car accident and had my volvo repaired here. I dropped my car off and it took an entire month to get a new backdoor on my car (not an exaggeration, insurance said it would take a week, I knew that was too quick but a month is unheard of). Now my back door doesn't auto unlock, nor does it unlock from the inside. When i took it back they said they didn't know how to fix the electronics. Orange collision having my car and telling me every few days it would be done in a couple more days is unacceptable. I will never go back to orange collision, horrible experience. The good news is the people at the front desk are lovely to work with but I took my car there to get fixed and it didn't get repaired. I suppose I am lucky to have a door on my car without a dent.

They are very fast at giving accident quotes and estimations and have a lot of availability on their schedule. Though I did not eventually get any work done I would still recommend this place to those in the area

They really handle an accident from insurance to quickly fixing the car. They give you rides home. They are calming under a stressful situation, and keep you informed. I used them twice in four years. I wouldn't think twice going back to them. The car was like new each time.

Excellent work.My car needed bodywork after a minor accident and after researching numerous body shops, I'm glad I chose Orange Collision. My car is just like new, Tim and Dawn are very professional and curourtious.I highly recommend this place.

At 11:30pm, I had a situation, called Joel, in a few minutes he was there with a towing truck, towed the car, fixed it within a few days, sparkling as brand new. Thanks!! Definitely recommended!!!
