Had some sort of rod in my tire with extremely low psi. Called them to make an appointment and they said to take my time get there safely and they will look at it right away. After I got there they immediately took my car and fixed it within minutes! Super friendly and took care of me very well! Couldn t be happier!

So I came here to get a plug patch in my tire because I had a screw in the middle of the tire. I'm a mechanic myself and been in the industry my whole life. I would fix it however I live an hour away, I wanted to play it safe than sorry. Yes sometimes a mechanic needs help as well. I called to make an appointment prior to going in at 12:00 PM Noon. They had a few cars ahead of me. So I understand you have work scheduled before my simple fix. However time is money. My vehicle fix is 15 mins at most. The sooner I'm out the sooner you can go back to making money. Well my car wasn't pulled in until 12:35 PM. They were moving very slowly. It sat inside the shop for another 20 mins. Then the man came in and asked where it was leaking? I explained to him when I first arrived there was a screw in the tire I also explained when I called earlier. Finally 1:00 PM they actually touched the vehicle. Meanwhile the man is using fowl language loudly with women in the waiting room while I spoke with him if it was ok I leave for some lunch. He said no it will only be a minute. They fixed my vehicle 1:20 minutes later. I have patience and I am not an angry person. But please please I write this to help them to improve their customer service and efficiency and not to hurt their business. Tire shops have the potential to make soo much more money. They could do 6-7 patches per hour at $25. They had some people waiting just to be attended to in the waiting room. Any one of them could have just left and you won't have a customer anymore. I understand employees are hard to find but you have to teach work ethic and it comes down to the owner of the franchise or the management to step it up. The harder you work the more money everyone makes and the happier customers will be.

Do not go here or any of the Mavis facilities. I went in for a simple oil change. When out of town a few days later the oil light went on. I brought it to a mechanic and he said there was a double gasket on it which made all the oil leak out. Brought it to the honda dealership and found out that I need a new engine and they refuse to take responsibility. Soo annoyed. So now I have to go through my insurance and have to use a rental car.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars, they are super nice even though it was a Sunday and they were busy but they got me in an out quickly so I could able to drive my car. Also I am not around here so I had to drive 4 hours from long island to binghamton and got a flat tire middle of the night and so they were just able to help me and change my tire. Owner/Manager/salesman I didn t get your name but you are the Man thanks alot!

Adam & his staff are right! Reliable, trustworthy, and they get you in and out! I used to go to Monro Muffler in Chester but now I am taking all my car needs to Mavis!

I had a blow out and I was seen right away at the end of the day. Mavis of Monroe 17M is the only place to replace my tires. Everyone there gave excellent customer service. I was happily greeted and told of there are any issues please come back and they ll fix it!

Juan (manager) was awesome, Juan was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone. My first time here and he gave me a discount, anything helps. I had to replace 4 new tires and I had a great experience. Let's be honest anywhere we go we have to wait. If you want it done correctly just have some patience. Staff was great too, thank you Juan.

Found a screw in my tire on a Sunday. Ran over to Mavis, they were a little busy, but the manager took the car and made the repair. He could have easily said we were too busy, but with no issues took care of my problem. Really appreciated it and made my day a little easier, Thank You!

Would recommend using Mavis Tire Monroe - Purchased our tires from here six months ago. Today got a flat & brought tire to shop to see if repairable. There was a screw found in tire & they were able to remove & patch tire. Same day service & did it complimentary. Thank you

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They offer many different services, and give you a variety of options to choose from. Their tire selections are vast, and can fit any budget. They offer great service and are very convenient. I have dealt with Jessica on multiple occasions for tires on my vehicles and she has always been great help. I strongly encourage you to stop by for anything from tire rotations, to oil changes to purchasing new tires. The best deal in town can be had here. Worth the time and great value.

I went in with my young kids because I had a nail in my tire and was losing air fast. They took care of it immediately and we re done in about 20 minutes max. They were super nice to me and my kids and saved the day. Would definitely recommend.

Right front tire air pressure was low even after putting air (almost every day for a week). Stopped by Mavis on a busy/rainy Saturday morning with no appointment. Adam & team took care of the problem right away.They found a nail in my tire. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Adam also ran an estimate for 2 new tires I need to buy.Really appreciated the service and definitely recommend this place.Thank you!

The manager Juan and the entire staff were so awesome from the moment I walked in. The sitting area where I waited was nice and warm. They fixed my tired really fast on a busy Saturday morning! The prices are excellent and I will never go to another place again. I will be sending all my people here. Juan is a great person and I left there very happy!P.s I really enjoyed the 80's soundtrack they had in the backround . Obviously they know how to create a good environment while you wait. The best guys, the best place and 100% professional.

Amazing service! My son noticed a sound on the tire when we got home and I loaded up car and raced to mavis. Things were closing up in the store but they took my car in right away to plug a nail. Was there not even 10 minutes before I was thanking manager Adam for his help. Saved the day for me and my two boys! Thank you so much mavis team!!!

The customer service was beyond what I would have expected I went in due to my tire leaking and they gave me a new tire, balanced my tires and even put my front brakes on that I have had sitting in my car trying to get someone to put them on all for the price of $89 .im in awe coming from a mom raising her kids on her own and during a stressful financial time with rent coming up and my youngest birthday amongst other bills their generosity helped me so much. The team at Mavis is amazing! I brought my car in for what I thought was a tire patch and they found it was my tire pressure monitor valve slowly leaking. They did it quick and didn t try to upsell me on any unnecessary stuff. This is always my go to place for my car!

I came here the other day to have work done on my tire. When I arrived, there was a customer already there causing a scene. Jessica and the entire staff were extremely professional and kept their composure the entire time. When it was time for me to be serviced, everyone was polite, quick and efficient. I definitely recommend visiting this Mavis. Thank you sooooo much!

Amazing service. I had a staple nail on brand new tire from Tesla and they wanted to charge me $500 so I went to Mavis. They fixed my flat tire in no time. I would come back here again in the future and also get new tires. Thanks again for helping me get back on the road.

I have never had such a pleasant experience taking my car to the shop than when I came to Mavis in Monroe. Personally I do not know much about cars and have always felt talked down to and taken advantage of when going to other shops. But at Mavis I was blown away by the incredible service I was given by the Manager Khalid. He was extremely attentive and patient listening to my concerns about my car and he was very informative when explaining the what I actually needed fixed. Khalid was very thorough in his assessment and fixed my problem incredibly fast. I feel like he treated me as family which did not go unnoticed. Pricing was extremely affordable and I was comfortable knowing I was not trying to be taken advantage of. I will definitely be returning to Mavis in Monroe anytime I have issues with my car so shout out to Khalid and his professional care and ability.

I came in today to Mavis in a snow storm. My car had a nail in it. They patched it right up and informed me of my brakes and what I need to do bc I just purchased my car recently. Excellent and fast service. Super professional. Will continue to do business here
