Unfortunately it s time to leave a commercial review .Im not sure if it s because we are a Hispanic business butWe were told commercial is closed for us after 5pm by the managers every time we come for parts and I thought it was a normal thing until another commercial account in the area order parts in front of me at 6pm and they were serveThe only way we can get any parts order is thought another store and come pick up hereAny commercial cores or returns never get process unless I bring a camera and recordUnfortunately they don t serve us anymore due to the fact that I have family and family friends working in AutoZone who the commercial manager claims I pay them to steal parts for our businessWe had to switch to another parts store due to unfortunate eventsAfter Marty the store manager left we were treated poorlySorry AutoZone Monroe ny but this is for all our commercial store around the area that are having the same issues as usWe will not tolerate our business to be less than any other mechanic shops around

The new big woman Manger seems to have sum up her bum .... holds grudges with employees and has no respect for privacy. Called an employee to the back just to embaress him in front of customers

They were very helpful! I thought my something was wrong with my battery, as I was having strange electrical issues. Turns out my battery was fine but the connection was extremely loose. Darell was nice enough to tighten it for me and I really appreciate it.

I stopped in here in a super hot July day. Duane was super helpful with advice on how to recharge my ac. I rented some tools and did the work in the parking lot. Best customer service experience ever. Duane for the win!

Had a amazing experience here, my water pump broke,they had the part instock ,and they lent me tools, had my car up and running in no time ,thanks to them, very friendly staff ,they even had fast orange in the bathroom so I didn't have to get my steering wheel full of greese

I went in today and Edwin helped me out. Edwin was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the products in the store! He help me pick out the proper windshield wipers for my car and even helped me put them on! He also replaced the battery in my key fob and taught me how to replace the spare battery myself. In addition he saved me money on batteries because he made sure to point out to me that they sold them in two packs!! Thank you Edwin you are wonderful!!

Short staffed for a Saturday. Technician didn't help my husband take out old battery and replace new battery purchased at this auto zone. It was pouring that day. Very disappointed with staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

It's never fun when your car battery suddenly dies or when having to deal with unforeseen car issues, especially on a Saturday when you would have preferred enjoying it with the family. However, it's so great to receive friendly, trustworthy, and excellent customer service! On this day, I went into Auto Zone, a few times, when having to obtain a new car battery and tools. And both George and Larry were attentive and a pleasure to deal with every time. They really conveyed that my concern was important to them and that made a huge difference in my day! I hope their Supervisor is as pleased with them, as I am. My family and I look forward to shopping from this location again and I highly recommend them to others.

In June went to autozone to find Tints for my Honda Accord. Edwin was so helpful in helping me pick them out. He showed me what he had on his vehicle and was so patient. In July I went back to get a dent repair kit and Larry didn t just want to sell me a product, he made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. He actually looked at my car and recommended the best option for me. They treat me like family at auto zone. Mike spoke with me about the best ceramic spray for the color of my car and shine. I love this place. I can t say enough good things about their employees. CREAM OF THE CROP!!! A+++

this has got to be the worst autozone.i went to autozone in monroe to get my head light bulb switched out. the autozone guy that attempted was already doubtful he couldnt switch the light bulb even before he went out to my car to even do it. of course he couldnt so my bf did it as soon as we got home. my bf isnt a mechanic or deals w cars so if that tells you something about that autozone guy..another separate encounter with autozone like a week later, my bf wanted to see why his engine light was on his car so autozone gave him the device to scan your car and told my bf that they couldnt do it because its their policy they cant go to the parking lot .so my bf had to do it himself. thats a lie because i had the autozone guy help me a week ago for my car .also, ive been to the middletown autozone and they always come out to the car. i think that guys at monroe are lazy and used that as an excuse.anyway my bf had to get a car part for his car. they said they didnt have the car part so they said they would order it and have it available the next day. the next day, he calls autozone to verify if the item arrived. turns out, there was no order placed but the item was already in stock .. are you kidding me? these people that work in the autozone in monroe are incompetent and lazy!

Had the parts I was looking for. Staff helped or asked if I needed help. I did need to have them pull the brake pads I wanted. Got Duralast Elite pads for front and rears. So far they are working great.

I stopped in to get a replacement brake light... I was greeted as I walked in the door and asked if I needed help. I told the employee, JR, what I was looking for. He looked it up then went and got it off the shelf for me. I paid and he asked if I would like him to install it. That saved me a lot of time and I'm sure aggravation!! So happy AutoZone is near my house.

Service with a smile! Both employees were happy to assist me and helped me get exactly what I needed. I m not a car guy so I relied on them and they came through. My 6 year old son even had a good time!! Thanks guys see you soon!

To much Attitude at the parts desk. Customer service goes a long way. The customer pays the workers salary, So why would you be rude to the person paying your salary. It's common sense , and overall its called curtious.

Wonderful customer service!!! Craig helped me with belts that we needed for my son's car. He was amazingly helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable and he offered advice on our issue. I highly recommend.

Lazy. Unprofessional. Goofy dudes working there. I called and ask if they could have a part for me ready for pickup and Ill be there in 25 minutes. The guy says "aight if I get time to I'll do it"... I get there and the man I spoke with on the phone doesn't even address that I called or acknowledge me at all. The store was completely empty by the way, so he definitely had time. He was singing rap lyrics and pacing around with his co worker. This is unacceptable for a business.

Dont use this parts shop! Use advanced down the street i ordered parts Sunday got told id have them Tuesday I called Tuesday got told that there was no order made and that id have them Thursday I told them well you mean Friday because Thursday is Thanksgiving they said ...."yeah" come Friday they said Saturday now its Saturday and I came in and guess what it won't be later in the day.... now its later in the day and it looks like one thing they said they had Sunday they don't have now so I gotta wait more seriously hire some people who care about their job because I'm not coming back

The staffs, especially Jay and including the supervisor were helpful and willing to go an extra mile to help me determine prior purchasing car parts and consulting with local car shops if bringing owned purchased car part to the car shop is feasible. 06/25/2020 @ 1700.
