The labor hour cost is significantly higher than other dealerships north of this location. You ll pay twice the amount here.The customer service from the service advisors is subpar. They failed to get my contact info correct and thus, didn t issue a service date notice to me. When I mistakenly arrived a day late, I was made to feel like I was wrong.However, the saving grace of their customer service is Lisbeth. She DOES GET FIVE STARS! Wonderful to deal with and truly gets customer service.
